Updated September 2024 - Really better experience than the first time in Mirabel! Very good service and meal!! We are regular customers of Poulet rouge and among all the branches I have visited, this was unfortunately the least satisfactory.. very not generous with sauce and garnishes, errors in our order, slowdown because they had to start 2 dishes again out of 6. The manager was very friendly and the staff nice, but its just not uniform in terms of the quality standards found elsewhere: Saint-Jérome (EXCELLENT!!), Espace Montmorency (Excellent!), Carrefour Laval (Good), Terrebonne (Great!), Côté-des-neiges (Great!).

Quite honestly, Sébastians service is simply amazing. Very rare to come across someone so friendly and warm!

Always exceptional service and always generous!! We love it and we are addicted!

The cashier didnt seem like she wanted to be stupid with us! However, the food is excellent and the services of the cooks are also excellent and smiling.

But I would particularly like you to take the time to congratulate one of your employees, he is new, I have never seen him, this evening, September 5, he is at the counter and he is the one who adds the toppings to our bowls . He takes care to ask each customer if the bowl is to our liking and wishes us bon appetit! It s little personal touches like this that make all the difference and make us want to come back! Hmm, its just so good. I wont waste my time buying pokebols at the grocery store anymore. The flavors are excellent, the chicken tender and flavorful and the quantities are huge. And if we want the decadent side, well we take it with poutine Plus it s cheap. The manager is super friendly. My mother kept telling me about this good little restaurant she goes to often and now I understand why. Super happy to know this place in my area and that we are going to return there.

It was our first visit to Poulet Rouge and the young girl at the counter was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. The concept is really fun! The veggie grills are excellent! We also really liked that there were no trash cans: only compost and recycling!

unfortunately the problem is not with the restaurant but with their application for ordering online. uber eats works 1x out of 2. like this evening there are 6 of us who placed our order on the application and the payment method does not work in any way. I tried pick up or delivery but the application freezes. As much me as the others. Impossible to place the order over the phone with their staff. So we had to forget that and order elsewhere. Poulet Rouge arriving in 2023 with applications. Yet its so good

(Different dishes, catering formula) The chicken and ingredients were all succulent and made everyone happy! What an excellent idea to have prepared all of this with care, efficiency and freshness.
