I have been disappointed. I love their chicken shawarma wrap. I even crave it almost every Saturday night and share it with my mom. But last order they forgot my side garlic and today the pita bread was super dry. I was so sad. Delivery was so fast and that was nice but I want the quality I had and not forgetting part of my order. I paid again for the side garlic and did come but it should have been free because I paid last order and didn’t get it. Four is because the quality was not there and for forgetting a part of my order last time. 🙁
I just went to Osmow's Shawarma in Milton, and I had a great time! The cuisine was tasty, freshly prepared, and expertly seasoned. The chicken shawarma wrap I had was a hearty portion of succulent chicken, crunchy vegetables, and a mouthwatering garlic sauce. The personnel was efficient and kind, and the serving size was excellent for the price. The restaurant was a pleasant place to eat because it was tidy and well-kept.
Highly recommended !! I’ve been a regular customer at this store for months and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is courteous, hardworking, and consistently professional. A special mention goes to the supervisor NitinPreet & Simran, and the entire team for their outstanding service and dedication. Their efforts truly set this store apart.
The menu offers a great variety of options, and the portions are generous. The service is attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. If you love Arabic food, this is hands down one of the best places to enjoy it in town!
I ordered a regular half and half, i get home, start to mix it and there’s a hair in my food. I went back to the store and they offer me a new one? Like I wanna eat it after that? Not a refund no nothing, I had to come and go twice and we all know how expensive gas is these days. If you wanna eat hair, i’d recommend this spot. You can clearly see the hair in the photo below, I have short hair so it’s couldn’t even be me. Management needs to up their standards, me having to come and go twice m, should definitely result in a full refund.

The chicken was incredibly tender, the sauce was flavourful yet not overpowering, and the mango nectar was a delightful touch. Additionally, nitin was exceptionally helpful and made the visit even more enjoyable. She is a really Gud server ! Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving top-notch shawarma.

This rating is based on today s experience. You can t beat the taste of food. However the portions (may be at least at this location) getting smaller and smaller everyday. On the Stix and on the rocks meals, the amount of Fries and Rice much smaller than they used to be. May be because they have enough demand! Disappointed!

Always come here for a quick eat, its as you would normally expect from an Osmows, but the manager and crew are excellent here compared to other stores from my experience, always service with a smile.
I recently tried Osmows Shawarma, and it was a great experience! The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. I ordered the chicken shawarma, and it was flavorful, with tender meat and fresh veggies. The garlic sauce added a nice kick. Portion sizes were generous, and I felt it was good value for the price.

It is one of my fav place in Milton whenever I crave , chicken and Rice that is why chicken on the rocks is my go to . The staff is so professional and generous I met this Aditya Guy who provided a really good service . A smiling face and welcoming attitude. Keep up lad!
I treid veggie shawarma its really cool.
Not sure if this Osmows has had a management or owner change. My kids like the on the rocks and we order it all the time. Past couple times the garlic sauce is always an issue. I asked for a little extra sauce and have to hear a speech about it as to how higher management has allowed only 15 grams of sauce on the meal. For a $16 plus meal I dont think a couple extra squirts should be an issue espically in the past this was never an issue and now its so bear that the whole meal feels dry.

Ordered a wrap and large on the rocks. The on the rocks was cold and had barely any sauce. The rice was overcooked and dry. This location was great 10 years ago, since then has gone downhill.
Horrible shawarmas and tasteless bad quality food. All the 5 stars are paid reviews from India. Its a shame, osmows used to be amazing 12+ years a go but it is just garbage now.
