First ... way overpriced ! We all know that everything is getting high on prices but ... come on ! We get there for the "poulet maniac" that we used to buy somewhere else but the place is now closed. Ordered 5 poulet maniac meals for takeout and here's what we got! Sorry but totally disgusting ! Nobody could eat that **! Over cook or dirty oil, not sure but the taste was awful. It's a shame to serve this to customers. First and last time for sure !

So so so so GOOD, 100% Staff was all smiles & bilingual The food was great, amazing for a Casse-Croute - Fries were thick and crispy - Poutine was delicious - The fried chicken sandwich was delicious too (their specialty) I was shocked to see bad reviews. This is not a 5-star restaurant where they will serve entrés and wine matching your meal; it is a fast fast food place.
Typical fast food spot, with all the usual options and they have ads for this "Maniac fried chicken" Prices are high, 2$ hot dogs, 6$ plain hamburger. I ordered the Fried chicken burger, to go.. what a letdown. The thing is 10$, it's displayed on a badly taken picture with fries and pickles. I'm not sure if that's when you eat there, because I only got the burger. It was fine, chicken is crispy, a bit dry inside. Poor seasoning on the batter, wouldn't call it "maniac". My wife got a burger and small poutine. The burger was fine, the poutine... I don't know what that was. Some weird mix between classic quebec poutine shacks and McDonalds.. the fries are probably frozen, they're so white. There are way better fast food spots in St-Jerome.
WAY WAY overpriced for frozen fries. Powdered sauce that had no taste, was congealed. Yucky. 30$ for 2 people for a few dogs a poutine and a pogo. Really? Couldn't eat more than a few bites, aweful. Oh yeah and a few chicken nuggets. They gave no sauce with the nuggets either. Don't waste your money or your appetite here. For 30$ you can have much better elsewhere. Overall hated it. Bad bad meal.2 thumbs down.

Un insulte se faire servir des frites congelées dans un casse-croute et à ce prix! Je suis rendu que je demande à chaque nouveau casse-croute si ce sont des frites maisons et on me répond de façon évidente que oui. Mais il y a de ces rares exceptions où on ne sy attends pas et voilà. Rendu devant son assiette. Yark! Même pas bonne en plus.

Great nice place but not much room to sit. My meal was served hot and an employee offered to heat the terrace so that we could eat warmly with friends. So very good service, but the food is expensive. I highly recommend for everyone.

The only thing to say is that in a snack bar we normally serve HOMEMADE FRIES AND NOT FROZEN FRIES. 1st and last time I go there. Really disappointing. Luckily the hot dogs were good because my poutine was terribly inedible.

While passing through, we ordered 4 cones of 1 scoop of hard ice cream. Really anything, it costs $20 for 4 small cones that you find in the grocery store and that the bottom hadnt even been filled, at least it was filled. For $5 with tax each it s a really bad joke. Plus we asked for vanilla and the ice cream tasted like maple flavor. We wont stop there next time.

I ate a trio of cheeseburger, fries and liquor. Cheeseburger was excellent what I find unfortunate is that the fries are not fresh. These are frozen fries. This is a lack for this type of restaurant. The owners would benefit from serving really good fries. Courteous and fast service. The place is clean and there is a heated 4-season terrace adjacent to the restaurant. It is well furnished, tables, chairs with gas heater and television.

We arrive inside, the cashier ignores you, you wait several minutes (I am the only customer at the checkout they are 2. employed at the counter) the cashier is talking on her cell phone and totally ignores you!! pathetic. I ask if this is normal? her excuse: she is with someone from her family on the phone who is at the hospital, but There are 2 of you doing nothing!? what kind of company is this? I came to pick up an order for 8 employees, I mentioned it to me laughs in my face and invites me to go somewhere else? some run their business as if it were their living room in their house. unacceptable, in no way professional, with respect and arrogance. Now for the rest I find your vulgar and insulting language towards the cashier unacceptable given that after reviewing the recording I calculate less than 20 SECONDS between your entry and your exit. I find it sad that you had a bad experience but that in no way justifies your behavior.

It doesnt bother me that the prices go up but when you pay an average poutine for $15. Its not at all pleasant to look for the cheese that they just put a little on top. When I arrived home I had to add my own cheese to at least have the impression of having poutine. Sorry but that disappointed me, it was the first time and the last. P.S. I wanted to say that the little lady at the checkout and reception I give her a very nice and friendly 10/10. Thank you very much

Honestly, the look indicates a good place but its not. Almost nothing is done on site. The fries taste pre-cooked, the sauce is rather weak, the hot dogs are pitiful, a steamed is not a dry bread and a hot dog with mustard cabbage in Quebec in July in 2021 would mean that your coleslaw is not coming with a cane... seriously. The fries taste like fried chicken. No thanks. Excellent service, my portion came out so quickly that its suspicious when you think about the setting up of 2 steamés and a poutine.
