I recently visited this restaurant and must say the experience was mixed. I had high expectations, but was a little disappointed. The popcorn chicken poutine had almost no cheese, some cheese curds and grated cheese, the fries were a little overcooked and it really lacked sauce. I expected better, especially for the $17 price. Additionally, the side portions were tiny. A can of coke $3.25 I find that a bit expensive the whole thing was actually a bit expensive I have no problem paying when there is either quantity or quality but there it is not there was neither of them On the other hand, the 1940 grill cheese was good, tasty and well prepared. However, the smashburger was a disappointment. The chef oils his plate before smashing the meat, which causes the meat to slip and lacks that crispy crust that you hope to find on Smashburger meat. Also note that the price is a little high for the quality of the dishes. I noticed that the person who took the orders, prepared the food and served was alone, which may explain some delays and/or overcooking of fries... but we were alone in the restaurant in the middle of lunch hour which surely explains the staff reduced. That said, the place is super beautiful and clean, and the man on site is friendly which adds a pleasant side to the visit.

The meat was cooked to perfection, the bread was fresh and soft, and the fries with their homemade sauce were simply incredible. A big thank you to Kesh, who not only made us feel very welcome, but also gave us excellent advice. Thanks to him, we discovered Oreo fries, and what a discovery! An original and tasty dessert which perfectly concluded our meal. I highly recommend this place, its a real culinary gem. I will go back without hesitation! Edit: Was told my comment is innaproprite by the owner ... do you think it is normal to not have a cook on a weekend day at 2pm? Was told by the waitress the cook was not reachable... it has nothing to do with having a good day or a bad day... If u do not have a cook then the restaurant cannot be ran at all... close your doors and put a sign or something... it is just very unprofessional to enter a restaurant and get told... we do not serve any food because there is no cooks...

Best burger ever according to our 11 yo son. Curly fries were delicious and their signature sauce is perfect! We will stop there to eat every time we travel through Mirabel.

The cashier has no smile, she clearly doesnt want to work. Also, the music is too loud, its unpleasant.

Childrens Popcorn Chicken is a reasonable portion for a young child or a small appetite. Fried Oreos are a bit reminiscent of beaver tail paste. Delicious. Well come back next year!

Fortunately I was in good company... I had time to play a game of riddles, rock-paper-scissors, etc. The cook was so slow that I thought I was watching a movie in slow motion. The meat in the smash burger looked like an overcooked rosti patty. After an interminable wait, he muttered that there were items missing from the order, I said we were going to wait, before leaving he confirmed twice that the entire order was in the bag. Mistake, two salads were missing and the pulled pork Pastor tacos were actually ground pork without the pineapple salsa. The chips tasted like old, forgotten barrel of oil and the portions looked like they were intended for a community of ants. I would request a refund but after reading the owners responses to the comments, my only goal here is to prevent you from making the same mistake as me. Dont go there.

Where to start! In my opinion, I lost a year of my life because the service was so long. We are talking about 1 hour of time with 1 client before us. If I hadnt been in such wonderful company I would have left and canceled my order. Second, the meatball was completely burnt and two salads were missing with the taco meals. The tacos are literally empty, the salty old fat chips are really not good. I dont recommend this place.

The menu is very varied so several preparations to make. You have to understand catering to know that its hard to manage everything alone! He takes care of the cash register, prep, cooking/frying in addition to serving. Despite everything, the employee was polite, helpful and apologized for the delay. The bang bang shrimp are the best I have ever eaten. The burger and fries = delicious! The $2 taco promotion was a reasonable portion for quick bites. I wouldnt hesitate to go back!

On the phone: Yes, he confirms that he makes more, that he changes it, so he put a big burger for my 6 year old son, cheese on the side but rather put inside. Awesome. Which leads me to make these comments and especially the fact that my boyfriend called and asked who knows how to come by and that the person, the man who answered seemed TOO comfortable with ALL these changes made of his own free will. I even said if there is NOT it is an item to REFUND me. He priced the money, changed my order and thats it. After our complaint; He offers us for all his mistakes, rather choice of restaurant to offer us fried Oreo. Serious. My boyfriend used his best English to explain that he would have registered, called or simply notified these changes and not billed them in the middle of dinner time. He hung up. Really. Although I come from elsewhere, I worked in customer service for 10 years, I am still a fan of it and I am studying in the field of administration. I am here to write this comment disappointed and disgusted with the service received. Doordash or in theaters. Its your name, your story, if any family cant rejoice in your dishes, carefully studied to please and reminiscent of sweet family moments. In my case it failed at an exorbitant price in the middle of a recession. Thank you for this financially unsuccessful dinner and my expectations of a typical dish without all its cultural essence. Pulled beef tacos are worth the detour

The tacos are excellent. On the other hand, we waited 30 minutes to get our food even though there were only 4 of us in the restaurant. We ordered 3 tacos with the salad and chips that came with it but we never got our chips and the salad only had 2 tomatoes inside the rest was just lettuce with no sauce. In addition, the girl who served us was very stupid, she didnt even have a smile on her face and didnt seem like she wanted to be there.

So good! In any season, on your way home, it is a must.

I absolutely love this gem. The food is out of this world by far one of the best burgers I ve had. The fries are incredible as well with a soft interior and crunchy exterior. I ve had the pleasure of being served by both Boris and Austin and they add to the experience with there amazing personalities and awesome service. When you walk in you can t help being captured by the decor of the place as well that makes you feel your are so where truly unique. Highly recommend 10/10.

What started as a cool experience quickly turned to a awful one. Waiting over 1 hour for a Smash burger plus fries is unacceptable. At the price range, I expected a much faster and efficient service. The dish was passable at best, nowhere near worth the $20. I regret leaving a tip.

Hello! First of, I must say that Boris, the owner, is a great genuine guy and down to earth. His service was exceptional, professional and extremely friendly, rare to find this combination nowadays. I gotta say that his patience with my dietary restrictions was remarkable. I told him about my lactose intolerance and he managed to make me one of the best burgers Ive ever had, by customizing everything in it dairy free. I had the Chicago burger with the American signature sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce) because the Chicago signature sauce is with tzatziki and I couldnt eat it, so he switched it for me. He even suggested I switch caramelized onions for red onions instead, just in case of dairy content. Every bite of that burger was delicious and the curled fries are amazing! I strongly recommend a visit there to taste his creations, but also to meet the man! Thank you, Boris!

Our dining experience was awesome! The Philly cheesesteak was a savory delight, burgers were juicy, and the chicken burger totally rocked. The fries were crispy gold, and the milkshake was pure bliss! Overall, a seriously satisfying and delicious meal!
