Great experience. The food was excellent, and the manager and staff were incredibly friendly.
I visited her yesterday and the employee named harbeer was outstanding and she was so polite and she suggested me couple of good options though and her customer service was the best and efficient.

I found a hair in my food and this was the second time in a matter of months. The first time was in a cookie and this time it was in a donut. I didn't go back and tell them the first time but when it happened again I felt they should know. A couple of employees asked where I bought it but didn't offer an apology or a replacement donut. I just hope they learn to be more careful.
Horrible experience, got breakfast and my husbands biscuit was cold and they didint put any sauce on, but most importantly, the egg on his sandwich and mine were both gone bad. They were grey in color and smelt and tasted horrible something very hard to miss and still served it, we will never being going back to tim hortons, thank god miramichi opened a star bucks!

Looks like a very popular senior hangout. Was quite busy yet still quiet atmosphere. Lot of friendly people. As for food... Same as any Tim Hortons. Donut and muffin tasted like a Tim Horton's donut and muffin. Prefer the old days when they were made fresh on site, but oh well. Every Tim Hortons now use the frozen half baked goods shipped via semi across country and stored until they thaw them and finish cooking. Doesn't taste the same. Definitely better donuts in the world, but as far as Tim Hortons goes this is a nice, comfy, friendly and clean one that has some style and you can hang out and chat with people all while munching on various offerings. No complaints about atmosphere or friendliness. 👍

Service was fast, and the food was good. It was very quiet, only a few other customers. It was about an hour before they closed. Parking: Street parking has about 6 spaces, and the parking lot has many available spaces, at least 10 or more.
Ordered 2 ice caps for the drive home. Dont know what I was drinking but it wasnt a ice cap. There was no taste. Waste of money. Did not go back to get new one as we had places to go and was running behind schedule. Was not pleased at all. I was looking forward to a nice cold ice cap in the 33c weather but ended up with ????? . Somebody messed up.

The loudest Tims and not at all comfortable. Never ask for proof of Vax, and the tables are definitely not sanitized between guests. I avoided this location.
They never get an order wrong, especially that Manny lad. That boy knows how to make a bacon grilled cheese with roast beef THE RIGHT WAY.

I prefer this Tims over the rest in Miramichi. Most times they know what I want even before I order. Sherri, Carole, Dwan & Myrtle are the sweetest(I dont really know the rest of the workers...but the rest of them are pretty nice too) Keep up the good work girls!
