Phew what a disappointment the photo does not correspond to the pizza I received When I arrived I noticed that it was a 2 for 1 restaurant so the quantity of toppings were very thin and far from a real pizza worthy of several competitors in the same sector...

Very disappointed, more than 1 hour for a delivery, ordered 1 fry which was also not in my order, they came to bring it to us and at $4.95 per fry we were still disappointed that it was dry and so small. We liked ordering the but phew the service cooled down a bit.

Received pizza with insect egg on it, I am told that I am only reimbursed for the pizzas that I have in hand... so 1 pizza on an order of 4 xl.

Received pizza with fly eggs on it, so we asked for a refund, I was told that it refunds an XL out of 4 lol! What a joke this restaurant is. Bof j ai reçu une frite au lieu d une poutine. Puis dans mon burger, la boulette de viande ressemblait a du plastique et il y avait juste une petite feuille de laitue et une tranche de tomate j ai rappelé pour demander ma poutine mais on me dit que c est trop long donc j ai laissé faire au moins j ai juste été chargé pour la frite et non la poutine

Worst customer service ever...I called back for errors in my order, then got yelled at on the phone, threatened, called a liar, told to shut up , the guy took up my words to distort them and get even more excited about me, all in front of my child... What a horror! The errors meant that it was also inedible. We ordered subs with extra steak and there was only pepperoni without steak, then no cheese, peppers, mushrooms... When your child checks several times to see if our doors are locked after this mishap, it means the situation was traumatic...

We order very often from your restaurant. Unfortunately, very disappointing this evening. We ordered a hockey special and we clearly mentioned that we wanted 14 kibbles (supported invoice). We received chicken wings. Well its edible yes, on the other hand the kibbles were for children. When we asked for the croquettes, you didnt want to give them to us without us giving you the wings that came with the onion rings... No, but what restaurant does that... It wasnt clearly not our fault, but that of your restaurant... no discounts... absolutely nothing...

Once 3 drinks were missing... The delivery man was supposed to come back to bring them.... After about 4 months Im still waiting for him. Twice, there was a lot of nerve in the submarine meat... And I was told that it was impossible. I recommend if you like to have surprises in your order. ( -_-) 8 months later still disappointing... I received a cheese pepperoni instead of a all-dressed pizza... So far nothing too serious. They obviously dont have time to come and exchange it and offer to add ingredients to the next order... Another restaurant, and yet another pizzeria! Who cheats! Dont give any invoices! Unless we cry to get it! Dirty cashiers pretend that the credit or debit card transaction statement is the invoice. And whats more, they gave me an invoice which is not the same price paid as the reality! Gang of fraudsters when the government will at least take card transactions to make them associated with the restaurant for tax.

But before concluding, let me tell you about one of their experienced employees whose contribution had the effect of culminating in the excellent experience that I had the opportunity to have with them. Really disappointed with my experience this evening ordering from your restaurant...(50 minutes when I live less than 15 minutes from the restaurant) I order a combo of pizza and sub plus a large onion ring; which I did not receive upon delivery. When I call the restaurant; the lady apologizes and tells me she is sending the puck back to us. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I receive the washer which is tiny for the price I paid. And the irony of all this... Its the same onion ring that I should have received so instead of being hot it was frozen. And the rest of my order too, because I was waiting for my slice before eating... Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered my 8-inch pizza, fries and Pepsi trio, it took 1h30 to receive it. I tried to call several times, but it rang endlessly. I tried again with my friends cell phone and they automatically answered me when I paid the delivery guy I didnt pay attention, but they charged me $16 instead of the $9.95 that was indicated in the menu.

Ive never seen such a huge lack of skills. Poor employees! Yesterday I ordered at a restaurant and a man took the order. An hour later, still no news. I call the restaurant and they explain to me that the owner has washed his hands of it and left, leaving them in trouble! The person on the phone cant give me the name of the manager because she doesnt even know him! She looked so distraught that I felt bad for being impatient and decided to wait a little longer. About 45 minutes later, I called again and was told that my order still hadnt left and that it was supposed to be the next one... In total, I waited 2 hours 15 minutes and they forgot some details in the order! In short, I could never order it!

Well there...pizza is ok but were in xtown. We order food with drinks. They bring the food, no utensils. Eating poutine with your fingers is pretty ordinary. I call them and the guy tells me he doesnt know the delivery guys number. They end up sending another delivery guy but he brings 3 Pepsis when my kids only drink 7up and thats what we ordered???
