A little disappointed at first it was a little long before getting seated although there was plenty of room...Excellent food and efficient service from the waitress at the table, a good family restaurant everyone enjoyed.

It s crazy, but I love Boston Pizza, it s my favorite restaurant and my brother s, but I m hesitant about wanting to go back there The reason is the service. When we go to a restaurant to eat in peace without the worries of life, but when I am reproached with a m**** attitude in front of my table partners that the tip to leave cash is not 15% its is one of the biggest disrespects that can be shown to a customer. I donated a significant amount to the service offered and we wanted more. I didnt remember her name, but to the miss who served us, relearn what customer service is and accept what we offer you. Im not going to say that I wont return to the Boston, but the next time I see this employee serving me or other customers I would have to warn her that she doesnt deserve any tips. Thank you to the owner for having a discussion with these waitresses on what professionalism is.

The pizzas are very good.

The food is very good, in addition to the regular menu, different cocktails, starters, for a limited time change with the seasons. Sometimes some will return to the regular menu. For example the carbonara pizza and I am delighted with it. At the moment there is a chicken and pesto pizza that I really liked. I would have preferred dried tomatoes instead of roasted peppers but still good. And now this is why I didnt give it five stars: What saddened me was the presence of several flies during my visit. In the bathroom there were 5 of them twirling around. And speaking of the bathroom, the hand soap stinks enormously... Like in the other restaurants of the chain... Please pass the word on to the distribution team, we need to change that!

When we arrived, no hostess so we waited 15 minutes later for our table. The hostess shows up briefly frozen or interested in the wind, dressed in b.s no smile nothing fret. What to say about the waitress service. In fact she walked past us 8 times without telling us. In my opinion she was more busy talking to her colleagues than serving us because thats what I saw. As for the kitchen, nothing to say, the dishes were hot. Atmosphere now, I felt like I was at the end of a movie at the cinema where there was popcorn all over the floor. Basically what I want to explain to you about the carpet in a dining room, it looks dirty and it doesnt really make me want to go eat a pigs penny.

I had a terrible experience with their customer service. The staff was rude, ignored our requests, and showed no concern when we expressed dissatisfaction with our subpar seats. Not recommended at all.

Its a beautiful restaurant, but the dishes are ordinary, not very inventive and lack accompaniments. The carpet floor is dirty and the bar side is frequented by loud and weird people. In short, this is not the best franchise in this restaurant group.

We arrived and were around 25 ppl..they accomodated us and the service was quick and very well organized..they took the kids orders and then linked families using each child team # . Waitress was very pleasant

My daughters favorite restaurant, she cant do without the bibites aux fromages. For my part, I must say that I am rather unlucky, I cannot find a dish to my taste: Super dry pizza, tacos which are not really, which hang around in the juice and the abundance of coleslaw, the jambalaya pasta where we seem to have missed a bowl of green onions, the burger patty much overcooked, the dessert still frozen... Sincerely disappointed. I expect more versus the price paid, and Ive given it plenty of chances. I will most likely return there anyway to please my daughter, hoping to find a dish that will suit me. The service is very good. Kid-friendliness: Great and affordable childrens menu. Coloring book and pencils.

The table was sticky, the atmosphere was poorly ventilated, we didnt see the waitress again after taking our order, we had to ask someone else to get our bill. The food was just okay, nothing to lure us back to the restaurant.

I got excellent service from a young waitress Charlie, she will go far: courteous, attentive, smiling, outstanding service. Waitresses like her are increasingly rare these days. See you soon!

We came for dinner as a group of 6 people. The Caesar salad that came as a starter with the pasta dish was completely rusty. We also ordered Caesar salad with some pizza at the main meal. We had to make a change. I think the situation caused them confusion because we received the dishes out of time. The pizza was cold, they forgot one of our pasta dishes and they also forgot that we no longer wanted Caesar salad since, as mentioned, they were rusty. Overall the meal was average, but the waitress was super cheerful throughout the service, a big thank you to her.

Service was good, fast and polite. Food is nothing to write home about, frozen meats and canned sauce, the roast beef sandwich meat was stiff and and dry. Quite expensive for the quality of food they serve.

We were never served. Sunday, November 12 around 5:45 p.m. I went to Boston with 4 children aged 9 to 13. We were seated quickly. On the other hand, the waitress in our section very contentedly avoided looking at us. We were calm and waited our turn. She had a large group to serve. After 30 minutes of waiting, I saw that she was taking orders from the tables that had just arrived. When we didnt even have a glass of water, or a greeting. I told the hostess that no one had come to serve us. Because the waitress avoided looking at me and therefore avoiding talking to me. The hostess asked the waitress to come see us. Despite this, she did not come. 15 minutes later we simply left the place. Because the children were too hungry and I was really insulted by the lack of professionalism.

Great experience in general terms, we were two adults and 4 children. The service was quite quick. Following the meal we were brought the childrens dessert as well as the bill without ever bothering to ask if the adults wanted coffee and dessert. Parking: Simple and fairly spacious parking Kid-friendliness: Children receive a small booklet of activities and drawings with wax crayons to keep them entertained while waiting for the meal. The childrens menu is interesting with meals, drinks and varied desserts.

5 star service but the smoke meat poutine if you dont like mustard... they put it on without asking, I think it spoils the taste!!

Unfortunately the pizza was really not good. We should have just made a frozen pizza at home. On the other hand, the waitress was really nice.

We love bourbon chicken pizza and once again it did not disappoint! On the other hand, the squid slices were ridiculously small, you wouldnt even think there was meat, too much breading and too dry. In addition, we were disappointed with the spaghetti, the pasta was overcooked and mushy, the texture was simply not good. The sauce was okay but nothing more. I recommend the pizza but not the pasta.

The pizzas were nice but it was hard to get a hold of our waitress. She disappeared for a good amount of time when we had finished our dining and we had to ask one of her colleagues to pay. Also they removed the panookie from the menu, its just a basic cookie now.
