Staff was very friendly and helpful. Arrived on my motorcycle and I was soaked by the rain, the staff came to help me pretty fast to accommodate me. It was much appreciated !! Rooms: pretty clean and cozy Food and drinks: Cocktails were amazing !

Reinventing Summer Kiss as the new Rockcliffe-Moore Falls over the pandemic was no small feat but Mark, Lise, Jono, Dan and Kirsty pulled it off with style. The old building has been refaced, restored and refreshed with a new look featuring 3 different rooms each reflecting a different esthetic; the menu has been upgraded to steakhouse fused with fine dining options and the wine cellar has some awesome surprises. You would not know that you were 2 hours north of the GTA. Opening night was a bustle of red shirts celebrating Canada Day and the birth of Rockcliffe-Moore Falls on the same day seems appropriate. An awesome beginning. Heres looking to the years ahead!

Absolutely fabulous food and great atmosphere! We went in the winter and it was so warm and cozy. I m excited to come back in the summer as they seem to have quite the outdoor set up. I can t wait to take in that spectacular view while playing some lawn games and watching live music on the outdoor stage. What a treat this place is!

Good spot, prices are a little high but food is very good, so Im willing to spend the extra if they deliver good food and service. Owners are very nice people, my dad lives in the area and he knows them more than me but every time I have met them they have been personable, friendly and overall very nice people. I would definitely recommend a pop in for dinner some time

We dropped in on a cold afternoon for the first time and so enjoyed our meal. We had the turkey club, fries and beet salad. Simply stated, the food is awesome. Delicious and made with flair. We loved everything! Our server Cindy was friendly and attentive. This is a special place. We will definitely be back.

Was in for dinner last night second dining experience. Kirsty looked after us she was Great so warm and welcoming. It s always nice to recognized on a repeat visit. The meal was once again Fabulous! Really Can t say enough good things. The food, service and of course Gorgeous atmosphere tick all the boxes for an Amazing Experience! Well done can t wait to come back soon!

I cant rave about this place enough!! We always feel so welcome when we walk in (even if the place is packed)! The live music is always great for a toe-tapping or dancing time! Kirsty and her staff are awesome! The food is good. Chef outdid himself at New Years Eve with the most wonderful meal that included a to-die-for piece of Beef Wellington that absolutely did not disappoint the tastebuds! The ATV rides in the summer are good fun too (really looking forward to getting back on the trails with Dan, Mark and the Rockcliffe Quadders). The rooms are clean, bright and very comfortable. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and snuggly with extra blankets if you need them and coffee for the morning start. The only thing missing is breakfast or a closer place to eat (although the Minden Legion has an excellent one - on Saturday mornings only). Drop in you will always be welcomed!

I rarely give 5 stars, and I wish at times that half stars should be available but not in this case. We were in awe of the service we received. During our exceptional meal of the best fish and chips we have ever had, and this includes all of Canada, we were visited by 3 personelle. The batter and texture were undeniably better than the boasted about, Fenlon Falls , thats saying something. Sitting in the soon to be , grand room, Ill call it, enjoying the shimmering lake was a wonderful setting for just such a meal.

We booked a room for the night while visiting family. I don t write a lot of reviews but this one deserves it. This is BY FAR the BEST hotel experience we have ever had! The owners are the most hospitable people I have ever met. Very kind and generous. The rooms are modern and decorated very tastefully. The food in their restaurant was very tasty and their servers were very friendly. I HIGHLY recommended this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay. We will definitely book again if ever in the area. I would give it 100 stars if I could

The new owners have done a fantastic job with the renovations of the restaurant. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Service was great and the food...bravo! Highly recommend the Beer and Onion Soup, the delicious double burger and a bottle of Chianty.

We went in for dinner, drinks and Thursday Trivia. Beautiful location in Moores Falls - I didnt get a chance to walk the grounds, but what I saw looked great. Food was great - wings are large and full of flavour. The turkey club sandwich was huge (food fries too). Id love to spend some time in the hotel over a weekend at some point. The owners look to be working hard to offer something for everyone in the community - good luck to them with their plans to open on Minden as well, it would be a terrific addition to the town.

Food and drinks: Excellent food. Each menu item over delivered. Not just the typical bar food , but a refined dining experience that really does hit the spot. Tomahawks and Porterhouses were great. My favourite were the fish and chips. Mark, one of the owners, had come by our table to ensure our group of 10 were constantly being looked after and elevated the overall service. Really well run organization. Will be going here more often.

We recently visited The Rockcliffe this past weekend with a group of friends. Its an amazing location overlooking the water, great service, and very good food! Thanks for making the weekend a memorable one, looking forward to coming back when we are in the area!

We went to the restaurant and had the mussels and duck confit, both were excellent! The portion size for the duck was on the small side.

My wife and I attended on short notice and they were able to seat us on a Friday night. We ate an amazing appetizer, meal, and delicious dessert. Great service. No empty glasses or stomachs tonight! We will be back!

Staff is super nice. And the food Is incredible

This is our second time at The Rockcliffe! Each time, we have had the pleasure of service by Kevin, an entertainer, a master at his craft. You are in good hands when he is at your table this time around, we (group of three) started with Coconut Shrimp followed by a Tomahawk Steak, Spaghetti Al Limone, Grilled Asparagus, and Schrooms. We split the dishes, and it was the perfect meal, worth every minute of waiting for the Tomahawk to be prepared. We topped the meal off with a Chocolate Tart and a Carrot Cake. The meal was outstanding!! And the drinks! Did I mention those??? Expresso Martins, May Thia, The Paloma, Irish Coffee, B52, delicious! Excellent spot for an elevated meal.

Our second experience dining at the Rockcliffe. What a difference!! Martinis were out of this world. Perfection! ! Service was excellent. We wanted a leisurely dinner and it was exactly that. The food was delicious. The presentation was incredible perhaps a tad pricey but worth every penny. The decor was appealing. We were also informed if we wanted a intimate quiet dinner when there is live music, we could be accommodated Wonderful! The Rockcliffe has definitely got through their growing pains from last year. I can hardly wait for our next dining experience it will definitely be soon. Highly recommend supporting this fine establishment!! Food and drinks: EXCELLENT! My husband loved the risotto so creamy and flavourful. Mussels were delicious with a lovely spicy cream sauce. The calamari was perfection. The chef got them just right. The duck confit was tender and so flavourful. And our martinis were the best I ve had in forever. Great indulgence.

We ate at the restaurant only. Food and service were excellent. Our party had the mussels, fish & chips, and mushroom falafels. We also had various beers and mixed drinks... Everything was delicious! Im giving only 4 stars because we had called more than a week in advance and reserved an outside table, and when we got there we were told there were none available for us... Unexpected and disappointing.

The Rockcliffe is a dynasty. And what was almost lost, and with out the new owners would be forgotten. Thankfully for them and their sacrifices, it will live on!

My wife tricked me into going to the Rockcliffe saying she wanted to buy one of their T-shirts. We decided to stay for a drink and enjoyed the wonderful picnic tables outside. Then she decided maybe we could stay for dinner, so inside we go to find an entire table full of friends there to surprise me for my 70th birthday. The entire staff was in on it, I had no idea...very sneaky. My wife said that the staff had been awesome to work with in setting up this surprise party. Even the waitress Kate kept me busy while the quests kept sneaking into the restaurant. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was so nice. They even hired my wifes son to be there as the restaurants entertainment. I was so impressed. If you want a great dining experience then this is the place to go. Thank you everyone who helped put this together. It was a total surprise. Darryl

Wow, what a great place with extraordinary service, and great food. Also big screen TVs to watch games. Clean bathrooms, the whole place was nicely furbished.. we dropped in on Friday night without reservations, it was busy, and reservations are recommended at peak times. We were blown away by our dining experience at The Rockcliffe. The food was excellent, the atmosphere warm and relaxed and the service the best Ive experienced in a very long time. Our cottage is just down the road and we will be returning!

Did not stay overnight so no idea about rooms. Reserved a table for our 15th Wedding Anniversary, place looked nice and the server was nice and polite. Placed our order before a couple other tables and it was a simple Wings and Fries order, both other tables had elaborate meals and were able to be served and eaten before we even had ours. Server came out after 40 minutes and said it was on its way but after another 40 minutes we decided to leave. As we were leaving they brought the food out, my Wife being as nice as she is said we we would take it to go as we want to support local business. The second we paid for it Lisa came out to offer us a discount but since it was paid for that offer was rescinded. We were offered a business card with nothing written on it so we could possibly have a discount next time if we do decide to go back but doubtful that if we went back anything would be done. Best thing about the night is that our Grand Kids heard about our experience and had a Anniversary Dinner ready for us when we got home! The food we brought home may have been good at the restaurant but was cold and flavorless by that time. We were told they had a medical emergency that evening in the kitchen which if was true is unfortunate and hopefully the employee is healthy and ok, luckily the emergency didnt affect any other tables!!! If we had a inclination our experience would be better the next time we would have accepted the gift card, we did say to give it to one of the reg customers there....

Very lovely boutique hotel. Restaurant was one of the best meals I have had in years. Mussels were insanely good, the best I have ever had. Great evening overall, great music too! A hidden gem.

Food and drinks: Went for dinner. Great for kids to run around. Food was absolutely delicious. We tried the hummus, mussels, risotto and burger and we were thoroughly impressed all the dishes. Kevin, our server, was great! they were short staffed but you d never know! The owners really seem to care which is so lovely. Definitely going back!

What a wonderful restaurant! We where staying at a beautiful cottage close by and decided to have dinner at the Rockcliffe. Great decision, we sat outside with the kids, and they took full advantage of the lawn games, which maybe our dinner that much more league and enjoyable. The food was amazing. I had the Smokey ribs and fries, the ribs where so tender falling off the bone. My wife had the chicken confit, and it was unreal. Was so good we came back the following night! Great selection of beers and very tasty cocktails. Also the service was great. Kevin took very good care of us! Only regret was not getting on of their hoodies. Can t wait to go back

Great food, great service, really cool atmosphere, you really need to see their outdoor set up its a really nice place to enjoy the view of the lake. You can tell the owners care about this place with the attention to details. Id come back again.

Amazing restaurant! Great atmosphere, terrific service, and the food was incredible. I highly recommend the P.E.I. Mussels, and the chicken supreme. Wasn t expecting to see poutine on the menu, but like the rest of the food we tried, it was in a class of its own. One of the best poutines ever tasted, the cheese curds and gravy really carried the dish.

Our waiter Kevin was a lot of fun and definitely made our dining experience enjoyable. The food was outstanding. From the specialty cocktails and delicious appetizers to the main courses, everyone at the table loved their meals. This restaurant is a hidden gem.

I have never even been to the place and got called out on Facebook for my opinion in a public group. My post was lamenting the fact that the OG Rockcliffe in Minden is no longer the hot spot it used to be and that made me sad and Kirsty, self proclaimed owner (the tall blond lady mentioned in previous complaints), took it upon herself to tear a strip off me and accuse me of not being smart enough to know how to treat customers and run a business when I have seen multiple instances of complaints of this woman being rude and now she is publicly attacking people who havent even been to her restaurant. On that note, no, I have not been to the restaurant, I already know that they charge prices that I am not willing to pay, that it simply isnt necessary to pay as much as humanly possible for food I can make myself, and by all accounts and a full perusal of of the menu with my daughter (a chef and kitchen manager) there is no need for them to charge what they are charging. She & her friend Natalie claim that the prices are as high as they are because of the difficulty at getting food sourced into them at that location...heres an idea, want to support the local community as Kirsty says she does, source local produce etc instead of outsourcing and then whining to customers who complain that its so hard to get stuff. Want to support the local community, then really support them dont just imply that this is your goal and then ignore them.

Been here twice now and it was excellent once again! It really is a gem in a remote/rural area. Great vibe, great service and great food and drink menu! Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Six of us went out for dinner at the Rockcliffe and everyone enjoyed their meals. All of the servers were friendly and the view of the water is lovely from the sun room.

New favorite in the Haliburton hood we had driven by this spot a million times but never knew there was a new Inn / Restaurant. A menu you may be more used to seeing in a cool bistro in the city but wow it was good. I normally wouldn t take the risk of ordering risotto or mussels in a restaurant so far out of the metro area but this was really good. Never had chipotle based cream sauce for mussels but it was kick butt! Tasty with a spicy kick. Wife had the tenderloin which was collected medium rare to perfection with a peppercorn sauce. I had the signature burger and it is the best in the area. Great, friendly service from Nicki. Well done! We ll be back.

Amazing food and great service.

My husband decided to take me out for date night to The Rockcliffe. It was absolutely amazing. The tomahawk steak was the best steak I have ever had. Cooked perfectly. Our server was super. Exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be coming back. Also, our dog got in on it and hasnt left the bone alone.

We stopped in for lunch and everything was delicious and fresh. My kids ate all their meals as well. Thank you.

Very enjoyable evening celebrating my aunts birthday. The staff are very accommodating to my rather restricted diet and prepared a delicious meal for me and all the dinner guests in my party. I love the view of the lake from the dining room and theres lots of outdoor seating for warm weather dining. We will return often

One of the very few actual restaurants in the minden area. The food is actually quite good and not terribly priced either. I never leave hungry. Drinks are reasonably priced and they have a orettybdecent selection. Some nights, if you go there, they have live music. Pretty nice, though at times it may be a bit too high a volume. If you want to go to just talk then Id avoid the music nights. They are really neat though. Service is really well here. It is recommended that you reserve a table. Usually they can accommodate you regardless though, just might have to wait a few. They are very nice and very attentive. Honestly one of the obly places in Minden that I would actually recommend to go out and eat at.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th Anniversary on Saturday night at the Rockcliffe and it was superb. We would give it a 10 out of 10. Their staff were outstanding and they made us feel special. Judith and Ted Service

I had the honour and privilege of experiencing the entire Grand Opening of The Rockcliffe - Moore Falls and boy, they did NOT disappoint!! I grew up listening to my parents tell stories about this place in Minden, and I am so excited to start building my own memories here. Great live music from the Stoned Robins, a super friendly atmosphere, and a fun environment with some classic cottage games on the lawn! Must Haves: -The BURGER!! Nom, nom! Incredibly delicious... fresh, quality beef, smokey cheese, soft brioche bun, crispy fried onions... need I say more?! -The CHICKEN WINGS are absolutely next level. I know that seems simple, but the texture is so on-point - super crispy outer skin (not soggy!!), tons of juicy meat on the bones and you MUST taste the wonders of the Thai Peanut sauce ... you wont regret it!! - The STEAKS... The most important aspect of a solid steak dinner is definitely the quality of the meat, and The Rockcliffe does not disappoint! If you have a reason to celebrate, or if youre just looking for an unforgettable steak experience to share with family & friends, order the dry-aged Tomahawk Rib Eye, and some sides to share, and prepare to be amazed!! The presentation alone will have you salivating, and the dining experience as a whole will blow you away! -All the DRINKS!! The tap and bottle selections focus heavily on supporting local breweries and some Ontario wineries, which I love and hey, why not support our own economy when we can, right!? I am also 100% sure that the folks at The Rockcliffe do not know how to make a bad cocktail!! I sampled several of them over the weekend, and not one of them was just your average beverage ;) Fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavours and a bit of local & personal inspiration make these cocktails almost as awesome and special as the bartenders who are making them for you! The staff and owners alone, are worth the visit but if you do stop in, give yourself the full Rockcliffe experience... Eat. Stay. Play!

Loved the atmosphere and the design inside - the food was great with great choices! a must stop if youre in the area.

Finally a great spot for food, entertainment and rest in the area. The interior has been tastefully redone with each area youll find slightly different vibe. We had dinner on the covered patio and then headed to the lounge for a sing-along with the band and a nightcap at the bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and Patty the bartender makes a mean cocktail. Ill be back for the Thai peanut wings and the burger. Waiting for the owners to put some prize money on the first person to take down the 48 oz tomahawk steak in a single session. #ripjohncandy. We were able to peak into see the guest rooms above which are something out of a design magazine. I have a feeling I should just start directing my paychecks their way now...

As I was very hesitant to see what this would be, being the new rockcliffe and all, i must say I was very pleasantly surprised! My server was fantastic with a great sense of humour and who knew, from a local brewery mango and beer do go together! Patty the bartender was awesome as was the vibe of the place. One of the owners this afternoon was a breath of fresh air and down to earth. Every new business has glitches which will be figured out Im sure. Sit in a Muskoka chair and enjoy a wonderful view and a beverage! We did! Thanks for the awesomeness!

Wednesday July 6, 2022. @ 620 pm. Restaurant is reservations only. No walk ins. Disability ramp is blocked by tables. Had to get 2 people to move just so I could walk up. If in wheelchair you can t access the restaurant at all. Front door has zero markings to let you know it s the entrance. Only 1 single chair to sit and wait while we were a party of 4. Told they would try to get us a table but it would be an hour or so. Restaurant half empty and told all the kitchen staff have Covid so they re making due with the staff they have. The guy at the merchandise counter couldn t ring me up. Had to wait for someone else to come. Worst experience.

As an old fan of the Rockliffe I had to stop in on the way to the cottage with the family this weekend. The restaurant looks incredible and the wooden patio definitely brought me back to those summer afternoons on the deck in Minden. The cocktail was excellent (the Minden Mule) and the staff was all so friendly and seemed as excited about the new location as we did. I ll be going back for lunch soon and also hope to see some live music. Cheers!

Wonderful first time to the new The New Rockcliff Moore Falls! Great atmosphere, great food and fab renovations. All the best to the new owners, you have the recipe for success, look forward to many years watching this name grow and come back!

We were really hoping this would be a new spot while visiting our cottage. Both our food and beverage order was incorrect, asked for romaine salad, they brought out garden salad then waitress said we dont offer romaine as a side after we placed and received order. Asked for Gin&Soda, received a Gin&Tonic, not once but twice, asked for limes and received lemons. We didnt know there was a drink menu, until we had to ask for one after our second round. We booked reservation well in advance, arrived and told we dont guarantee patio (even though they specifically asked us in the email if we wanted patio) We felt like we inconvenienced the assistant manager. She was rude and dismissive and made us feel like we were bothering her. I emailed the entire ownership team shortly after, not one person responded. (That was 2 weeks ago)

Excellent food and wait staff...great experience...so excellent to have a great spot so close...

The manager (tall blond lady) was so unfriendly! I called in the morning to ask if I needed a reservation and was told no. When we got to the restaurant they said we needed a reservation. Then they asked who we spoke to....never thought they might be lying so I didnt ask for a name. The hostess was clearly out of her element. After 15 minutes we were seated. I will never be back. Mistakes are made, growing pains exist when opening a new business but theres no need to be rude to customers.

Food is great, drinks are great, atmosphere is great, my families new go to spot up at the cottage!!! The chicken wings and tomahawk steaks are top notch!

Stopped by the new pad for an awesome lunch on the patio with great views. Tried beet salad, cob salad, 2 types of wings, onion rings and fries. Unbelievable food. Our server Cindy was pleasent and quick. Cocktails were also very delightful. About time the area offer some really great atmosphere and food. Well done! We are coming back with a larger group.

Staff was friendly, however we waited awhile to get served, waited over an hour for basic pub grub and when we finally got our meal it was less than stellar. When they are charging as much as they are for food I would expect it to be held to a higher standard. This is not the case. Good place to get a drink and sit on the patio. I understand they havent been open that long but not a good first impression.

Welcome back to The Rockcliffe! Had an amazing meal and experience tonight. Started with the hummus plate followed by the spectacular duck confit and finished it off with the chocolate tart and they were all delicious! Happy to see local beer options from Boshkung Brewing and Haliburton Highlands as well! Atmosphere was great (sat on the side patio) and the staff was responsive, knowledgeable and super friendly! Such a pleasure to enjoy great food with great friends! The Rockcliffe at Moore Falls was amazing!!! The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, the views were amazing and the best part was the food was incredible :) If you are in the Minden area, the Rockcliffe is a stop you have to make.

We had an amazing Friday night! There was 7 of us and we sat on the patio enjoying the beautiful evening! We had the garlic bread, which was delicious, served hot in a cast iron pan. We also had the shrimp, also delicious! And for an extra app, we had the most delicious wings. Our party had fish and chips, steaks and chicken supreme! The menu has a bit of everything for everyone! For those that want a Tomahawk steak, you can get that there too! Outside, before you enter the restaurant, the owners have built a gazebo for musicians to play with tables all around, which is so amazing! And, you can play crochet if you want! It truly is a place to visit! Bravo!!!

We came here for a girls night dinner and had the best time. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly. Outside, there were also some lawn games to play. Great food and atmosphere, can t wait to come back!

I highly recommend dropping by here for a drink, for a snack, for dinner or all three. I have eaten here on several occasions and the food has been excellent. We ordered the steaks, fries and mussels and they all came perfectly cooked and well presented. Likewise the service was excellent. For something different, try ordering the vegetarian option. Its not always easy to make a vegetarian dish stand out but the chef managed to do so with this eggplant based dish. He obviously has some depth in his skill set. On other occasions I have simply dropped by to have a drink at the bar and have tried a few of their signature cocktails made by bartenders Kirsty and Patty. No doubt their years of experience show through in their ability to mix up some pretty fantastic drinks.

Great fries and drinks! Staff are friendly UPDATE: had dinner, everything was awesome. Filet, ribeye, mussels in white wine cream sauce, Cobb salad, mushrooms, smoked onion rings, asparagus, linguine carbonara and lobster mac.all super delicious. My only complaint is the sides are very expensive and very small.

Great place for a nice dinner while driving through, or if you re lucky enough to be nearby at the cottage. An excellent menu with numerous options (ribs ) and an amazing cocktail selection. The Manhattan(s) were awesome! We can t wait to see the new Rockcliffe in Minden! Cheers to you guys!

Wine? No Chardonnay. Dessert? Ice cream? No, we just don t have room for a freezer. Atmosphere more amenable to the boys with their baseball caps on backward than for mature couples who d like to converse if they can make themselves heard over the speaker playing music we don t want to hear. Just not the gracious place it was in the past. Three dining areas .if you must go ask for whichever one is most quiet. Good luck.

Nice new spot

Riding around up north we got thirsty and found this gem. We didnt have reservations but asked if we can sit down for a drink and rest up before our ride back. They obliged and even sat us in the patio to enjoy the gorgeous day. Awesome people and very friendly. Tempted us to try their dry aged tomahawk. They succeeded - well be back. Cheers.

First time at the Rockcliffe and the staff instantly made us feel like regulars. Great atmosphere, food is a 10 out of 10 absolutely incredible. You will not leave hungry! Bartending is a 10 out of 10, Steve the bar tender was a 12 out of 10. We will be back!

Three of us went for lunch sat aug 6. Got there and was told the kitchen was not open. A little disappointed. Fine. We stayed for a couple pints. Beers were supposed to be $5 unless specified $8. We all ordered Molson Canadian which according to their drink menu should be $5. Bill came and we were all charged $8 a beer. Our fault for not realizing before we paid. Won t be returning.

Wonderful experience , beautiful views , friendly staff and amazing food. We had the muscles , wedge salad and lovely wine (thanks Mark). Great place with a great future.

We had a wonderful family dinner. The food and drinks were delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere is wonderful. We ate inside but played some games on the lawn after dinner. We will definitely be back!

While visiting family on Moore Lake, we had a wonderful dining experience at the new Moore Falls location. The food was fabulous. Our table enjoyed shrimp; bread board; steaks; duck; and a chocolate & blueberry tart. (And some wine :-) The service was terrific. We were not in a rush and while being attentive, they left us to enjoy the appetizers at our own pace. The staff was very pleasant, and in particular, our server (Kevin) was professional, courteous and engaging. We got a quick tour of all the renovations done over the past year. Beautiful finishes everywhere, perfectly suited to the cottage vibe, including the rooms upstairs available for visitors to rent. There are several eating and/or bar areas to choose from inside, as well as tables outside, which is where we sat to enjoy the gardens and live music on a perfect summer evening. Also got to meet some of the owners that have transformed the location and resurrected the Rockcliffe brand. Great people with a real passion for this area. It was a fantastic evening and well definitely go again.

Wonderful people and amazing food and service. My husband and I took our 2 and 4 year olds here for dinner on a rainy night while we were at the cottage. Our server and staff were so good with our kids- kind, patient, funny and so welcoming. Sometimes when you go to a restaurant with little ones you feel as though they dont really want you there but here they totally embraced having them and you could tell they really loved interacting with all the younger kiddos there. We felt really at ease. Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will definitely be coming back with the rest of the family! Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming and went above and beyond to be helpful with our kids, even when one of them was having a meltdown.

Ill give them one more try. Im on the fence. My husband and I happened to find the restaurant on their first opening weekend, and we wouldve given . The drinks were and the food were solid, great entertainment. I came back a month later with a couple of girlfriends, and we were was very let down. I had the same drinks and meal. One drink was bland, and the other was weak, the duck was okay. My girlfriends thought their food was mediocre. I would say that the quality was down to 60%, and none of us would come back if not for that first experience. Disappointing ! I hope this was just a bad day. As we referred many people.

An elevated, yet laid back lunch. A must stop spot for those who have the time to do so. We have lunch outside with both our cat and dog.

Had the steak. Was so good did not need to add any sauce to it. My compliments to the chef beat out the keg big time. Also had the Chilli lime shrimp perfectly cooked had to order another one it was so good. To the manager whoever was your chef on 9/01/2022 at 6pm hold on to them they are going too take your restaurant far. Sue M was our server she was awesome. Will be back for sure.

We ate here recently for dinner. Was fantastic. All around, food and service. Our waitress was so nice. So understanding and accommodating with our son (11, autism) Hopefully we can enjoy a meal here again soon. Honestly, the best burgers!

We are so excited to have an awesome restaurant in the area! We went July 2nd, had the fish and chips, chicken and onion rings. Food was FANTASTIC! AMAZING CHEF!! Patty, the bartender came to our table outside to suggest a drink and it was also amazing (blueberry mojito)! Sue, our server, was fantastic, very personable, friendly and quick. All the bussers were friendly and attentive. One of the owners (didnt catch his name) came to our table to check in and he was very friendly as well. Great atmosphere, live music was FANTASTIC. We are looking forward to having somewhere to go for dinner, a game and somewhere thats open later than 6pm!

Good food but expensive. Poor service. Waited over an hour for our orders. Seem to be unable to handle the business they have. Wont be back anytime soon.

Cannot believe we did not know this place was here. Stopped in for lunch on our way by, to our surprise the menu was perfect, all the food was fresh. Fantastic service and setting with quite possibly the best food we ve eaten in all of Kawartha Lakes. We will definitely be back.

We started with their Rockcliffe Espresso Martini which was amazing followed by the 7oz filet, which was tender and cooked perfectly. The staff are incredibly friendly and added so much to the experience. We will definitely be back!

Food was incredible. The pork belly was so delicious. I dont normally like mussels, but tried the white wine sauced ones, and they were amazing. Drinks were very good, and they took their time to make sure they were perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely come here to eat! I cant wait to come back Also stayed in one of the rooms(palms), very nicely done, bathroom is very modern and beautiful. View from the room is lovely, overlooking the water. Very helpful staff as well. Overall a very awesome experience. Not to be missed!

Excellent food, great service, best pork ribs Ive ever eaten. And the view of the lake was nothing short of idyllic. -Aidan
