They are closed for renovation and didn't update their website. We had to make a detour in traffic for nothing.
Fast food burgers with good onion rings. Root beer is their signature. A root beer float is a great dessert. Ample parking available. Drive thru as well.
Twice now I've ordered a chicken sandwich combo, and both times the drink and fries were missing... how does that even happen?
We had an amazing experience. Etienne provided fantastic service to our group, even checking in mid-meal to ensure everything was up to our liking. The food was delicious and fresh with the perfect amount of sauce. We also appreciated the outdoor picnic tables. 5 out of 5, 100% will be back.
Kids like the food and pricing is fair. Some of the Staff are lazy. At drive through, they Just handed me two kids meal without even closing the boxes. Anyways I thought that was pure laziness.
No frozen root beer which was what we had stopped for but Rasid (?sp) was very nice and explained the situation and he even offered to call around to other locations to see if any of us could find a location with the frozen root beer. (It was just frozen root beer so I wasn't going to make someone waste their time on that but it was a really nice gesture.)
Advised drive through attendant that I have never ordered at A&W and asked for her to be patient. She was exactly that. She took time to answer questions and got our order perfect. Fantastic job to her. I did not get her name but was working the window at 14h00 on Wed Aug 24th.
After being dissapointed at the Cremazie A&W I drove north to this one in Ste-Therese. Wow, what a contrast. Very nice man took my order, I asked for a limonade instead of a soft drink for my usual chicken strip trio. He kindly made the adjustment at no charge, then gave me 2 honey and 2 bbq sauces, no charge, to top it off, i had 4 strips in my bag. I had a nice discussion about good service with him and how he was doing a great job.
My wife tasted it for the first time, she loved it. The coke in this frosted glass was a pleasant surprise.
Never open at the time listed on the schedule in the morning. Said 7 a.m., I go at 7:45 a.m. on weekdays and they are not open.

Thanks to the young girl at the car service who informed me that it was possible to replace the mayo in my Beyond Burger with mustard and ketchup.
Great smile at the reception, there was no one, it didnt take too long and we were served. A small hamburger ... with a small fries... enjoy your meal
Really disappointed for my first experience. I ordered with the app but at the wrong restaurant. I am a truck driver and not being able to go to the right restaurant, they did not want to reimburse me. Long live McDonalds their application debits the money once there.
Fast service, good lunch quickly
I ordered a chubby trio, they put an old pile of chicken in the oil, it just tasted like old used oil, I worked for 4 years for A&W, really disappointed

The cashier/cook is probably in training so I didnt say anything because it happened but I asked for a burger without tomato and he had 1 in it luckily its not a question of allergy! But be careful guys, otherwise the burger was very good!

Well, its inside the gas station store, so it doesnt have many seats, but the taste is still delicious. The night service was very slow, lets hope it improves.

Really disappointed with our experience! We ordered from the drive-thru this afternoon and the person who served us couldnt have been more stupid! Also, Im still not sure if the fries I received were simply not refilled, or if I received the leftovers from someone else, because the bag was so empty...

This franchise should lose its license and close completely. Indicates 24/7 it closes at 12am Arrives at 11:15pm it is already closed. He cant support his business, please close. The one on Arthur Sauve is open 24/7 and I have no problems every time I go there. Please close this place

I had an Uncle Burger, its rare but the Burger was the same as in the photo!!! Succulent and the onion ring a great classic. Its a $20 trio but its like that... as long as they dont increase it for 5 years itll be okay

Its attached to a gas station, but there are dining facilities on site. Its definitely better for takeout. The food is good and the service very good. The challenge: managing their stock. Our liquors were in coffee glasses, which went limp quickly...and this is no exception.

Went to the drive-thru... long service but no queue. No fries. Completely decomposed onion slices. One of the 2 Root Beers should be diet (for a diabetic) and unable to know what the diet is... Definitely dont recommend!

I usually love A&W because their food is great (though on the pricier side of fast foods), but that A&W in particular needs to learn how to manage and train their employees. I have nothing wrong against employees making the most out of their student jobs but in this case it comes to the detriment of the service offered. They often are slow and give clear indications that they dont care about the clients. The worst one of the chain by far.
