Poutine; little cheese, little sauce and a little leftover fries, plus the cut of onions in the hot dogs was way too big, last visit for me, (2 poutines, 3 hot dogs and 2 fountain drinks) November 24, 2024

Disappointing Gerard potato aut 15 exit 31 When you order poutine You expect poutine I would say it was more of a fry with sauce not too much sauce and barely any cheese 15-18 tiny pieces On 2 hot dogs 1 exit too quickly not steamer When did you pay $18.35 including a pepsi? Dont want to be fooled Customer lost forever!! Im going to go or I dont feel comfortable Mediocre dining room

Im a truck driver, I paid $20 for a hot dog, I didnt eat it, I threw it in the trash, you shouldnt buy anything here, it wasnt a deal at all good experience.

New location, brand new, clean. Service was good. Food looked good. My steamer and my poutine were good. The sille air conditioning system. But new location, it will surely be fixed soon. Should you put acoustic tiles on the ceiling, the sound would resonate less.

It was good at first, the last few times we ordered either really lacking in cheese or received old fries in our poutine.

20min for 3 cold hot dogs stupid staff more concerned with their tip than serving customers

I have long dreamed of coming and tasting this famous poutine that everyone is talking about. I drove from Montreal, I wasnt impressed. The steak poutine I ordered was okay. The cheese that doesnt squeak Im disappointed Long queue, lack of staff. I might give another branch in Laval a chance.

Order two poutine and not two fries Lack of sauce!! . An extra sauce is $3 or more. For the price of the set, no thank you. With 3 lukewarm, cold hot dogs. Too bad because the fries are good.

Pleasantly surprised! Super good service! The poutine is very good and large portion for an excellent price! Too bad I live so far away because I would have come often. I highly recommend this place!

Good fries and poutine. Very good toasted hot dog. Decent burger. The meatballs were hard and lacking in fat.. perhaps not the best suppliers of ground beef but hey its a franchise so not always the choice.. A little expensive but welcome to 2023. Good in general.

The family fries are gigantic, waste 6 to 8 people and not 3-4 as the menu indicates

Good service, I liked my poutine.

We had bad service. We were served with contempt and by condescending employees. The safety of food (cheese curds) is not respected, the cheese (taken apart from the poutine) was hotter than a heatwave in addition to the non-compliance with the quantity. I didnt get the extra cheese I paid for. It was our first experience at the new Mirabel establishment and never again. My heart still hurts thinking about the hot cheese that must have been lying around for hours next to the fryers.

Excellent service, courteous and fast. Smiling and charming staff. The fries are delicious and the steamed hot dogs are very good. Easy to access and plenty of parking available. The bathrooms are very clean.

Please don t go fooling around at McDonald s for poutine anymore! If you call it McDonalds poutine. The reference is made here... On the north shore of Laval. In Mirabel. Superb fatty fries. Cheese in industrial quantities and sauce unique to Gérard. As my photo clearly shows, the containers are not filled to the brim, but hey, potatoes are expensive, apparently. The restaurant cuts corners a bit. To the detriment of customers. Come on... Stop fooling my gang of cowards. And go there.
