Asked for 2 bacon wraps ! They could not speak enough English to explain to me that they were out of wraps and could o ly make one ! How frustrating !
Service is always relatively good never had any issue with food. However the cleanliness of the place inside is my issue...seems like the tables are not clean regularly nor is the floors. I always had to clean off tables I've sat at. The two in Chatham are the worst.
Order an Americano and it was Luke warm. Ordered 10 bday timbits and got assorted. Ordered a blt and got half the lettuce patch and the tough end of a tomato and all the bacon was to one end. This location has not been the greatest in the past. There are some nice ladies working there but it is not enough. I may be a bit bias because i worked for tims but coffee should be hot at least.
Absolutely unacceptable. ONE customer at the cash. The girl couldn’t figure out the transaction. No one would help her. SEVEN staff wondering around doing nothing. Ten minutes in line. Left. Whomever the sift supervisor is either needs to step up or go elsewhere.
I never go in or eat anything from tims really ... the donuts are always yummy and I usually end up doing a coffee run for co workers because I don't like coffee either .. drive thru is always pleasant
I like stopping in to Tim Hortons... The coffee is good the staff is friendly and they serve more than just coffee and donuts they have a lot of other different meals as well.. I love their Soup and sandwiches... and as everyone knows they have a great variety of donuts... it's a great place for friends to meet and have a nice conversation over a cup of coffee... they have great hours so you know you can stop in morning noon or night and have a great cup of coffee
Ordered a sausage and egg meal.. received only the sausage and egg..no hashbrowns Also ordered a wrap..no Chipotle sauce add mayo..received a dry wrap with no sauce at all Food was ok but not the right order

Not a fan of the coffee
I love the real cups and plates when dining in. Makes the coffee taste significantly better!
Had a trainee make a London Fog tea. He did a great job.
Difficult this morning order mixed or forgotten....no receipt of receipt either in short it was not their morning....

I often enjoy Tim Hortons, but this location was one of my favorites when my high school bus stop at the nearby restaurants. I always chose Tims. :D

I dont like to support places that say every kid can go to camp but dont let them have a choice and want them to have a jab in order to go ti camp People should have choices.

King George Hwy New Castle is my least fav of the many locations in Miramichi NB. Drive through poor service,below, and orders 9 out of 10 times, are usually wrong, poor selection of products.
We received the wrong order and by the time the employee decided to make the missing sandwich (20 minutes), we were ready to leave. Bad customer service.

It is inconceivable that in a Tim Hortons on the Acadian peninsula you will not find anyone who speaks a word of French. Not even to understand apple juice. A total lack of respect!

Most staff members are really nice, but sometimes cant make ice coffee or iced caps very good, which seems to be a bit of a problem. Can be understood with how busy they are, but kind of gets old bringing your order back
I was in today and staff was extremely unkind and rude from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Not usually one to leave reviews or anything. I understand people have bad days but it was completely uncalled for ignorance. Day ruiner for sure...

A typical, renovated Tim Hortons in the Maritimes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food tasted great. My turkey grilled cheese was cut fully in half. This made eating it on the road with no issues. The new iced coffees are richer and taste great. Even though McDonalds has theirs on for $1, I go to Tim Hortons. Convenient location. Clean bathrooms. Highly recommended.
Douglastown location gets my order wrong half the time. You order a combo and dont get the hashbrown most of the time. They are usually pretty quick though.

You should try the new creamy chills they are tasty. I keep getting chocolate but they have strawberry and caramel also. Like a milkshake but thicker than an ice cap not as thick as a milkshake from DQ
