Worst experience ever in Subway, I will never go to this subway ever again. The associate at store was very rude and I asked to grill my sandwich he denied. He said there are lot of veggies in the sandwich it was just a vegi delite there was no meat.
I ordered a 6 inch tuna sandwich and I asked the lady to double toast it, which I repeated twice. I then went to the washroom to wash. My hands came back, proceeded with the condiments, not realizing that she hasn’t toasted it. I am now sitting in my car on the highway with a cold tuna sandwich, you can still see ice in the tuna. And the bread is cold, it’s currently -14° and now I have a cold sandwich. Then i called and spoke to somebody and explained to them what JUST had happened and he replied with, “I just spoke to the lady who helped you and she asked you twice if you would like to toast it I said no I told her to don’t toast it. I then explain to him. She must’ve heard me wrong because I always get my tuna sandwiches toasted. Very disappointing customer service as he chose his coworkers word over mine. He did not even offer me a free sandwich on my next visit. Sidenote this tuna sandwich taste like a rabba tuna sandwich that’s been sitting in an open refrigerator for the last four days Anyone who is reading this I suggest you should go to another subway where they won’t imply that you are a liar.
I just placed order under skip the dishes and I ordered sub with classic Italian herb and cheese but they send me plain sub and the toppings were also not correct and they didn’t put the correct sauce that I ordered this happened with me twice I’m so disappointed with the staff about their service, one guy said that they put tandoori sauce so please look and let me know where it is
I've been coming to this Subway for a few years now and have never had any complaints. For me it's the best Subway in Milton. Not only is it 24 hours but the staff always prepared everything in a quality manner. I've never seen or received soggy toppings or a poorly made sub. Location is always pretty clean. Will continue to visit for sure.
staff was rude and unwelcoming.. i asked for light sauce and it was dripping like niagara falls.. not to mention used the same gloves for all four of my friends’ sandwiches. should be visited by health and safety to be honest. lastly there’s a swarm of bees inside for some reason. had to eat outside because i didn’t want to risk my infant who’s allergic to bees to get stung. when asked about it they said they couldn’t do anything about it. horrible experience, just go next door.

I love that I could choose my own toppings and sauces, making my sub exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my order was perfect. Best Subway store if you are in Milton Fresh and Health ... doesn"t matter what u wana eat..you will get the everything fresh here.
I've been visiting this location for almost 10 years. They are always super friendly, and efficient. Never had a bad sub here, bread is always fresh (I'm picky!). I've also used them for catering... One-stop-shop! They nail it every time! It is definitely an "above average" location.

Shoutout to Harjot at this Subway! We came in really hungry around 11 PM, and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. He patiently explained each sauce and its flavors, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Harjot is hardworking, generous, and truly made our late-night visit a great experience.

Visited at 5pm on Saturday. Very limited selection, no white bread, chicken scraps floating in water killed my appetite honestly the place has been like this for years. best to avoid. Go next door to boardwalk.

Hire some good people who behave well with customers. Girl who took my order started arguing with me that I did not order a veg pattie. If it was unclear while taking the order, there is no reason to get irritated when customer is adding something to the order. Totally unnecessary argument and bad attitude. I felt like leaving right way but decided to stay as I do not like wasting food. Definitely deserves zero tip

The first thing I noticed on entering this store was a house fly sitting on the veggies of an unattended counter. Very poor hygiene. This is the first time Ive seen such careless staff in a subway outlet!

Very so, even with multiple employees, what really turned me was that when I paid, I gave the girl $20 bill, and after she gave my change, she went and started to prep sandwiches WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES!. In times like these, you would think hygiene would be #1 . Wont go back here again.

This restaurant location has effectively ensured that I will never return. When I go to subway i always order the same thing. Ever since subway changed the chicken for that shredded garbage I ve enjoyed it less and less. Recently at another location the artist behind the counter subbed my chicken for the chicken breast and it made all the difference. However at this location, the staff refused to sub the chicken out acting like my request was preposterous. I will NEVER support this location again due to the incompetent staff who work there.

I have to say, the guy who works the late-night shift at this location, is the absolute best. He has a super great attitude, hes friendly and he makes a great sandwich. I prefer going there when hes working. Bravo Zulu on a job well done to this fine gentleman.

Great Sub. We recently stopped to pick up a sub for lunch truly wasnt expected to be wowed but we were. This isnt our normal area to stop for lunch as we usually visit a location closer to our home. Their bread was fresh and lettuce crisp which contributed to a delightful, tasty lunch. The two ladies working there were very pleasant not just upon greeting us but even cashing out. Well done.

Gotta give them a mediocre review sine the lady behind the counter was very sparse when it comes to measuring out the meat. NOTE: I m talking about shaking the scope so much that you get what looks like less than a full scoop. This kind of chinsiness - thinking to save maybe a few cents worth of meat - is what actually costs businesses like this customers, and is therefore a bad business model. I ll take my business to other stores that are more reasonable and less stingy.

This is definitely one of my favourite Subways to visit. There are quite a few in the area but I tend to lean towards this store. They are always friendly and the service is quick and efficient even during these pandemic times. The bread always seems fresh as are the toppings and they make it exactly as you ask. Even when the store is busy they dont rush each customer and make sure they are happy with their meal. I would always recommend this location is youre looking for a quick and friendly bite to eat.
