I traveled 40 km to go eat an excellent Pizza at this level, its going well but very poor organization of informing customers that the dining room is closed and that its only for people who dont live in this take-out area really disappointed to have moved me for nothing. Really disappointed with the service at the St Augustin pizza. I order two small all-meat pizzas. I get a all-dressed pizza. (he just charges me the pizza but I still dont have what we wanted) I call back, the person repeats to me that I ordered a pizza with all the trimmings only to finally say that although I ordered two pizzas at the meat, he no longer has a delivery man and can do nothing for me . Almost 2 hours of waiting for a delivery, even though we live less than 10 minutes away. The pizza would have been good, if it had been hot. Although we are encouraged to pay in cash, the delivery man does not have enough change.

Pizzeria in a small town that has become a bigger town! I think the owner is very poorly organized and misses the chance to become a good local pizzeria! First of all I order a take-out pizza and I forget my debit card to pay for my order, I then ask to pay with credit card that my partner would give the necessary numbers in order to make the payment in order to take the order. They refuse this option! I then ask for home delivery and they agree to come and deliver to my house! The lady calls me back saying that they cant deliver my order because they dont have delivery people! Im on my way home and I have to go back to the pizzeria to take my order! And who I dont see when I arrive at the pizzeria! The delivery man!! In addition, the delivery man is taking the pizzas out of the oven with the young lady who touches the pizzas and the money from the cash register with her fingers, etc. Sanitation in 2022 here in Quebec is quite a bit more rigorous than the old junk methods of 50 years ago! Very disappointed with the service! Rest assured, Mr. Owner, that I will not return to your makeshift pizzeria! Good luck to you!!!

I go at dinner time to have a Poutine hot dog combo, I am told that there are no fries. So I only take two hot dogs, I come to pay and he tells me you have to take other things, because $5 minimum for the interact. So I take an onion rings. The employees are great...not too sure about the owner who is breathing down their necks! Work environment that appears hostile. He wanted to charge us $1 for ketchup when we had fries in our order...cheap! Food was ok but I wont go back.

Very good menu however if you pay debit or credit it takes a very, very long time for delivery. Ordered at 5 p.m. and received my order at 8 p.m. Everything was cold. The boss is really rude, very stupid. I will never recommend this restaurant again...

We only received 1 pizza! I called back and was told that I should have specified that I wanted 2 pizzas and that I cannot get a discount on a 2nd to equal the price of 2 for 1! Good pizza in general but very poor service!!

My favorite place in Saint-Augustin despite the pressure from competitors, Pizza Saint-Augustin always offers us excellent pizzas for much more affordable. I always take a pair of fries or a drink with a 10-inch pizza (bacon, sliced tomato and green olives). They are very generous with the ingredients.
