There's been a misunderstanding. I like Tim Horton's for the most part and I thought 3 out of 5 wasn't too bad for a coffee shop. We are not talking about haute cuisine here and as far as coffee shops go this particular Tim Horton's is quite good. And 4 out of 5 means the staff were excellent. In my world almost nobody gets 5 stars.
Went late at night and was open since this one is a 24H location. Everything was full and fresh. Dining location was clean. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely a go-to location if you go out late at night.
Garbage service specially at night have a video of 3 people just being incompetent I’ve been a client for Tim hortons for the past 15 years but never seen one that don’t even take the clients order for 10 minutes or more
Worst location ever can deal with . I just had chicken noodle soup with regular lemonade . I can't say more for the soup . There is nothing they just filled with water. No noodle no even one piece chicken. The lady gave me lemonade then forgot me waiting in the car until other guy came in asked in french what are you waiting for ? I said my soup he found it on a side . I wished if I could check it before took it . It's just coloured water with flavour. Must change the name and drop chicken. Lemonade is something else rather than calling it lemonade.i added it just after the ice melted
Very impolite and rude manager and stuff. They are so unprofessional and after 3 times could not prepare the correct command for us. They were not sorry and at the end one of them threw away my order in front of me. Usually I’m not fan of Tim Horton because they are soooo impolite
We chose this because it was advertised on Highway 50. However, that was a bit of a trick as it was 3K off. Once I got there, I had humourous difficulties in ordering in English. The staff were very nice but 'Large coffee double milk' was too much for them. On top of that men's washroom was in very bad shape.

Good service, the food is good as always I am always delighted to come into Tims to order me a drink or a biscuit we are never disappointed with Tim apart from the atmosphere which could be cleaned more regularly we hope to see a little commitment and more respect among the employees because well Im treated like a female dog but hey theres nothing we can do about it! Even if the food is always good, the service remains terrible and we dont talk about how the order takes 3 hours to prepare. Damage!

A big CONGRATULATIONS to Karyann! Im a Moka addict, Ive gone from 1 to 2 times a day for 4 years and I can say that 2 out of 3 times theres a mistake. If I go there before 9 a.m. Im sure Ill be back because I know that if I go to the Drive-thru there will be a mistake...no cream or just hot chocolate... I complained every time and NEVER changed anything except with Karyann. Shes the only one who took me seriously (who really heard me) I worked for the owner and I know that customer service is important to him. I hope that all the changes that have been made over the past few years will end up bearing fruit..........

10 minutes of waiting for a little coffee,...there are 8 on the floor, and only one open crate. And the worst thing is listening to the manager shouting directions to the employees.

Extremely long 30 minutes to receive a wrap and a bowl at 3 p.m. and being the only customer who placed an order outside the drive-thru. Order error and customer service leaves something to be desired: employee does not speak, makes mistakes and is very slow. No excuse for wrong order. The staff should be better trained because they seemed overwhelmed and not very efficient with the small number of customers.
Stupid cashier, error in the order, really long waits, the customer after me heard 10 minutes for a white bread toast. He prioritizes the drive-thru and lets people wait too long, always disappointed with the service there.

We arrive at 8:15 p.m. with all the excuses not possible at the drive thru to cancel my 3 order choices. Because: young people dont want to wash the panini machine, their shift finishes in 2 hours. We go to the Tim de St Canut on Fridays around 9:30 p.m. and its always like that. The racks are always empty or when there are a few donuts, they are dry as if they had been on the counter for 24 hours. I ordered a croissant for my daughter with butter, I got a cheese croissant I exchanged it for one with butter and it was so full of butter that it took me 6 napkin to remove a little butter It was disgusting and I threw the croissant away. There is nothing fresh about this tim and the management leaves something to be desired. Bad service not to mention that there are always errors and its never fresh.

Worse Tim, never open at night even though its written 24 hours every day. Sometimes the drive closed in broad daylight and the same for the doors barred 1 hour out of 2. Staff3 incompetent and extremely slow.

Its better to go when the line of cars is not too long, because when they are very busy there are frequent mistakes. A word of advice, check the contents of your order before leaving! I went inside again recently, and it wasnt strong. The employee at the cash register was in the moon when I presented myself in front of her. She didnt speak loud enough either. I have a proposal for the Tim Horton chain, Tim-chance you order something and you never know what you will receive. At least I wouldnt have to wait. 8x in 2 months that I have been there, never received the right thing, I stay at the window and I open the sandwich before taking off, there are always ingredients missing or completely not the same thing. Chances are youre not a nurse the morgue wouldnt provide.
