Frites Madame in Mirabel

The elderly lady should no longer do service. I can understand that she needs to clear her head but she doesnt have a smile. Also I arrived at 6:54 p.m. and they turned off the lights. I worked in big brands and if its 7 p.m. closing time its not 6:54 p.m. I am a regular customer and this really insulted me. The owner is very nice, nothing to say. But in my opinion there is a code of ethics to respect everywhere, even in a snack bar, which is very difficult. All the rest of the staff is nice and the food is excellent but I dont like it when they turn off the lights when they see me arriving and when they ignore me at the window. If you close at 7 p.m. then expect to have customers perhaps until the end.

The Annie burger is excellent and the poutine too, fries, sauces, cheeses were all to my taste. IKEA high chairs available.

Far too many bees to eat outside, in 2 minutes I had 2 bees in my liquor and 5-6 which flew above the table, Unable to eat in peace, I had to leave! A table wash, and perhaps dealing with a specialist to eradicate the problem to eat comfortably would be a minimum!

Come eat their Thai poutine because it is exceptional! Large quantity and quality for a more than reasonable price. Its an outdoor snack bar so we eat outside on the picnic tables as you would expect from a real snack bar!

Sorry but we wont be coming back anymore.. cold poutine only bits of fries, a dozen nice potatoes in a large format. ordered 2 hot dogs with different toppings received two the same he barely had a few customers. I will not post the photo very disappointed more than 20 years it was delicious...maybe new staff

Service time a little too long. The poutine is correct. The fries are good, the quantity of cheese and the freshness. On the other hand, the poutine sauce needs to be reviewed. The burgers and hot dogs are good!

I went to order a poutine, I found that the sauce lacked salt and the potatoes should be peeled for the poutine to avoid chewing the peel with each bite.. just my opinion

I went there to eat with my family this weekend. What a delight! I ate a club sandwich and my children had poutine. They were delighted! Thank you for your welcoming smile! We will come back for sure.

Now I just went to get a family poutine. This is the first time Ive been disappointed. It was cold, the sauce was diluted, the potatoes had changed, the bowl was half full and almost no cheese. First time the family felt like they had a portion entered. The lid is made flat and we have to pay more. Really very disappointed. Ive been going there for over 22 years and Im disappointed. Staff always friendly and pleasant. But when I pay for a family poutine I expect a corresponding size. Not a bowl half full. Before 2024, Always a pleasure to go to Frite Madame. Kind and helpful staff. Fast service. But you have to wait until next spring to take advantage of it.

Why a star is that the price is very expensive for a family poutine and that we have been there several times and it is half full . Its over for us there, were going to go elsewhere even if its very good. Not worth the price for the portion

Hello, the service was excellent but the new poutine recipe was terrible! All at least the steamers were good as usual. This was our last visit unfortunately.

Very good food, this is our first visit and I found that the spot is a meeting place...lots of family and friends are meeting up on Saturday early in the afternoon

I was told to try it during my tourist trip to Canut. I liked my burger but Therese didnt like her kind of gravy and cheese fries. It wasnt typical of the region but the people were friendly and served in cool French. ,,,,

Je dois dire que ce casse -croute est un endroit assez occupé et achanlandé et je marrête quelques fois pour prendre un fast good apprécié que je connais cet endroit depuis plusieurs années et bien placé sur le bld:st.canut et fait partie de Mirabel ET accueuil bon nombre de personnes de la région et autres très bien et apprécier merci!

Really expensive as a snack I dont think its your detour but using them is super friendly!!!

Lack of description on the menu, several dishes with the house appellation are present without knowing what is in them. When you ask the question the answer is sooner stupid, as if you are bothering the person at the counter to ask questions like that. Snack food, its good and looks clean.

The poutine is very good with lots of sauce!! On the other hand, the hot dogs, very mediocre. The coleslaw is disgusting and he rolls them so hard in their papers that it no longer looks like a hot dog. Not to mention their opening, never really open and closed completely too early... But the poutine is good, for those who have no problem waiting 30 minutes before being served.

Disappointed 3 times this year, the first 2 times the orders were inaccurate and the employees didnt seem any more sorry than they needed to be and the 3rd time was the last; I narrowly avoided my son starting his 2nd hot dog whose bun was all moldy green!!!! The employee changed my hot dog for another, no refund and once again no more apologies than necessary. Its over for us!!!
