I order it 4 times and the 4 times never get what I get depending on what I ask for on their menu Paying for what you want and not getting what you ordered is boring they should change the menu there we NEVER NOTHING HOPE TO HAVE A LUNCH AT THEIR EXPENSE ALWAYS THEIR MISTAKE

Disappointed with the service as well as the quality of the food... I called twice in two weeks only to have the line hang up on me and close the line instead of answering me in 3 seconds and telling me that the restaurant closes earlier than the times mentioned. Me, who stays barely 10 minutes from the restaurant, is refused delivery a little more than 30 minutes before closing. Thats it for me, this restaurant, I wont call there again!

Update June 2023: The frozen fries still not very good (I asked what kind of fries they have (Fresh or frozen) I was told 2 types of fries, homemade and the other frozen. Ive been ordering from them for about 2 years and 3/4 of the time something is missing. Just today I ordered 2 medium pizzas for 3 people and they sent us 2 small And the delivery guys are never on time. Its a shame because you just lost about 12 good customers!

I dont even understand why this restaurant is still open after so many years. At the beginning before its pass to the fire was correct but for a few years its lamentable let me show you proof to what extent there food and not edible sorry in advance for the photo sensitive heart abstain. Its a plate of shish taouk so its uncooked chicken! And this is not my one and only bad experience, but indeed the worst. Go at your own risk.

This restaurant is disconcertingly dirty. All the benches are smashed, I unfortunately went in there twice in 6 months and the same ketchup stain was always visible on the ceiling. And yes, ketchup on the ceiling. The order taking counter is dirty and disgusting. The employees are shouting at each other wildly. I was a restaurant manager for many years. Never seen so much dirt and disrepair. I will never set foot in this restaurant again...I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Unclean restaurant, ignorant staff, missing something in the order every time, or too much sauce like 1 cup of sauce in a pita and a poutine. I strongly advise against it!!!!

Sad poor service 1h30 wait from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. reminders I was told my order was on its way after 30 minutes they told me that my order had disappeared that it was out of their control finally 2h30 without an order. Great not once but twice they did it again.

If I had the option of zero stars I would have put it with pleasure, I order 2 poutines an extra onion sausages..no onion the sausages WELL OVERCOOKED I wait 1 hour for 2 POUTINE which arrives 1/2 not edible..I call back to explain my problem and his answer is: I can send one back in only 50 minutes..

Lately, the delivery service has become more and more unsatisfactory. Forgotten orders, ruined lunches. Excessive delivery times. Too bad, we often ordered for delivery from Pratt Mirabel, but weve been disappointed too many times.

We often order for the job, never any problems, with large or small orders. For people who are dissatisfied with errors in your orders, I advise you to perhaps simplify your requests.... its hard to deceive 2 large all dresses...

At 9 a.m. she still wasnt there so I called again and was told she had just left. Around 9:45 still not there so I call back and it no longer answers. Weve ordered there several times and the employees are adorable, the delivery is often in a very respectable time (only 1 time it was 45 minutes instead of 25/30) always with a smile and the prices are great and the food is the best snack type food in the area :) I LOVE IT

I order at 10 p.m., (it closes at 1 a.m.), waited more than an hour before receiving my order. It was missing the 3 pepsi, it was cold, and really not good. I will never order from didim again.....

Didim offers fairly standard quality pizzas for a typical small town pizzeria, with fairly fatty cheese. I will say that I like the pepperoni they use a lot, and the delivery time is always good in my experience. The prices are however a bit high for the quality and location.

The food is good. The delivery service too, generally delivered in 1 hour to St-Colomban. So I placed my order around 4:40 p.m. I received a confirmation from RestoMenu. 1 hour later, still nothing received. Another answers me and as soon as I mention having ordered online she tells me that the service is not yet activated!! *$#*# So I place my order again by phone. I finally received my food 1h20 later!!!!! And it was lukewarm... Really not impressed with the service!

8 guys arrived on a Friday evening after a long week of work (65 hours) the place is small and not designed to accommodate groups! But the pizza was very good and the employees very nice! Im taking one star off because the liquor fridge remained open and it seemed like it wasnt supplying enough of our liquor at room temperature :(
