Sincerely disappointed with the service.. Ive been to this subway several times and one employee in particular (doesnt have her name written on her sweater), I dont know if shes new but my god train someone ... Im not the type to complain about our replacement, Im very understanding on the other hand this employee doesnt know at all how to make a sandwich which is supposed to be rather simple... my sandwich was half empty and as I told her asked to fill it properly, as I always get served, she gave me an extra change!!! So lets see She made my 12 inch in width and not in length.. honestly hahaha That makes no sense She felt super rushed, while I wasnt at all I prefer to wait longer and have a normal sandwich than to be served a stripped down sandwich on the fly Training your employees it s hard
They wouldnt give me a normal glass to put water in (with my sandwich). They didnt have a reusable glass and wanted to charge me for a soft drink to put water in it... 07/05/24 2:55 p.m.

Sincerely change your staff or show them what its like to work in customer service because lord, no smile and they make sandwiches no matter how, unpacking everything, its just not a fun experience

Frankly ridiculous! I come by today and ask for a chicken terriyaki wrap, the employee gives me a reasonable amount of chicken and her manager comes to see her to tell her to weigh it, after weighing she reproaches her employee that she put some too much and removed some chicken from my wrap I literally had 3 small pieces of chicken left, about 1 inch long, so ridiculous that I said Id let it go and went to another restaurant, theres no choice whats missing is that there are 5 other restaurants in the same building ! Go elsewhere if you want normal amounts of your protein!

The salads are too simple and unappetizing. Salad faded brown in places, tomatoes colorless, chicken not crispy. I will not return to this branch.
Impeccable service. Thanks to the employee who was alone from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Poop management on the other hand. The employee is alone to close the restaurant and to do things well (a restaurant requires a minimum of cleanliness), he stayed longer than his schedule without being paid.
Toilet needs a good cleaning...
Superb quick place to stop or take away near the highway, I have already worked at this Subway in the past and the service is always very pleasant and the cleanliness too and the vegetables very fresh.

Bad customer service. Their payment machine did not work and after waiting 30 minutes we were informed that we would have to go to the bank to get money at which time our sandwich was already cold.
On this Thursday, February 16, I confirm that I have never had such bad service! I have been in the restaurant business for 10 years, and I can say that your daughter behind the counter is not made for customer service....she was a brunette, the blonde was very fine on the other hand!... poor service, no thanks, no smile, no good evening, and I even had to sigh!

Its Subway. If you like submarines this is THE place to go. Even though this franchise is located in the industrial district, during the week at dinner time I am served in less than 5 minutes and it is always fresh. The employees are kind and attentive. A nice quick dinner.
