As a trained chef and someone who works in client service, I was particularly shocked and disappointed at the service at this store. I was waiting patiently for around 5 minute, note that I was the only person in line, and when the young man final arrived at the cash, he just stood there and did not greet me until I said “hello, how are you?”. After taking my order he just left, did not say thank you and when my food was ready just handed it to me without saying thank you or good bye or anything of that nature. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and she did listen however she made excuses saying it’s not the norm that her staff acts that way and did not offer apologies or any way to make it right. I have managed a store of one of their competitors and if I heard about one of my employees treating customers like that, the consequences would be swift and severe. I do not mind waiting, but you should assure that the service you do provide is professional and courteous. Note that while this review is written in English, the whole interaction was in French and that I am fully bilingual. There is no language barrier contributing to this lack of service. Do better!

The place was very dirty. All the garbages were overflowing. The employees weren't wearing gloves when handling the food and the glove box was directly on the counter. There were six employees and it took forever to be served and to receive our order. Only good point I have to say is that they no longer had the syrup for my refresher and they offered me something else. But otherwise I wouldn't return.

When I tried to order a coffee in English the person taking my order said something to another employee in French and then walked away. Then the second employee also walked away. When nobody appeared to take my order in a reasonable amount of time I let without a coffee. Also the washrooms were closed which should be illegal. You don't need to speak English to take a coffee order you only need to understand about three words. It was quite obvious that the drive-thru was the priority. Next time maybe I will try the drive-thru with my tractor trailer and see how that goes. Epic fail
For two years I have been asking for sponsorship for the residence which is just behind the Tim and I am told that I have to give my form a year in advance,??? And this year I did it again and when I called a certain Mélanie Garneau she answered me rather curtly: I told you not to call me, Im the one who will call. Its not uncommon that they dont have the muffin or donut I want, every time I wait for my order the same dirt is not cleaned even though I kindly mentioned it to them

The service is fast and impeccable. The well-cooked wrap is always perfect, and the orders are exact. The line moves faster than at all the Tim Hortons on my route. Bravo for the notable improvement in recent months. And, once again, they are the only ones to toast the wrap twice correctly!
Incredible, I go in there, there are 2 people in front of me (they order 2 coffees) I swear to you 17 MINUTES LATER I was still in line to place my order, I go back and there is a line up coming out outside. How does it take TEN SEVEN MINUTES TO MAKE TWO COFFEES. I left without ordering anything, incredible how it stays alive on time, its so late ***88
I just went to get an iced cappuchino and evening workers should pay more attention to the amount of java in the ice cap machine. There were clearly 3 bags of java rather than 2. My ice cap literally tasted like espresso very very strong all the customers will be drinking this in the next few hours until the machine empties I try to call to avoid that there are other customers who drink it but they dont respond. In short, I couldnt even drink my iced cappuchino because its really not good.

Nothing negative to say about this Tim Hortons. My orders are always intact, no errors every time and fast service! Having been to several Tim Hortons in other cities, the service is second to none.

I got sick with food poisoning because of what I ate there (beef sandwich) after getting sick I realized it was because the meat was raw or almost uncooked. (PS: I ordered in the evening and I ate while driving home so I couldnt see the meat before eating it). In short, I was really very sick for a day and a half of staying at home because no one checked if the meat was okay. I would never eat there again. In addition, products are often missing. So make sure you respect the customers order, especially if its for takeout. I ask for a chippotle sauce in my blt because there is 0 sauce in it and its dry. I arrive close to 15 and I realize that my blt has no sauce. So I ate it the same because Im 10 minutes from the restaurant and I dont have time to make a u turn. Its not very complicated to follow an order, especially for a blt.
Due to the new pizza at Tim Hortons, the violent service is an endless wait for you to want your coffee.

Putting up a sign takes two seconds when the machine is not working, simple command very complicated! I always order a small dark coffee and a small iced cappuccino with an espresso jet, not complicated and yet there is always something that goes wrong. Not strong!
Ive been going to se tim several times but for some time now they dont know how to make French vanilla. I end up with a glass of hot water instead of real vanilla. A glass of water is starting to get expensive
When you ask for a box of 50 timbit mixers and the young person doesnt force himself to mix. 25 chocolates and 25 cinnamons. Great fun. And message the person who responds to the comment. Instead of copying and pasting, respond in real terms and it will show that you really care about the service.

We have 2 Signalers for SDV City Signaling, we ordered 2 lunches with Coffee The Coffee is perfect a large 2x2 and a large French Vanilla. Lunch leaves you bitter! I asked for a multigrain bagel with Philadelphia cheese plus extra bacon. I received the bagel and philadelphia cheese but 0 Bacon! My colleague asked for a rap from the worker she had a BLT Rap a disappointment Check your orders before leaving the service window. Sincerely 2 Signalers from SDV disappointed!

So disappointed with the service and the quartered potatoes. I ordered a chai latte, they gave me a latte and they told me that they dont make chai even though Im used to ordering it at Tims! The potatoes were hard as if they had been reheated in oil a second or third time! Impossible to eat it was disgusting!!!!! Its the customers fault if the order is incorrectly punched at the cash register, a trio of lunch coffee sandwich English muffin bacon potato ketchup is too complex for them to understand. There is no pill to cure stupidity.

If you want a toasted bagel, specify well toasted or youll end up with a bagel thats barely warm and not great in the mouth.

The worst Tim Horton I waited 20 minutes in line at the drive-thru for a coffee at 5:30 in the morning I left before being served, it makes no sense. I understand that there are a lot of people in the morning, but the other time in Saint Canut is much faster despite the many customers

Problem #1 Everything was perfect except that they advertise (discounts) on their menu display board. For a product that they dont even have and dont even know when they will have it. Problem #2 I would first like to mention since they changed managers the service has become slow, the courtesy of employees towards customers is no longer as present as before. And what about the atmosphere between the employees.... In fact the cashier had difficulty understanding why my promotion on fidelitim didnt work. And when after asking the assistant manager and another colleague wanted to help. The assistant or manager of the moment to whom she had already asked and who had replied that she could do nothing to help me (me the customer without even coming to see the problem). Well, she raised her voice at the cashier who was serving me, telling her in a dry tone that she had already answered him and looked at him with a look that I wont dare comment on. Not able to offer the full service as required. Not able to fill an order 100%. watch your bags...things are always missing...beacon extras are never in the sandwiches. Things go wrong in the kitchen and people struggle while the customer waits at the drive-thru.

I spend about 2 days in the evening, always great service. The reason you lost a star is because I just went through the drive-thru, and it was my mistake I asked at the window if we could make my latte with almond milk because the person who the prebd is lactose intolerant. I had the right to a huge sigh from the cashier with a staring look and I even had the right to the sentence; Well, it s already done. And the lady was cold for the rest of the transaction. For assembly, I always have a great customer experience, always smiling and courteous. I wont let one bad experience ruin it, but it still costs you a star.
As a tourist I like to stop at Tims to have a coffee and eat before hitting the road because I was going to Saint-Jérôme
