I ordered a poke bowl which tasted good. But only had like 3/4 of an inch of rice at the bottom, and a little bit of shrimp. 80+% of the bowl was sliced lettuce. Its very disappointing for a 20$ meal. I’ll order elsewhere next time.
The sushi is always fresh and delicious. The workers are friendly, helpful and work really well. I almost always get my order quicker than expected.
Decided to leave a review after how I was treated last night. I ordered a ramen soup to eat during the morning in my second job. I did not mind the idea of eating soggy noodles but when I asked the if the plastic bowl could be microwaved safely, they realised I wanted to keep this for later and started trying to convince me to take the soup without water and later poor hot water in it so that the noodles would not sogg. I did not ask them for this and they went out of their way to make sure I would enjoy my food. Very much appreciated.
Sushi shop is good if you are in a hurry and want to grab one of the pre-made sushi containers to-go. However, the tempura rolls and a variety of others are difficult to eat because they use fish flakes on the sushi. No No NO! Fish flakes are used to make dashi, are used to flavor Takoyaki, not to put on sushi!

Tuesday August 27, 2024 at 2 p.m., 2 employees, none capable of understanding a simple question on the menu in French they asked to speak to them in English....in Mirabel!!! 2 more young people, zero functional French. The only way to resolve this is to leave the premises and spend elsewhere.
An absolutely incredible sushi experience! The fish was exceptionally fresh, and each piece was prepared with great precision. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal, and the service was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend trying the chefs dish its truly delicious!
I have only ever been poorly served at this place!!! The service is more than disappointing. I do not recommend at all.

I bought a tray of 75 pieces yesterday and the freshness, taste and diversity of the pieces were perfect. I ordered in advance and my tray was ready when I arrived; I saw them putting the finishing touches when I entered the restaurant. It couldnt get cooler than this! Beautiful and good work! I ordered 3 poke bowls for a total of $85 on Uber Eats. I get the order, the bowls are 80% soft lettuce. The shrimp were tiny, the avocados were not fresh, there was barely any salmon in the other 2 bowls, in short really disappointing for the price. I call the restaurant to share my dissatisfaction with them, they dont care at all. I usually go to the sushi shop in Ste Eustache and it is 1000x better. This is the first and last time for me at this branch.

Le restaurant était excessivement malpropre, du plan de travail au plancher collant en passant par des tables bondées de plats terminés depuis longtemps. Difficile de se faire comprendre, le niveau de français nest pas au niveau dun commerce de détail, très gros doutes sur la fraîcheur des produits, les sushis étaient chauds/tièdes. Je ne recommande pas lendroit.
I rice is really not good
We ordered two super simple poke! An Umami and a spicy tuna.... The umami was not one and the tuna was miraculously transformed into salmon!! Almost no vegetables and the rice we asked for sticky rice and we got ordinary rice not to mention that everything was in a real soup!!! A strange liquid that we dont know where it comes from.... Totally we threw everything in the trash because it was so disgusting! Worst sushi shop ever!!!!!!!
Very disappointed. Mango Pokébowl, with 2 mini pieces of mango??? The shrimp tempura paid extra were raw and not tempura at all. I put 3 for the atmosphere, because I had it delivered.

Excellent sushi however very disappointed with the service since I had ordered 200 sushi to take away and when I arrived home I noticed that 100 sushi were missing even though I had made sure with the employee that the order was complete before leaving.... when I called to complain they told me to come back immediately and that it was ready.

I have never seen such pitiful service as the one we receive at the Mirabel sushi shop on Chemin St-Charles. Last time I was there the detour is worth going elsewhere!!!!!
Very big disappointment. We are asked to arrive at a certain time, the sushi hasnt even been started. It is impossible to speak with the employees, who speak neither French nor English. Also very difficult to request a change, because the special requests tab of the order is never read and respected. My sister went to get the order and the employee looked her directly in the eye as she put everything in the bag. Result: Our sushi looks a bit like the Hunchback of Notre-Dame. Before, it was much better. I dont know whats going on with this place, but the customer service is getting increasingly lame.

Well, we ordered a box of the chefs choice... An hour and a half to produce the order later... and this, by going there to order. You read correctly... The box was filled with almost the same sushi that all tasted the same... It was ultra ordinary... And at a great price. I know that sushi shop is like the St-Hubert of sushi... But still... We dont have much choice in the area... And it shows!!! Its a big botch. Never again.

Ive ordered 3 times from Mirabel in the last month because its good. BUT when they tell you that it will be ready in 1 hour and when you get there you wait 40 minutes, its quite unprofessional. Its over for me!
They prepared combos as quickly as other fast food restaurants, very interesting for a quick menu!

I love sushi shops, but the one in Mirabel always has extremely hard crispy rice in the poke bowls. very unfortunate because we started there often, but since then we go once every 2 months... instead of every week in Laval on boul. St-Martin

Update May 2018 Unfortunately the quality of execution of the sushi has really declined in recent months. It s no longer the same sushi chefs who are there. The taste is really ordinary, the preparations do not follow standard recipes. Lots of failure. We were disappointed twice in a row: March and April 2018. We made a complaint on the sushi shop website and no response from them. We have since visited another sushi shop in the area and were very pleased. It is therefore the Mirabel sushi shop that is lacking. We will not return there. Its unfortunate.

The sushi is good (sushi shop in general). But Mirabels sushi shop doesnt care about opening hours, it closes earlier than expected without warning. Besides that, there is Yuzu sushi which is not far away. Next time Im going to MacDonald
Take a detour and arrive at a closed door. Really unpleasant, last time for Mirabel. Respecting your closing times means respecting your customers.
