My food was cooked perfectly. I have an allergy and they were able to cater towards my allergy great service usually when I tell people to change the knife in the gloves they get upset, but this subway was very compliant and even gave me a free cookie as a gift. Great staff. Also, very clean would recommend to my friends and family.
The service is Excellent at this location! Not all Subways are the same, I actually drove over from another location nearer to me to this one today.
jagg not only accommodated a change of order but she also included a cookie for us. we had initially ordered a toasted sub as that’s what uber eats would allow us, but we changed our minds and called in and she accommodated our request. she had gone above and beyond and she was so pleasant to deal with. she deserved a raise

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a veggie delight sub with tomato, lettuce, cucumber, banana peppers, green peppers, onion, etc and got basically bread with mustard and banana pepper. The combo sides were also completely missing.
They make a great sandwich but they never wash they're hands before making a sandwich. The come from the back, put on gloves and start serving customers. Or they cash you out grab gloves and start making a sandwich. In times where were going through a global pandemic hand hygiene is extremely important.

This subway has been a go-to spot evertime I order. But today it was so disappointing and annoying. The footlongs were so hard and that too with very less of chicken, sauces and veggies even though i added everything more. Generally, one footlong is so filling that it serves 2 people, but today it was not having much fillings and was not enough for one person only. It felt that chicken was not even there in rotisserie one. So disappointed. Will never refer anybody else for this location.

I ordered 4 sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long subs,,, the quantity of the chicken was not as usual...... almost half the scope quantity was filled by the server......

They then proceeded to heat my footlong when it caught fire, they did not restart the creation of my sandwich. They handed me a ball of ash wrapped up in the subway (eat fresh) packaging, and a Diet Coke. I didn t even want it toasted. And the Diet Coke was mid tasted Mike Erhmantrauts foot juice. This subway was good not great.

I had an amazing experience at this subway took me like 5 mins quick and fast customer service was on point. I like everything to be clean and it was. Big help from Khushil who helped me through out making my order he was very respectful and patience since I am was very bipolar with my order.
Bread so soft. Never had such fresh bread and it is loaded.
This has been my go-to Subway in Milton for a while anyway, but my recent experience just solidified it. The Subway app has been giving me problems lately. Its been deleting rewards that I had saved on the app before I could use them. When I tried contacting Subway multiple times to ask about it, I was ignored every time. (Online help forms, social media, etc.) On a hunch, I asked about it while visiting my usual location again. The individual locations have nothing to do with running the app, but I was at a point where I didnt know who else to ask. To my pleasant surprise, they took the time to chat with me and hear me out. As I expected, they werent able to do anything to correct my account on the app. However, they did listen to me and offered to try to forward my feedback to Subway corporate. At the end of the day, each of the rewards I lost is worth $2.00 off an order, so its not like I wont recover from that. The frustrating part for me though was that when the app went awry, I couldnt get a single person from Subway to talk with me about it. That is, until I returned to this location. They were the only people who would at least hear me out. Other Subways could take note. Good customer service doesnt always end with just dishing out a sandwich. Ill definitely be back!
This subway store was a wonderful experience, great staff, fresh food, and was able to cater to my accommodations! I had them cater my little brothers birthday and they killed it! Great job!
Tried new brisket sandwich. The two small pieces of brisket dont exactly match the pictures showing it spilling out. Not worth the $16.00
I got the veggie sub and it was good when I have compared with other subways I had in Greater TorontoArea.
Theirs bugs flying around and some on the fountain drink place. Their was also one in my cup.
My recent visit to the Subway in Milton, Ontario, was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, providing excellent service from the moment I walked in. Great food and okay customer service.
Maybe this is a training issue or just wasn t ready as she was still prepping Sign outside the door says they open at 9am. Online says they open at 9am. Went inside at 9:05am, to be told they are still closed. When I asked what time they opened, she said 10am. Don t know where she got the time from since no other days they open at 10 . She could ve at least been honest and advised she wasn t ready just yet and needed a few minutes. Instead I walked out while another customers walked in to also be told they are still closed
Wanted to buy a sub, asked for a salad bowl, ended up having to buy a salad instead just to get an extra bowl. Didnt give me the bowl when they handed me the salad either. Worst customer service Ive experienced at a Subway.

Sloppy. This location robbed my appetite. My tomatoes fell out as he folded the sub and he looked me in my eyes with a dead stare and continued folding. Horrible service.
Came here at 9:30 pm on a Sunday because they don t close till 10 pm. Walked up to the door and the employee made eye contact as he locked the door. Then turned off the lights. Guess I m going somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time.

Very unfriendly and sloppy staff, made a mess with mustard on my sandwich... Then while I was eating it I saw him drop the toaster tray and use it again without washing it

Unfriendly staff, veggies look dried out. I have worked in food service and that is not how a cold table should look.
Not sure why I keep coming here every few months to see if it has improved. Service is FAR from friendly, buns are hard and stale, meat appears to be past the expiry date and starting to change color, toppings are approaching their expiry date.
