A very aggressive and unpleasant owner with everyone around him. Today I went to a nearby shop in La Belle Province that was celebrating its 5th anniversary and grilling hot dogs for customers (Saturday and Sunday only). 100% of the money from the hotdogs went to the CHUV (Veterinary University Hospital Center). The owner of La Belle Province came out and forced the store to stop selling hot dogs because it was hurting his business. The store sold about 40 hot dogs yesterday. What next? Is he going to close the little girls lemonade stand because it sells fewer trios? Focus on the quality of your service, your food and your community relations (seeing the other reviews of your restaurant, if I were you I wouldnt burn any bridges...). Truly deplorable behavior.

It was good, the service impeccable. We received our order but there was an error. I notified them immediately and they corrected it. Sincerely thank you for your work. Friendly atmosphere.

Pizza little black burnt sausage and they had the audacity to still deliver it

immediately upon entering the restaurant we felt out of place. There were 3 employees behind the counter and they gave me and my friend a cold look and stopped talking as soon as we arrived. as we were feeling very awkward and confused, I said hello to the three workers and they didnt respond to me. the cashier came up to us and was very arrogant and cold. I told her we needed a minute before paying and she was angry & tired that I was making her wait but there was NO ONE ELSE in the restaurant. The poutine was literally soup. cause of all the sauce added and some of the potatoes were not cooked

Order 8 hot dogs and a poutine receive 8 hot dogs and a fries that can feed a family of 10. I call to get my poutine only to end up fighting with the receptionist who talks to me like Im crazy and that She wouldnt have made a mistake. After 5 minutes of asking her to speak to the manager she gave in and gave it to me on the phone. Ok maam we sent you this..! 1 hour later nothing received.. I canceled. If I could leave 0 stars I would have done so.

I called to explain, and as a surprise, instead of telling me to come pick them up like all the other restaurants, she offered to deliver them! Thanks for the good service! Hello, I do not recommend coming to this restaurant. No hygiene rules, very expensive and not even good. I ordered hot dog toast with cheese. They made me pay $1 for the cheese, it s a steal! Worst beautiful province in the entire province! I ordered a fries at the drive-thru and it was lukewarm/cold when I received it. I stay 2 minutes away. From there and when I arrived home the fries were not just lukewarm, but dry and tasted like they had been hot. They are poorly organized, have no manners and have no concern for the quality of food or service. Another time I bought a Greek salad with 2 hot dogs; the feta was out of date and the hot dog was lukewarm and the bread wet. Im going through it! This place is closed for me, I have learned my lesson. I recommend going elsewhere

I have been ordering from this place regularly for almost 2 years. The last few months were less pleasant. Very long delivery time. Lack of items to order and drastic increase in prices since December 2021. For example, a small all-dressed pizza was $10.75 in December. In January, $12 and on February 24, I was charged $13.80. A little too much for my taste. If the service was excellent I would still call them but not anymore. I dont recommend.

My opinion, when you set foot in one of the la belle province branches you should expect poor service but THIS beautiful province!!! I would have liked to give no stars after finding a hair in my poutine; but the software requires us to give at least one star.

Commandez une poutine ,hot-dog à lauto pour se rendre contre que la personne ne te donne pas de fourchette 2km plus loin. Lexcuse du restaurant si tu le demande pas ,il te donne pas de fourchette ... pour sauver 5cents.. p.s On ne pense pas toujours à demander une fourchette surtout que sa devrait être un automatique avec une poutine!
