I have ordered twice and they are missing items in my delivery. I place a $60 order and my order of bambino poutine is missing poutine and Diet Pepsi. I call back to get my poutine and my diet Pepsi and the woman on the line wants to offer me a credit. Uuuhhhh no I paid for my order and I expect it to be complete. I dont want your credit because I will never order from you again.

The restaurant menu must have 10 pages, too many choices, too many formulas, we dont know what to get, Gordon Ramsay would tear his hair out to see this type of menu. With so much choice you shouldnt expect great gastronomy and that everything is homemade. On the other hand, the waiter was honest with us about what we should take and not take from the menu, which was very appreciated. The pizza and lasagna were good.

Tonight we were a group of 60 people celebrating a family member, and I give an absolute zero for the service. It is not the fault of the waitress, who did everything possible, but that of the manager, totally incompetent, who only took two waiters to take care of 60 people. We arrived at 6 p.m. and only half of the group was able to eat around 9 p.m. Then, around 9:40 p.m., the other half hadn t even received their meal! This is unacceptable. On top of that, the owner had the audacity to charge $5 to those who had not even received their meal, under the pretext that they had eaten salad, which was nevertheless included in the main meal. Its a shame! The owner who forces customers to pay for a salad when they havent had their meal should be ashamed. I strongly advise against this restaurant!

Weve been going to this restaurant for 30 years and the dinners are very good and lots of choice. When we go there we always ask to be served by Virginie, she is a real and kind person. The excuse the restaurant gives us: we have a group of 70, sorry.... Other guests should not have to pay for there being a group. Clearly the manager is not doing his job well by putting only 5 waitresses on the floor. Put your money elsewhere, there are restaurants with plates just 3 or 4 dollars more that are 1000% more worth it!

I was eaten there this evening for the first time and it will be the last time, we were a group for my mothers day. We arrived there at 5:45 a.m. and received our meal at 8:20 a.m. My dough meal was really not good, it tasted like cane and my mother had to return her meal twice because it was not cooked. So that everyone had eaten and my mother didnt eat for the celebratory dinner and neither did I, because it was a terrible meal so its better to pay more for a meal and go eat in a big, classy restaurant. Im leaving from Saint François LAVAL to go eat there, its really a family and friendly restaurant with really warm and friendly employees. I give this wonderful, friendly restaurant 12 stars .
