Good food, nice and welcoming people.
Quality over quantity. That's what I like at this family ran sugar shack. You must absolutely book a table weeks in advance because there is only 60 places available. You can book for lunch at 11:00 or 13:30 or for dinner at 17:00 or 19:30. At the other sugar shacks that I went to, the food was always subpart. But this place prioritize quality. The food was absolutely delicious. The main dish is the fluffy omelette, almost like a soufflé, and ham. It was so good paired with maple syrup and other homemade condiments. Everything is made there from the bread to the little relishes and desserts. After the three course meal, you can treat yourself with some maple on ice. Delicious and sweet. Something we can enjoy just a few months every year. There is also a little farm and a truck ride available. The place is children friendly and not crowded so everyone can be comfortable. It gives a very welcoming vibe. Truly a must try! But book your table well in advance because they are gone in a minute.
I chose la Sucrerie à l'Eau d'Érable as part of the Ma Cabane à Ma Maison initiative and couldn't be happier. I actually went to pick it up directly at the sugar shack instead of having it delivered to a Metro supermarket. After a pleasant drive through picturesque farmland I arrived at the place where I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. The entire meal which had been prepped that morning came in a well refrigerated box. Once home I checked the contents of the box to find very nice sized portions with clear, concise instructions on how to reheat some food items (such as the potatoes, the pea soup etc..) or how to cook other items (such as the omelette or the crepes). Once everything was prepared it was time to eat! I have to say the food was delicious and better than expected. As this was my first time at this cabane à sucre and since quality can vary from one place to another I tempered my expectations. I soon realized this was not necessary as the food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be going back to this place! Support your local cabane à sucre!

Delicious fluffy omelette, out-of this world pea soup! Everything so delicious! The maple sugar pie is worth the trip alone. Lots of fun things to do and see around. Very family friendly.
Great ambiente, food and service excellent.
Normally sugar shack are a little bit disappointed by the food quality. But this place brings home made classics really well done without much frills. The place feels homey, far different t from the big industrial sugar shacks down the road where the only thing that counts is the quantity. Here you can feel the quality has a special place at the table.

I enjoyed my experience at this sugar shack. The service was quick and the food excellent. The place is clean and there is also a small animal farm for children. There was unlimited taffy which was appreciated. Well go back there for sure.

Superb sugar shack, a little expensive, but the food and service are excellent! The big advantage is that we can reserve our place, so no need to wait in line outside wondering if there will be room for us. We can also bring our alcohol :)
Nice welcome, good location in the room, delicious omelette but... really minimal portions from start to finish. I wondered if they cooked themselves or bought the finished products from wholesalers. I am thinking, among other things, of slices of ham (very ordinary) and ears of criss. All that took away a lot of the magic of the sugar shack. Fortunately the children benefited from the small farm.

Good little sugar shack with a small farm, a house to visit and snow shooting. The meal was good, but our service was a little slow at first before we received the food.
I am obliged to give 1 star because Google does not allow you to give 0. Offering two mediocre squares of cretons for 15 people with bread as a starter is too little. Of course we asked for more, but after the 5th time, it gets annoying. Fast service, but 0 for courtesy. Several people in our group felt that the all you can eat was more at the will of the host and not the customer. Owner or employee I cant say, but its 0 on the customer service side which borders on arrogance. Our group overbooked, but it was a weekday and we paid part of it to compensate the sugar shack. I do not recommend groups of more than 25 people, but I cannot judge for families. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Superb sugar shack. Which is very close to a small traditional family cabin and between the commercial average. By reservation. (80 places) superb small section and same VIP room style. As for outdoor activities, its nice and rather quiet with a mini farm and a cart pulled by a closed tractor without explanation... its there and in the corners that the maple taffy was missing a little bit which made me take away a star. Otherwise the food was excellent fresh from the oven. Good sugar shack, The food is good. The welcome is warm and courteous. The only negative point is that we are piled on top of each other.
Beautiful place, very warm and not too big. My 9 year old son loved the little farmhouse. The employees are also very friendly. The only downside is the high price.
Good sugar shack menu. The only disappointing point is the sausage (they serve what looks like hot dog sausage). Allow 20 to 30 minutes after your table time for the first course.

Beautiful place with a slightly rustic atmosphere, which stands out from overly commercial places. All tastes very good, commercial type sausages but homemade type beacons (thick slice) yum!..yum!.. Only downside: its expensive compared to other years, like everywhere I imagine.

Very good meal, unlimited, homemade condiments. Not a gourmet meal, but a typical meal of excellent quality. Very nice dining room. Real maple taffy, no added sugars. Very welcoming owner and staff.
The places are always clean. But its not the kind of sugar shack meal Im expecting. I dont yet have a sugar shack on the north shore of Montreal that really offers dishes cooked in water or maple syrup. Alas, traditions are lost.

Very beautiful cabin, welcoming staff, very good service and, of course, a very good singer! This is why it deserves 3 stars, because unfortunately... food wise it was not very good. The maple syrup served is VERY clear (it tastes like water, maybe it was diluted?). I asked for darker ones (quite honestly, I didnt expect them to bring me any so.. wow!), they served me amber (which I describe as light) . I have already eaten better potatoes and a better omelette (as a family we decided that it was probably made with powder, it tasted like water and disappeared in the mouth, but to check). Bread, ear of criss, small sausages in syrup, ham and taffy: you dont miss it too much so it was good. In short, I recommend this cabin for the atmosphere, not for the food!

We enjoyed it with the family. Beautiful place and very good sugar shack meal service... The only downside is that there is no carriage ride with horses. Instead its a tractor that pulls. Moons trippy for breathing diesel and a little less trippy for kids who love animals.

Excellent service, succulent food, unmissable maple syrup cream sugar tart, a little more expensive than the Constantin machine but you clearly see/taste the difference... Mini-farmhouse, tractor rides, the children also had worship. Call ahead to make a reservation.
