i have ordered there MANY times with their app. Barely any ingredients/sauce in their sandwich. The footlong dippers are ridiculous its basically only rolled up…. disappointed every time…
Excellent service and good food
Terrible service. Went to get a sandwich 15 minutes ago. I was servied by guy with glasses. When I was in front of him no hello or any interaction with me. He was just starring down and saying nothing while he knew I was in front of him. I made a small comment saying "Hi how are you" to let him know that I was in front of him he then gave me attitude. I proceeded to get my order and while leaving I heard him talking to his girl colleague about our interaction in a negative way. I get the kid is young and a bit awkward but he should try to give better service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terribly rude service- By the time we were at the cash there was no more rush. We were served by a man at first. The girl at the cash [Blonde] Was already asking if we wanted combos, [Our sandwiches were in the oven] which we hadn't decided yet and still focusing on what we wanted to order, we asked for two large soups too that she already charged before checking to see if there was any. We asked, and she just blew us off arrogantly saying not to worry. The brunette girl serving me [seemed a little confused, probably new] but otherwise was doing a good job making my sub while the blonde girl continued to pester us for the combo. So my mother and I looked at each other and asked if we could do it with the soups only and no beverages, she said yes, typed it in. Then huffed loudly ,and said to the brunette to go to the cash while she finishes our orders. [okay?] So I ask for the soups and brunette cuts me off and tells me the amount I need to pay. Uuh? Catches me off guard since I have no money on me - So I ask my mother for her wallet while she was choosing her toppings. She looks at me goes through her bag to give me her wallet While the rude blonde behind the glass continuously repeated "Which toppings?" In a persistent, very annoying tone. Now I'm the one who gets aggravated looks at her and says "One minute ma'am!" I take her card and pay for the meal. She does my mother's sandwich very lazily. [My mother loves black olives and always asks for a handful of them,and always pays for extras. Typically, from any other place, is usually a simple task and well done. In this one there was at the most 7 Black olives] I'm frustrated with how pushy the other one is being- but otherwise keeping a good attitude. We once again ask for the 2 larges soups and the brunette starts making them. A few minutes later we notice she seems to be struggling to fill them instead of telling us there wasn't any left. Now we're starting to get annoyed. My mother kindly asks for a refund for the soups only - which she tries to tell us they'd be at least half full [There was two spoons in each and it was the very bottom of the pot that she was scratching. Very crummy looking.] We say no and just want a refund and she persist to say she'd make them free. No. Thank you. The man that we first met comes back to the cash and apologizes giving us our refund. My mother tells him that next time the staff should check before selling something they don't have. And even he agreed and seemed irritated with how his team was functioning. Long Story Short; Man was Very Nice. Brunette was clumsy but otherwise nice. Blonde was very rude and would not want her at my service in any shape or form again. 0/10 Not going back.

I went with my partner today (2024-01-08) around 1 p.m. Rotten service Annie made the sandwiches very arrogant and had an attitude. When my partner asked her to add an extra example: hot peppers she replied that he already has some. She didnt listen to our requests and she did what she wanted. She threw the ingredients into the submarine. She was very unpleasant I know its not easy to find employees but even if I had no choice this person wouldnt work in my business, they scare away customers. I was a manager for 23 years in a retail business with 15 employees in my charge and I would never have accepted that an employee would act in this way. I hope the branch manager will see to it! The next time I go there and its her Ill definitely go back!

I was there on a Saturday evening and I have rarely seen a service with so little class. The two young people were laughing after they dropped the chicken onto the ground. My partner went for a pickup today and she was served by a very arrogant employee. She made a mistake in the order, blamed it on my partner, replied and spoke in an inappropriate manner to serve customers. Mention not to make products normally offered at this restaurant.... and so on. We will not return to this restaurant again, it was the last time we went there frequently.

This is now the 3rd time in a row that I have ordered and there are SEVERAL errors in my order. I still tried again, telling myself that it could happen, but Im still just as disappointed. I just ordered a teriyaki and sweet onion salad and they added mayonnaise!! I was careful to double check and make sure it wasnt my mistake. I still tried to taste it but it s not edible the chips I asked for were also missing. I dont recommend anyone to choose this Subway otherwise check your orders carefully!

The Tip option disappears from the machine before I can even touch the screen, my finger was on its way to no tip, the step to tap the card appears, so I proceed. Only to realize later that I was charged $2 for tip, and I understand that this is the same thing that happened to the gentleman in front of me. Probably a little fraud in progress.

I arrived at 7:15 a.m. the restaurant closed at 8 a.m. I was greeted very coldly by someone named Maxim.... Your bread? Your meat? Your cheese? We were able to come from Switzerland... The way I was served. Then another man came in and this same employee made a huge sigh while rolling her eyes and this gentleman was greeted just as coldly by being told that he no longer had any ribs or Swiss cheese to put in his sandwich. The other two guys were great despite the fact that he didnt have any salad or spinach to put in the submarine... Im really very disappointed with the service I received...

This is the second time I have received poor service at this Subway. I myself have already worked at the one in St-Eustache and I would never have served anyone as I was served in this branch. From the eye of someone who has never worked there, I find the service very unprofessional. I come home this afternoon (November 25, 2020) and I am yelled at that there are no more breads. Its 2 p.m. and there is no bread other than brown bread, wrap and flatbread. Yes, the dinner rush has just ended, but its important to plan a batch for afternoon customers and those before the dinner rush. The hands are not washed before putting on the gloves, yet this is a health standard that is important to respect, especially in times of pandemic. The lady (who was wearing her mask below her nose) did not have her name tag and looked completely tired. Dear lady (without name tag), we remain polite when our teammates make mistakes, the goal is not to humiliate them but to support them in managing the error. I know what its like to work in the conditions that the Subway company offers to its employees, however, customers should NEVER suffer from this, thats what we call professionalism.

I am a regular customer who eats here a minimum of 3-4 times a week....I arrived at Subway at 13950 bl. ST-SIMON in St-Canut at 10:50 p.m. and the employee blocked the doors of the restaurant knowing that I had just arrived. I asked him to open the doors for me to order, indicating to him that it is not 11 p.m. and twice he replies to me were not closed .... I like coming to eat here, very good service and always fresh but its been 2 hours that Ive been waiting to come and eat here and well no I have to go to McDonalds or Tim Horton.....
