Very good sushi. The fish was super fresh and the dipping menu interesting. They have original and bite-sized sushi that you cant find elsewhere, like shrimp toast.

Restaurant hygiene is horrible I saw the staff setting the table very not hygienic. First, why would you wear a crop top in a restaurant and your whole belly is out while serving food. I might be old school but you are working in a restauration come on!!! Second, the same staff bringing clean glass sticking in her arm and body again in her CROP TOP!!! Excuse me, but it is the time where you need to use a tray and not using your BODY if you CANT carry the glasses. The same gril brought the dirty dish gray bin to clean my table while we were still eating.... Food is not good And service I dont even know if there were services... no systems no organization One word HORRIBLE!

I had reserved their room for my daughters 18th birthday, more than a month ago. We were 29 people. The reservation time was 7:00 p.m. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. We were said that the room was given to another group and that if we still wanted it we had to wait until the group that was already there finished! We were finally placed on several tables with very little space. Some people even had to eat very close together and others with the corner of the table as space. He was very uncooperative despite the fact that I had reserved their room. The people were really unpleasant. The waitress was correct. I will not return never there. If you are a group I do not recommend this place because it does not respect their commitment to their reservation.

Went there for lunch and the menu is obviously not as much choice as the dinner. It was really disappointing choices and took so much time for our orders to come. If youre new to sushi buffet or just trying out sushi for the first time, this could be a good place for you during lunch hour.

Service impeccable. Le concept de commande avec un code QR cest vraiment génial. Les saveurs était au rendez vous. Lambiance est vraiment bien. La terrasse avec les chauffes terrasses était magique. Jai vraiment aimé mon expérience, cest mon resti préféré maintenant!! Le propriétaire es sur place pour sassurer que tout les clients sont satisfaits je ladmire beaucoup!!

Unfortunately there are no 0 stars... Take the trouble to book at 7pm on a Sunday...we arrive and there are 25 people in the portico. No staff before 30 minutes for us lasts that they are late, that they dont know when our table will be ready. Seriously...you shout everyone out so your 7pm tables are ready. This is the basis. So we left 45 minutes later to go elsewhere. And 0 people were served because no one returned to the portico.

Poor management and communication

My second time there and wasnt impressive like the first time. First time was in the dinner shift and was good. Yesterday, it was in the lunch shift: Food rate is avarage. Place was really cold that affect the quality of the food. Some items served cold as if taken out of fridge. Service was good and the team was friendly.

The food wow. Everything is delicious. The service was ok, the waitress was not attentive and we had to ask few times to get napkins or more water. The restaurant was full and we called to reserve but no reservation possible. He just said to come at 19h30 and we would have a table no problem. It was not the case and by the time we sat down, we had to rush because it was closing at 21h30.

All-you-can-eat buffets at the table. Everything was perfect. (Except for the little couple, who were going back and forth outside/restaurant, and who unfortunately stank of cannabis... To the point of stinking up the room as they passed near us.) Otherwise, everything was perfect.

A great AYCE with a diverse menu. By far one of the best ones Ive had. Was pleasantly surprised to see they served siumai and hargaw, which were really tasty. The Tenzo roll is a must try! The combination of flavors and textures is amazing.

The ambiance of this restaurant is superb, complemented by an exceptionally cordial staff. However, on several occasions during my visits, I have experienced instances where some of my food orders were overlooked and not delivered to the table, likely due to the restaurants high volume during peak dining hours. Despite the occasional oversight, I highly recommend dining here; the General Taos Chicken is truly exceptional.

We were a group of 10 on a Monday evening, quiet not too many people, we still received the dishes quickly after sending the order which I find very good as a concept. The waitress as well as the suite attendants (I think) were super friendly and courteous. The food was good and tasty. I got my moneys worth, it was a great first experience.

I read the reviews, yes the service can be a little slower than in some places. Do you understand that it is at will? Do you understand that the kitchen has to work hard?! For the reduced equipment that was presented on an ultra-crowded Friday evening, I dont even understand such a good level of service. The quality of the food, be it the sushi (extremely excellent) or any other dishes.... It was 5*. Everything was fresh, good, tasty... I was really surprised at the quality vs the price. And what about Vinh and Katherine, and all the others... We definitely go back there for the exceptional food but also for the service which is even better than the food. A big 6/5. Were letting it go to lengths, you have to understand. In any case, you dont go to an all you can eat store expecting fast service, or generally good service. But this restaurant is the exception to the rule. This is THE place on the north shore for an INCREDIBLE fuzion all you can eat. Thank you again for the superb evening

We did not have sushi but very disappointed with the quality of the other dishes, several arrived cold, no difference in taste between the chow mein, pad thai, udon noodles etc. everything tasted like water.no seasoning, super bland, the peanut butter dumplings were floating in the water with a supposed peanut butter taste...the only thing we liked was the 2 noodles in the wonton soup... .. It was a first for us but also a last for 23.00 per person plus tax and tips for lunch, its better to try elsewhere.

It was very dirty, we waited a very long time before being served and there were only 2 people there. In the restaurant and when I dropped my baguette and asked for a new one it took 30 minutes and 4 waiters before it was brought to me

I loved the concept, we will return there because the dishes ordered were all very good. Fast service for the dishes, less so for the drinks. The only thing was it was so noisy that when the waiter came to explain we didnt hear anything and he left quickly so no further explanation. Luckily we had people who had already been to our table.

Service was very good, a few minor mistakes which were swiftly corrected. Staff very nice, polite. One staff member seemed like she didnt want to be there, was clearing tables with an attitude and picking up dirty dishes on our table without excusing herself when passing very close to my husbands head/face. Atmosphere was good, very pretty, a little bit loud at times, had difficulty hearing each other talk. Food was very average, crab sticks in everything, so if youre like me and dont like crab sticks, you are left with very little choices for the sushi. Have had much better tasting sushi elsewhere. Very limited choice for sushi rolls, not very fancy nor original. Some interesting choices from the tempura section like mushroom, zucchini and pumpkin. For the price, totally not worth it since we had to all take all you can eat at 40$ per person. Very disappointing.

I should have asked the price before sitting down. 40$ + tip. Maybe some people get their moneys worth but my daughter and I certainly didn t. Do not go here if you re not that hungry or if you like high quality food. The service is excellent though tbh. Very easy to order and you receive your food very quickly. But in my case felt that it was WAY overpriced. Could have gotten the same thing in a box ready to go for 18$. BUT I can see why some people would appreciate this, the ease of the whole thing. I recommend it o groups or very hungry people

WAS the best but the service in the restaurant is very slow, big queue despite reservations because they dont have the right staff 1 person left to themselves who works hard is not enough for rushes and sushi we lost in quality, portions of salmon reduced and iceberg salad in the sushi instead to compensate, very meh! you lost us as a customer

The affordable lunch price makes my rating 3 stars, because if I had paid $50 for the meal the bill would have gone down... Very long waiting time between services, up to 25 minutes for the 2nd service, almost 10 minutes for a scoop of ice cream. We are given unsealed water bottles?? On the way out, one of the employees smoking his cigarette right next to the door???

Great concept... still needs to be refined with the service. They didnt explain to us how it worked. No advice on food. The waitress didnt come back to see us all evening. The food was good but nothing more.

Good service. The quality of food has declined sharply and prices have increased. The worst is their Wasabi. No taste, not strong, you can eat it with a spoon. The waiter told me that its a mix thats like that. Sorry but now that I want to make unlimited sushi Im looking at other options. Unfortunately there arent really any other options in the area.

Superb discovery! Excellent value for money. I tasted a little bit of everything and it was really good. My favorites are sushi pizza, peanut dumplings and volcano sushi. The only negative point was that when we arrived, there was no one at reception and there were lots of people in the entrance waiting for the hostess to arrive. But hey, they managed to catch up well.

First visit at lunchtime; I was very skeptical, especially regarding the quality of the sushi and ramen. Quite honestly, everything was perfect. The rice is quality, the fish too. The pork ramen is extraordinary. The service is extremely fast despite the number of customers. Congratulations to the whole team!

Food was very good considering its an all you can eat. The staff is friendly, and provides a great service. Recommendation to go in the evening which has the full menu. The lunch menu has a lot of key items missing.

The food was good, but not better than elsewhere for a higher price. The drinks are really expensive. A Bloody Cesar that we normally pay a maximum of $10 sells for $15... The people who serve are very polite and courteous, but do not contribute to the experience. The atmosphere is good, I really liked the decor. I would go back, but I wouldnt detour.

These are the best sushi I have eaten. All the dishes are very tasty but the sushi is fantastic. The atmosphere is good and the service fast. Towards the end of the meal there was a slowdown without it being too long, but I admit that the restaurant was full. The portions are perfect and very well presented. The only drawback for me is that the waitress should ask us if we want to drink something straight away when we arrive, but knowing that, I will ask it myself at the start of the meal, its just that it would be a plus. I cant wait to go back, I recommend x 1000. Plus, affordable, especially if you consider that its all you can eat and we dont even have this lift!!! I went with my husband this Wednesday and the owner didnt give me a kiss. However, I have traveled a lot in the past so it changes absolutely nothing. But I agree with the government on the need to market ponzu in the northern regions.

This is the parking lot for the surrounding shops and restaurants, including the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: I saw a few young children but I dont know if there is a special price for them. You should find this out beforehand otherwise the bill mounts up quickly. Wheelchair accessibility: Its not ideal but it should be mentioned when booking I would say.

I called to make sure there were no ingredients in the food that my son was allergic too. I was assured everything would be ok. Got there with a reservation and still waited 15min to be seated. Once seated it took the waitress another 15-20 min to bring the QR code to order. I asked once again what I could order for my son, only to be told he can eat nothing!!! Only good thing was the owner came to speak to us and assured he would make a rice dish. Was not really really good and he ended up not being able to eat it. Waitress was SUPER slow. Forgot our water, forgot to bring coffee TWICE, EVEN AFTER WE REMINDER HER. KANDA in rosemere is soo much better. I wont be coming here again thats for sure.

Definitely one of the best all you can eat Japanese restaurants. Has plenty of sushi and dishes to choose from. Plenty of drinks as well. Definitely a great night out with family and friends. Only warning I can give is do NOT make a huge order right off the bat. The food comes extremely fast and your table will be full of food. Pace yourself!

Restaurant too wow meal and impeccable service

Very tasteful food and good vibe but i got food poisoning and have been sick for the last 12 hours which is just unacceptable of a sushi place. I had of everything so i cant even tell what made me sick but its for sure something in the food. I have never been sick before with any type sushi so be wary that this place may have a sanitary issue as something most definitely contaminated the food.

We went to try this place. One person acting as hostess, busboy and receptionist. Chaotic and disorganized. No apparent system whatsoever to seat people. Left without eating.

Several errors or omissions in our orders and therefore our topic of conversation was more about whether we will receive our food than anything else. Several times the waitress talks about avoiding waste, which I agree with, but if I insist on having a few things, if I waste, I will assume paying a fee for the waste, which he does not It didnt happen. We pay full price to have unlimited food, dont come and tell me for example that I cant have other mayonnaise for sushi, we are responsible and I dont think its up to the waitress to dictate to me on my consumption. They have two seatings, 5pm and 7:30pm to give everyone a chance to dine in. We opted for the 5pm and a reservation is a must as the restaurant was full. The selection of sushi, soups, noodles, dim sum is plentiful and ordering was done through an app. The items came out quickly at first, but as time progressed, items took longer to arrive and then it seemed like they forgot what was served or not. This was a pretty good experience for an all you can eat sushi restaurant.
