What even is this drive through, need a bigger property to support demand. Staff are good, food has always been good. Very frustrated every time I go through this drive through
Worst customer service. Staff members were really rude and were so disrespectful in kicking us out. You can ask us to politely leave but they made it quite clear that they were unhappy and irritated by our presence. I understand being stressed but I think waiting 20 minutes for one drink is contradicting the fact that they want us to leave. I also got charged full price for a pack of 10 and I only got 6 timbits. The food was displeasing and quite honestly disappointing. And just so you know, I DIDNT want those chocolate timbits. Trust me you'll have better choices down the road.
Worst customer service at this tim hortons.visited this evening firstly long wait in line to give order thts acceptable we can say its the busiest tim hortons after that wait for ur food almost 20 mins .usually spent ur 45 minutes there to have order .We can compromise this guys even after this staff shows you attitude if u r going to ask them about order after 20 minutes.I ordered plain crosiant toasted with butter.There was indian girl who gave me burnt crosiant after 45 minutes wait and after that i went to staff there was supervisor may be Conard i dont know i am spelling it ryt or wrong nd that indian girl she was only indian girl over there today just told me thts what u order.its worst level customer service and indian girl shows me a big level of attitude .I just want to aware the owner of this tim hortons this is what your staff serves the customers.I am also working in a customer service but i never taught this type of behaviour.Huge claps for tht girls behaviour nd supervisor.I will never visited this tom hortons again.
worst tim hortons on the river. got an order today via the mobile app to pick up in the drive thru, we get the the speaker and the lady quite literally says “it’s a big order girls!” and proceeds to laugh. Maybe have some consideration that your microphone is still on before insulting PAYING customers. Pathetic.
I dont usually review anything but this is probly the most ridiculous order I've ever gotten from tims, I am an everyday customer and yes I understand that it can get busy at times, I also work in customer service but there is no excuse for this. I usually get a plain bagel, specifically asked for it just cut, not toasted and 2 packs of peanut butter(that I have to pay for also) on the side so that when I get to work I can toast it whenever. Twice this week I get an uncut bagel and today I got a uncut bagel with a hair on it and no peanut butter packs, that is not a hard order at all !!
slowest tims ive ever been to. 0 enthusiasm from any employees, half the lights dont even work and are flickering. took me damn near a half an hour to get a bagel and two drinks. wasnt even that busy
Staff don’t know difference between milk and sweetener on side constantly giving cream sugar then when you say that what they gave is incorrect you have to repeat milk and sweetener more than once. Inability to toast anything that doesn’t resemble something placed in a microwave for 30-45 seconds!!!
Out of all the Tim's I like this one the least. Ordered ..paid.. got to my car and opened the little bag ... I'm not even sure how anyone would think that ..that was acceptable to serve someone ...I did take it back inside and a very nice young lady made me a new one that was 💯 times better. I no longer eat or drink anything from Tim's

I dont really like Tims food. Im sorry. Although the service here is fast and efficient. Weekend crew, not so much. But its all good. I always get a black coffee and its generally fresh here. Its busy but its the best Tims in Miramichi. Been a repeat customer for years. Coffee, donuts, sandwiches, bagels, cold drinks. Menu has expanded a lot over the years. Update: I still feel the same way.

Poor service: Staff meed to pay attention when placing an order. This has to be one of Miramichis worst coffee shops. Drive through most days are slows, lined up to even on KGH.

I love the food and drinks here, sometimes the drive thru is bangin fast and sometimes it aint. Parking: Oh 15 to 20 or so. Kid-friendliness: They dont serve liquor and kids love sweet stuff. Wheelchair accessibility: Its a ground floor establishment with handicap parking near the door. Lots of space to maneuver inside. Restrooms are wheelchair accessible.

horrible rude service drive thru. woman who takes orders. not focused on service. she during the order, tells her friend about her boyfriend. and then responds rudely when she has already been told three times. her answer... I dont understand you. repeat one more time.she needs to learn how to talk to people

Ordered breakfast sandwich on English muffin toasted with butter bacon egg. Got a warm muffin with one side buttered and nothing else on it. Didn t notice till we were on the hwy back to ns. Find it terrible

The rudest staff I have ever encountered at a Tim Hortons.
Could someone please update the hours of operation? It says online that youre open 24 hours but I tried to get a drink on my way to work at 5am and found the dine in area locked. I tried to tentatively go through the drive thru and ask if it was okay only to be treated harshly and told I had to be quick. When I ordered an iced capp (I drink slow & will be at it til lunchtime), and get a reply of, At 4 in the morning?. Not as a joke, more as a judgement. I am not happy needless to say. I wouldve gladly gone in had the times been listed correctly. And Ive worked at 4 Tim Hortons locations, theres no need to treat anybody poorly. If he didnt feel comfortable serving me on a bike in drive thru, he couldve politely said so. I understand its a stressful job but things can be dealt with better or avoided with proper hour listing.
Was at Tims today....my husband and I both ordered a bagel with beverage ......when he took his bagel there was a musquito underneat it....on the plate.Bring it back to the counter......told her there was a musquito.....she did not see it.........had to tell her again......to seconds later she give me back a bagel...I think she just changer the plate...............

I usually use the drive through, line ups are long but generally move quickly. Now closing at 3:00pm, sad really. Very slow lately as well.
I found that now since there is low staff. Its been slow then before .and messing up my orders for ppl more often I see.
Probably the worst Tim Horton s I have ever encountered. The drive through is dangerous and the staff were both rude and unable to successfully deliver a simple order without error.
Girls are friendly, they know what I want before I get to counter.

Usually make fantastic tea, and will actually take the needed time to stir it. As I add alot of sugar, this is important.

Love those strawberry shortcake donuts. Went to hwy 11 Tim s at 6pm to grab a couple. Sold out. No sweat. I ll head to the Tim s downtown. Sold out. Weak. Up your game, guys. Update. Day two. Went to hwy 11 Tim s around 5pm. Still no strawberry shortcake donuts. Off to downtown Chatham again. Still none there either. Cross the river to the King George hwy Tim s in NC. Finally. We got em. All hail the NC Tim s! So delicious.

Its Tim Hortons. People that enjoy the coffee (I do not)must be ok with the customer service and poor order accuracy. I only use the drive through when asked by a passenger. My daughter and friend recently went and ordered a breakfast sandwich no cheese. When they got home there was no egg, no bacon no cheese. They were too embarrassed to being it back.

Coffee usually made wrong, most of the staff can be pretty rude. Usually have to ask for your change, even if you break a $20 for a coffee. Maybe need to rethink where they line up the drive thru. Would suggest going up the side road as opposed to down and into the King George, despite signs that say no stopping witnessed a few close calls there. Very high traffic area for cars stopped in the middle of the road

Out of all the Tim s in miramichi this one is by far the worst. Staff are sometimes unfriendly, you have to ask for your change back, and they make the drinks wrong every time!! And if they do make my iced coffee right they don t put enough ice in it and it ends up all melting within minutes and my drink is warm. I like my iced coffee ICED. I always ask for milk instead of cream, but they use cream anyway and don t put the extra base that I ask for in. It s always young kids that are working here and they don t seem to care about making the order wrong. NOT IMPRESSED.

Atypical Tim Hortons, with typical stock for the late-night visit that I made. They had no bacon left for a bacon and grilled cheese sandwich. So I ordered something else along with a decaf coffee and bottle of water.

Quick drive through experience despite a average 12 car line up. Staff are acurate on order details/execution and always friendly and helpful. Often conjested parking lot. Jalapeno Cheese Omlette Bites are great. Coffee is... well, its Tim Hortons..
