Mr. Pretzels in Mirabel

Very slow service and young girl on her phone with her colleague while we wait and chat with each other showing videos on their phone + they dont wash their hands before touching the food..

Despite the high traffic, the service was fast! This allowed us to have fresh pretzels, straight out of the oven. For my part, this is much better than the famous beaver tail.

Worst experience!! This blondie employe that works there has given me attitude for no reason. Her manager needs to check her. I went there to buy 3 pretzels ended up paying 17$. As i was going to pay with my card she mentioned there s a question I need to awnser on the machine. It was basically asking for a tip and i pressed No. The machine wasn t working properly so I asked her to help me since it was not showing the total and she got mad and was speaking to me to a very rude tone like BOUTON VERT which I didn t like at all. Like girl chill! Im not obligated to give you tip. It took you 2 mins to make my 3 pretzels!! Why would i need to give you a tip? First off , with that attitude no ones gonna give you a tip and I felt like she was almost obligating me to give a tip. I paid 17$ for 3 pretzels now chilax !! On top of that you don t even work in a dining restaurant so why would feel the need to give a tip? Wierdos That s not my issue if you don t like to work there and you have to work for minimum wage . I WANT MY PRETZEL THATS IT . Gtfo merci bonsoir!!

Indicates closing at 9:00 p.m. and at 5:15 p.m. the door is closed. Indicating the correct opening hours would be a good thing!!

When the gentleman tells you that they are fresh, you may taste them a few hours old. In addition I ask him if they are fresh and lie to me, then laugh with the employees while pointing at me.....VERY disappointed, because nothing to do with Mr Pretzel from USA

This is the worst Pretzel I have ever eaten in my life, not only it didn t even look like a pretzel but it didn t even taste good. It was raw in the inside and burnt in the outsides and it didn t even have enough sugar/cinnamon. I have never even written a review before but this was just absurd. I m not even going to start on the fact they made me pay 3$ for an eska bottle of water. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

I did not enjoy my experience at all at Mr. Pretzels in the Outlets in Mirabel. The two employees were sleeping on gas and were not smiling at all. In addition, they nervously mentioned that they no longer had any bites even though they were 6 hours before the store closed! They lost several sales because they refused to serve cut pretzels to customers. When I shared the idea of taking a regular pretzel and cutting it, they said it was impossible, which was probably just fine!

Jad, she worked there, she forgot my order in the oven, since she was on the phone . After waiting 10 min. She didn t apologize at all. She was pushing me to change my order as well!!

I ve been a longtime customer for 5 years of the wonderful mr pretzel franchise. As a fine pretzel connoisseur who travelled around germany and the world for the best pretzels, I have to say this is the WORST service and location i ve EVER seen. Let s start off 1) Coming in, I saw the hairy guy with glasses that looked to be a manager or some sort SCREAM at employees. I saw one little girl leaving in TEARS, As a very successful business owner, this is not a a way to treat your staff 2nd of all, I WAS SERVED EXPIRED MILK. As i was very thirsty for a nice box of milk, I took a nice big swig of the cold beverage and I was met with SPOILED chunks all up in my mouth. 3rd of all, As I was waiting for my pretzel, I saw the employee DROPPING my long awaited Pretzel. I asked politely to make another pretzel as I do not enjoy pretzels that have touched the floor (even with the 3 second rules) and the employee told me that if I was not happy with the service I could LEAVE. I was shocked and asked for my money back (I paid cash) and the employee threw my money in my face. Very disappointed and will never visit again, I ve had to seek therapy for the emotional trauma this visit has caused me. I was going through a hard time and this visit pushed me over the edge.

The box of Pretzel given to us was lukewarm and not cooked as requested. Greasy and dry product that we could not finish. Product worse than a competing chain.

Indicates that it opens at 10:00 but at 11:00 still closed and tells us that it is the employees who arrive at 10:00 and have to wait for the dough to rise so opens around 12:00

Do you need a little dose of energy before shopping? Are you sweet and salty? Youll find what youre looking for here their pretzels are delicious, I like to have it with butter and salt, and extra chocolate on top. You may have to wait, its a maximum of two people inside. The wait is worth it.

The girl who works at Mr Pretzels Mirabel (Sunday August 8 at 3 p.m.) has absolutely no sense of courtesy or politeness. After giving me the wrong order she refused to cancel it, not only that but she wanted to convince me that the Americano coffee she served me was a cappuccino. I had to show her my cup to convince her. Once she realized that what she served me was an Americano, she added milk and put me back the same drink in the same cup in all arrogance, without even apologizing. I took my order without saying a word and left. I didnt want to engage with her, or escalate the situation, firstly out of respect for other consumers because the space was crowded, and secondly, because I had a great day and didnt want to ruin it. because of a person who lacks politeness and courtesy. I respect waiters and waitresses a lot since I worked as a waitress for years, and I understand very well the stress of the job. However, your stress never justifies rude behavior towards customers. This is simply unacceptable.

Lack of efficiency! I m not sure what the owner do not train employees to serve customers in more efficient way!

Quite good products (however hot dog pretzels rich in salt), but the training of the staff of this store needs to be reviewed. The preparer makes a mistake, giving my order to the customers who arrived after me, without even announcing the order number or what it contains, I tell her that she is wrong, she pretends to ignore me but announces everything straight away. even from behind without even looking at me that the number of my order does not exist...Finally we redo my order without even an excuse for the additional time, when I explain to them that I am in a hurry and that if the new order preparation cannot be carried out quickly, I would like to be reimbursed, I am sharply retorted yes we can reimburse you, but we are in the process of redoing your order, and at the same time it is not our fault if customers steal the orders of others! If the sellers are not attentive it is not the customers fault either. You make a mistake, you owe it to yourself to at least apologize.
