Superb service and warm thank you and happy holiday season!

I had 3 chicken fillets with fries there. They forgot my coleslaw, which I asked for. Not very serious. I received 4 fillets instead of 3 and it was good. I was eating quietly and there were 3 other customers at another table. The lady in the restaurant starts doing the closing cleaning (washing the tables) at 8:10 a.m. and sets up the chairs around us when they dont close until 9 p.m.! I found this really disrespectful to us customers who are eating! Its like telling us sacrifice your camp until we finally close it! I wasnt hungry anymore so I finished my cabaret there and left. 10 to 15 minutes before the end to set up the chairs is enough. I hope the word gets out to the employees. At the price we pay ($16 for fries, small salad and 3 chicken fillets), we can eat in peace!

Horrible! My thigh was completely cold and part of the drumstick was completely raw! I called to explain the situation... they told me that it was simply impossible, the chicken was still well cooked! Well, so... I asked for a refund or a replacement meal... and if I had eaten a single fry or more than 3 or 4 bites it was refused. I had to show up so he could inspect the box, and maybe just replace the thigh! ARE YOU REAL?? Horrible service and disgusting food!

Rien de spécial pour lambiance, mais la salle est propre donc un solide 4 étoiles. La nourriture, absolument rien à redire un 5 étoiles justifié. Pour le service jai eu lagréable plaisir de me faire porter mon plateau jusquà ma table, un autre 5 étoiles. Overall, je recommande sans hésiter ce resto pour quand on a oublié son lunch du midi!

A rather ordinary starter of cheese sticks including a chicken croquette which means I have one stick less! Ordered on the internet supposed to be delivered between 5:09 p.m. and 5:39 p.m. a fairly large margin.....my meal arrived at 5:53 p.m.

I love chicken but I am very very disappointed with the cooking of the overcooked chicken and not enough and the last three times it was a disaster in Mirabel made that sad thing I loved it so much before

Saturday evening, ordering takeout took a long time. I had a salad with breaded chicken instead of chicken

once again, we order on the application and 1h30 later, we try to call and its an automated central which tells us that they have an internet outage.... they charge us and we never receives our dinner impossible to call the Restaurant directly.

No service too long for nothing and no customer to justify the time of agreement no fries in my club they forgot to put them 17$ hahahah not much chicken in club plus its hard that Im going back to see them we tells me do you want more fries than usual adding their own error

I am very disappointed with the service and the food. I ordered a club sandwich from the drive-thru and received a sandwich that absolutely had only chicken. The chicken wasnt even cut, the bread all flattened and cold. Sincerely, I do not recommend this place! Here is a photo to show you their SANDWICH CLUB!!!!

Super fresh and good but at over $100 for my order Im a little disappointed with the 18 fries in our meal boxes, recession or not! (Update an email was sent to me and no news after that)

Prices on the internet and what we pay are different. My Benny bowl was listed as $16, I paid $21 at the door. Same thing for my boyfriends 2 thighs meal. Plus, my Benny bowl was only half full. Luckily, at least it was good but too expensive.

We waited 2.5 hours and NEVER received our order?!??? I tried to call and after 20 minutes of waiting I hung up. I called back and after another 15 minutes no answer. However, I received a confirmation email. Plus we are ordering for children so they waited 2.5 hours with snacks... to finally have to make dinner...(I knew...) I just cant believe it.

Order placed at 6:05 p.m. At 8 p.m., order not arrived. I call the restaurant and wait 30 minutes in line. Finally my partner went there and was told that the restaurant was closed and so was the telephone exchange. No one contacted us to inform us and they still took payment from the credit card... they tell us they will refund us tomorrow. Meanwhile, cars arrive at the drive-thru and no one answers even though there are 4 employees inside. No one to tell him that the restaurant is closed. Other customers who were also waiting for their order came up against a closed door. Major lack of customer service and professionalism

Its been 2h20 since we ordered. Big nonsense! Also waited in line for 25min trying to find out where my order is. Finally decides to leave. Hoping the delivery guy doesn t arrive in the meantime. Arrive there, it s now been 3 hours since I placed the order. The lights in the dining room are turned off. I knock and get ignored! I bang constantly. A lady comes out of the kitchen with a stop knocking look, she doesnt want to open, speaks to me through the door. She tells me we have no electricity! I give him a you have lots of light. She tells me we missed some. I tell her that it doesnt make sense, he should call us that its been three hours since I ordered and she responds with a look that makes me feel like you should have come before. I tell her that she should call us to say that they wont be able to serve us. She tells me she doesnt have a phone. I tell her that she or these employees have a cell phone. She smells crazy! I have 4 children at home who want to eat and I still paid $90 for an order so I dont know whats going to happen with my money! This woman has no customer service. When I left, a man arrived on foot. He was waiting at the drive-thru and no one told him that unfortunately the restaurant was closed for reasons beyond their control. They dont care about their customer! I have never seen such poor service! And what can we say about the manager or owner, but shame on Benny for being represented by this woman who is crazy about everyone! I can understand that problems can happen but how many people were waiting for an order that would NEVER have arrived! Even if the center was closed something that is not said on their message so you wait like an idiot They surely have an emergency number for this type of emergency. I cant believe it is so poorly organized and blame me for being patient in waiting for my order! Benny St-Canut a big zero for customer service! Today, which is the next day, I have been waiting for 33 minutes to speak to someone at the central office to get my refund and NO response!

Discover Canadian channels... Bad idea this time. Average chicken, mediocre ribs and the sauce that I didnt like. But be careful, this is just a personal taste.

More than 30 minutes of waiting.

Waiting 45 minutes at the drive-thru when there are 6 cars ahead is pretty ordinary and having a cup of sauce half full.

Extremely disappointed with the service last night I order for me and my mother 2 chicken wing meals 1 of 12 and 1 of 8 wings the lady at the counter asks me what flavor I tell her not spicy I want our wings mild and I cant ate spicy wings she takes the order I am also accompanied by my sister and my brother-in-law... our wings arrive well after their order they find that their ribs are not cooked enough but eat them anyway when our wings arrive at the first mouthful me and my mother are stunned she was next to me when I ordered mild non-spicy wings and its scary spicy so I go back to see our waitress being convinced that there has been a mistake she tells me that she cant do anything the wings are like that she could just give me the choice for the sauce but we didnt touch the sauce we just took a small bite on the wings and then she asks me what Do I want to order 2 orders? I told her that there was no question of us eating this, that she could throw them away and that my sister was eating with her partner so as not to leave them alone. I ordered 2 thigh meals I can guarantee you that if I had been alone with my mother we would have gone to eat elsewhere but when I returned to the table and my mother knew that nothing had been done for us she is returned to the counter to see our waitress and she asked her to speak to the manager the lady told her that she was the head cashier my mother was stubborn with her but I knew she didnt want to help us since it was was she who served us...now my question for you if your head cashier knew the wings were spicy when she said the wings are like that why when I told her I wanted mild wings not spicy why not Did she not mention it to me???

Its good for a quick stop. The small group room can be practical. My dish was too sweet for my taste but it was tasty. Parking: There are charging stations but not part of the electrical circuit. Can anyone explain to me why restaurateurs complain about the traffic base, is that a restaurant like Benny & Co in St Canut applies a no refund policy when the customer is not satisfied, the cashier tells me that she cant refund me its my policy is if i want something else i have to pay again.....the policy that the customer is never right! Is it impossible our food is not good, she tells me to forget my phone number that someone will call me maybe call me tomorrow to maybe reimburse me but nothing is sure... benny and co st canut I dont refer anyone..management needed to review their customer service policy and customer satisfaction! Beware of bullying by staff

Only half of my order has arrived (order already paid). I had to call to get the rest of my order and so my guests ate cold! More than 20 minutes between the 2 orders, no compensation, really frustrating.

Since November I have been here in St-Canut and I order a lot from Bennys. With experience, 8 out of ten times, there will be an error in the order. The delivery people are very nice and polite but the manager and staff of the restaurant lack a lot of competence. The manager promised me a $20 discount upon seeing all the errors but impossible to claim when the staff is too incompetent

Deceptive delivery times, received my lunch 45 minutes after closing, then on top of that the delivery person blamed another for the delay so that in the end I got a frozen poutine with no sauce and when you open the box you can see that it was spoiled. ...... Really crap overall

$70 worth of food later (for 2 and a half people)... only to realize when calling (once the order was received) that they had changed their chicken fillets.. well Guess what, its back to croquettes absolutely inedible, cold, full of nerves, with the taste of dog food.... Its laughing at people to sell such expensive products, in addition to the false representation. Done, Ill never call again.

I have been eating chicken fillets at Bennys for a good fifteen years. The nets have changed, but really not for the better. I dont understand why a rotisserie serves fillets that arent fillets, now the kind of chicken in mashed dough and mechanically formed, like hyper-industrialized frozen Flamingo. Very very disappointed, the quality is not there, McDo and Tim Hortons unfortunately have equivalent quality, for less money too. I went to Benny precisely for this difference in quality, added value which no longer exists. Next time Ill buy a frozen box instead, at a quarter of the price and I wont see any difference in my plate. I sincerely hope that you will come back with your old recipe which was real quality fillets, until then I will not return to your place because I no longer like it.
