Valérie prepare me one day in advance à soupe ahead of time just to make me smile
Disappointed with this location. I entered the store at 8:30 to place an order only to receive a negative reception from the server. She told me that she is not taking anymore clients as she is wrapping up for the day and was starting to close her counters. The closing time of the restaurant is at 9 pm, not 8:30!! Bad customer service.
Ordered yesterday a Tuna sandwich 12’ , the guy puts 2 spoons of Tuna in my sandwich. An old man after me was ordering the same order and the guy puts 4 spoons of Tuna (which is the correct quantity). I didn’t say anything and I left tip just because the girl who served me at the beginning was professional but i will never go to this subway again

Not sure why so many reviewers were dissatisfied with the service here, we had a great experience with very friendly staff. Standard Subway location with regular offerings and as-expected cleanliness.
**I would like to point out that the employee was very nice, I have nothing negative to say about the employees there. I went to this Subway to buy a 12 inch Steak. I choked on a huge piece of bone. This isn t the first time I ve had DISGUSTING bits of cartilage in the meat. Maybe 2 or 3rd time. But this is dangerous!!! Honestly, it disgusts me. When I took my bite, there was a huge piece of bone that makes no sense. If I had been a child, I probably would have died by now. This is unacceptable. It seems to me that there must be a minimum of supervision when placing the goods in the fridge or when making the Sandwich. The manager or I dont know someone who monitors if everything is okay I think thats the MINIMUM. If the customer wont choke on something thats not supposed to be there... I have photos, proof to back it up. I am disgusted and in shock. My situation could have turned into a nightmare. Luckily, I was able to dig it out and spit it out. Subway is over for me. Clearly the freshness is no longer there, neither is the quality. You should revisit and revise your control of the quality and safety of your food. Same thing with chicken. Im writing here because its from this Subway that I had this experience.. Always cartilage and hard bits that are not edible. Too many bad experiences, Subway is over for me. ARK.

The place is clean and the food is fresh except I dont understand why he makes you tip. It s a choice, not an obligation. Vegetarian options: There is the choice of choosing a vegetarian meal

I have seen bad Subway locations before, but this one is the champion.
Usually Im a big fan of Subway but today August 19 around 1:00 p.m., the girl at the cash register, her service was to cry, she was texting or talking on her cell in front of us and whats more, there was a line .She didnt even change her gloves to touch the filling of the sandwich. We go to the checkout and she gives the biggest attitude when we ask for a bag. Not even a thank you or a napkin. To finally throw it at me bag to give it to me. Poor service.
If i have option would definitely give 0 star. Worst experience. Staff is not friendly at all

Oh my God, September 16th at 6:00 p.m., pretty much dinner time. I arrive at Subway, I ask for a 12 meatball, the girl looks at me as if I was a serial killer and says to me well its because we couldnt have bread and I dont know what it is is what... okay then Ill take what you have, she makes me something with an old dry bread and says to me did you toast your sandwich? » , yes please! She sets her timer like a pro but of course the oven isnt on 10/10, I pay for a sandwich that has nothing to do with what I wanted but above all very cold and wet. At least the girl was polite? No incredibly nonchalant attitude. What do you do with a wet and cold 12 inch? You throw it away when you get home and make yourself some toast. I dont know if there is anyone who runs this Subway but if so do something, fire her, hire someone who knows your recipes and buy some bread for dinner time. What a disgusting experience......
Worst Subway ever. No panini, frozen gluten bread, 3 staff but it takes 30 minutes to serve 5 people.... Second time Ive been there and its the last time. Worst fast food staff ever... When it takes you 2 minutes to take a loaf of bread and cut it... And Im not exaggerating. Yes its nice and clean, but 30 minutes to serve you a sandwich in bread defrosted in the microwave...Never again
