If you spend a long day near the outlets ! I 100% recommend trying this place out ! It’s a family owned restaurant whit really good service whit also really good food . Even if I only tried the pasta and salad there I would be happy to try anything ! Hey I hope this message will reach out to you and give the decision to still try it out ! The food is well prep whit also big serving for the price that I payed ! And a lot more to describe about this lovely place ( trying to keep the surprise lol ) Anyways I’m 100% honest whit these reviews and I’m trying to give you the best info possible!
The ingredients used are perfect, the sauce is cooked to perfection and the delivery is fast.

The best poutine Î’ve ever had! I usually don’t really like poutine, but this one, I could have it every week. Big chunks of cheese makes it so tasteful.

We tried the place 2 weeks ago and weve ordered twice since, the pizza is just excellent, thats real pizza! well filled with a nice crust!! Yum!! and the fries are excellent!!! we love it! and we tried 3 other places in the area and never as good as Serra! Good job! and the delivery is fast and the food is hot!!

I dont really recommend. The chicken wings were a real joke. Super dry, no sauce, super small. The pizza had boiled chicken and the crust was still raw. I really liked their pizza, but today it was really unacceptable.

Wow...first call...if you have something to order...its not 9 p.m. closing time....order before 8 p.m....otherwise the delivery guy stares at you without any shame...after 4 questions politeness...no response...I would have given him $10 in tips...but Mr. is too important to answer a customers questions...too bad...$4 in tips. delivery service 2 out of 10 on the other hand the kitchen 7.5 out of 10 good and honest cooking... and Im very picky about restaurants...because I eat them at least...6 times a week. I recommend but...for delivery...2 out of 10

The place is clean and the welcome is good. I ordered the small all-dressed lasagna. Im removing 1 star because their idea of a lasagna is to put a handful of overcooked lasagna noodles in a bowl and brown the whole thing. I removed another star because the sauce is very bitter and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. All for $20.

Je suis cliente à cet endroit depuis 2 ans. Dernièrement, jai commandé une pizza et la croûte était hyper salée. Je les ai mis au courant pour quil puisse corriger la situation. Je me suis fait dire que cétait impossible car il ny avait aucun sel dans le restaurant. Ben oui !!! Cétait la dernière fois et je ne recommanderai pas cet endroit à quiconque.

Dont get screwed with the delivery...slow and ridiculous service. Well past 1h30 and still without pizza. I ended up canceling the order and ordering St-Hub.

Very small place, plus a counter to wait for your pizzas prepared before your eyes. So dont think about eating your pizza on site... But the pizzas are delicious!! We have never had it delivered, because we have the pizzas prepared and we pick them up. Excellent service and hard to beat value for money. Finally a pizzeria in the Domaine Vert-Nord!!
I wanted to have a cheese pizza in the photo a real Italian pizza. Received a pizza that was not bad below standards. The top pizza received the bottom one the one advertised in the menu at least displays the real pizza you are selling.

no service - either from the receptionist or delivery.. we ordered and 1h15 later, still without a meal, we contacted the restaurant and she told me she would call me back... never heard from her!

Excellent pizza better than Cals which lost us. We have been going to Cals before and for over 19 years. Finished because there is half the stock in the pizza and the price $$$. We found much better at Sera and at the best price with lots of stuff in the pizza.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 12:50 p.m. and the delivery man arrived at 3:40 p.m.... And whats more, my pizza was lukewarm and when I called to find out where my order was I was told that it was normal that there were a lot of order to be delivered... Summary $30 and 2 hours of waiting for lukewarm pizza WOW!!!! Never seen before!!!
A pizzeria that makes excellent traditional pizza. No thin, hard crusts, no new-cuisine stuff. Just real dough, great sauce and traditional, delicious toppings. Several combos available. To eat urgently!!!
