Pad Thai was cooked in the right way, the taste is perfect.

Very clean and very good each time we go! They give us generous portions and honestly good job to the guys that cook behind the counter! They work efficiently and even when they are swamped, they take the time to say hi and goodbye to the customers.
I order through Uber but I made a mistake with the adress , I cancel the order not more than a minute after and reorder ! But you charge me for the 2 order ! I am never ordering from you again that for sure ! This is stealing !

The cashier asked me and my boyfriend if we wanted no, a little or very spicy for our rice and we both asked for not spicy at all and they gave us both extremely spicy meals we couldn’t even eat them :( It sucks to throw away full meals we paid for...
Again, before the covid this branch of fast food use to be great. I don't know if it is new administration. But being called a "Moron" just goes to show how bad this brand of fast food has been diluted. They say to shop locally, well that what my money buy's to be insulted in front of my teenage boy. Wow that was very low on the employee part!!! Google can you add a 0 star so that I can be very accurate with my impressions of this service....

I had to tell the cashier twice that I wanted basil fried rice with shrimp but she kept telling me chicken. I said no, shrimp. Despite everything, I am served basil fried rice with chicken. The gentleman was not happy to have to take my order again, he did not give me my extra eggs for which I paid and my bowl is half empty. This is the last time I go to this restaurant.

Where to start...I dont know why Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 or even zero. Because this is the first time in a restaurant of this chain that I have been disappointed. The food tasted like the old bottom of a wok, not clean and not washed for weeks. The quantity of food was not up to the usual standards of other restaurants in this chain. I dont think it deserved a 4 but, a little higher than 1... in short, I have mixed feelings, but I dont recommend it.

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I ask for a Thai soup, not the tum yum because its too spicy for my taste, I dont like it. The girl gives me the tum yum. Well, to err is human, I tell her that shes wrong, she persists, I tell her to load me up with another soup, that I dont like the taste of Tum Yum. She leaves with my soup, she drains the spicy liquid and adds the Thai broth. Ugh, big girl, I told you I dont like it, I dont like the taste. I threw the soup in the trash. Could never!!!!!
Very good and received a very good portion
I ordered 2 lemongrass beefs and returned home, our 2 dishes had no vermicelli! I wrote to the mother office and there was no news. This was the last time I ordered it.
Worst meal ever! We ordered three dishes: one general green curry and two general red curry. The general green curry arrived without sauce and with a total of 4 pieces of vegetables. The chicken was cooked and not fried. One red curry had a sweet sauce instead of a curry sauce and the other also didnt have fried chicken but cooked chicken. Flavor rating, tasteless! Really, if you are so short of competent staff, you better close down!!
Not able to take the trouble to write on Google map that they are closed, we make the trip for nothing...
Missing all the vegetables in my pad thai (no onions, no tofu, no carrots, NOTHING AT ALL!!!). Only the rice noodles which were dry. Very disappointing. I paid extra for broccoli and there were only 5 pieces all for $20!!!!! I do not recommend!
What a disservice. I drove 20 minutes to eat Thai. I arrive there is an employee behind the counter and two others who are eating and are on laptops. I waited 6 minutes to be served. I decided to leave because they dont care about their customers.

Restaurant of the well-known Thai Express chain. The menu is typical of the entire chain. The food is good. You can currently eat on site. I was surprised when I wanted to show them my vaccination passport so I could eat in their dining room, only to be told that they didnt need it...

First time at this Thaï Express in St-Janvier yet I have made several, please remove your images full of tofu because I had NONE so for me it is misleading advertising and it is the first time that this happens to me, really disappointed

More than disappointed with the Mirabel branch, St-Janvier sector... Loving Thaï Express restaurants, it is not uncommon for me to stop at them on my way back from work and, on several occasions, I found myself turned away at the door of the one in Mirabel by employees cleaning the tables. and the kitchen, on a Thursday evening (NOT a public holiday) at 7:45 p.m. / 8 p.m., even though it is written that they close at 9 p.m. right at the door of the branch... no explanation was given to me by the employees , situation even more frustrating for me...
Not real Thai but ok. Phayathai in Blainville is the real deal. I stayed in Thailand so I see.
Arrived at 8:41 p.m. even though it closes at 9 p.m. A gentleman gestures no to us, saying I closed everything . We kindly say that its not yet closing time only to have the same, not very friendly gentleman respond: I didnt know I owed you anything.

The food was not good (overcooked, reheated and rubbery) the restaurant opens at 11 a.m. but there is no cook to prepare the meals!?

The best branch of the franchise in the Laurentians so far! I have visited several so far and the one where I have the best service, the best portions, the best taste is this one! I recommend the chicken Tom Yum soup with extra coconut milk and extra hot pepper paste without vegetables (when you dont have the vegetables they add more noodles). Then I add a good dose of Sriracha (red sauce). I also love this restaurant for its pleasant atmosphere.
