There are many Basha restaurants. The best by far remains the downtown St Catherine St Montreal location. This one on the other hand was poor. Lousy service, lousy food, and not worth it.
I go eat at n BASHA almost once every week and always thoroughly impressed. The chicken shawarma is exceptional – tender, flavorful, and perfectly marinated. The fresh vegetables and creamy garlic sauce complemented the dish beautifully, all wrapped in warm, soft pita bread. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were friendly and attentive. BASHA offers great value and an outstanding shawarma experience. Highly recommended!
Best Basha I’ve been to in a long time, including those found in Montreal. Staff is great, very polite, food is great. Would recommend over all middle eastern fast foods in the area.

I was on a road trip with my friends, and I ordered a simple shawarma supper. The meal was prepared in two seconds and it was so delicious! We all took different orders and it was fantastic. The potatoes were well done, the pita fresh, the meat savoury. Every single aspect was great. The cashier was very nice, and helped me deal with my credit card (I had to activate it). My friends and I went a little overboard with the tip, but we were stunned by such a high quality meal. We all gave 120%. Very well deserved.
Good place. I ordered shawarma mixed salad and fried potatoes cubes plus drink and pastry. For all I paid 19$ tips including. Fast service. Nice people. Portion size good enough.
Ordered fatoush and they put me tabouleh with a very weird salad taste bad. Falafel was good but a bit too dry (needs more tahini) thank you. Oh I didn't knew tahini was extra.. A real lebanese restaurant (Boustan) would put as much sauce as you want without even asking you.

GO THERE NOW! Excuse my French but let me tell you that this restaurant is a gem here in Mirabel! How lucky we are to discover and eat this good Lebanese cuisine. The potatoes are seasoned to perfection! Do you hear? I said seasoned. The portions are MA GNI FI QUE, The prices are also more than reasonable knowing inflation and all the difficulties our merchants encounter so I take my hat off to this beautiful restaurant which offers us great quality at an affordable price. Ps: I have eaten in a lot of BASHAs because it is a restaurant chain but this one is special, I have designated it my Basha Attitré restaurant I dont go anywhere else! So PLEASE even if you are on the other side of Montreal, its worth coming to spend your money here. And I say that, I say nothing.

Always good service, fresh food with a good portion in general. By far the best Basha in the chain however the portions of meat are sometimes reduced drastically from one time to the next but the accompaniments often make up for this remainder but I recommend it to everyone it is worth the detour I certify that rare will be those which will finish the entire plate.

This restaurant deserves 5 stars I make several notes on restaurant chains. Excellent service, very courteous and professional. WoW food never tasted so good in a chain restaurant. The Impeccable KALE Salad The cooks behind the cash register are very friendly, the customers love them, they see the chemistry they have developed with their regular customers. I love it, I recommend it!

I made a delivery around 5:50 p.m.... 6:40 p.m., still nothing received. I then called them and was told that the order would arrive within 15 minutes. Around 7:30 p.m. I got tired of it and canceled the order. Really disappointed...

My friend asks for 6x tabbouleh salad. He gives her something else. I ask for a trio shitaouk he gives me a plate so x I say to myself why continue to be nice when they serve you mm not what you want. Bad experience. Food looks good, service and understanding, we will come back. .

I ordered at 4:45 p.m. for an order in St-Antoine, 6 km from the restaurant. At 6:20 p.m. the order has still not arrived, I call to ask for the deadline. They answer me ah! Its too far, we cant deliver! Me answering, you werent tempted to call us to let us know that you arent delivering! We are waiting for our order! By the way, I did not insist in any way, the person who answers the phone is clearly not authorized to do this work So now I have to quickly prepare dinner. .. what a disservice! You cant even call it service! I can t believe it! You dont deliver because you cancel the order without notifying the customer! Well done!
