No matter the order or the day, there is always some sort of issue such as food and drinks not made properly, failure to listen to customers instructions, complete disinterest in work in a environment that do not train their staff accordingly or provide support to help them do better.
I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this but Tim Hortons in Miramichi doesn’t seem to have a single toaster that works at any location. Every time I get a breakfast sandwich or bagel and ask for it toasted, it seems like they throw it in the microwave, throw a bunch of butter on it to make it mushy and hand it out the window. This happened in Douglastown last week, Newcastle the week before and now Chatham. This is ridiculous, they increase their prices and lower their food quality.
The girl name in this tim Hortons Her name is Simran She is so hardworking and always greeting customer with smile and other staff is also good one is white young girl and white young boy I like how they are helping and sweet . The aura of this Tim Hortons is so positive I really loved the infrastructure. It’s the best I have ever seen. Amazing experience plus I make the wish on that coin. Hope it will come true .
This is my favorite Tim Hortons in Miramichi! The staff are so friendly and kind which is the number one reason I choose to go to this Tims! The coffee is always fresh at this location! The service is always quick! I am loyal to this Tim's and wouldn't go anywhere else in Miramichi!
Great breakfast experience this morning. We both had a bagel BELT and coffee, the service was impeccable, and Krista and the rest of the team had smiles and cared to give the best service possible. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of parking although the configuration of the drive-through was rather strange. Fully reccomend snd willbe back next time I am in the area

Yet again decided to go to this Tim Hortons. Ask for a simple breakfast sandwich with sausage and I got two tiny little stingy pieces of bacon because bacon sounds like sausage. Awesome job guys definitely listening

Went to get tea the guy at drive thru was so rude, was not even responding properly. Very disrespectful and disappointing. Can understand if he is tied but If don t want to work take off from work but if you are at work please do your job proper. Don t make your customers unhappy

I ve used Tim Hortons for many years. This is by far the worst. The staff were pleasant but the food was terrible. The chicken in the wrap was very dry, the potato wedges were so over cooked they were virtually as hard as rock. Would not use again

Great place, fast drive thru service.
Usually pretty good when I order from the counter. But mobile pickup needs polish. Usually when an order says Prepare Now its expected youd start it after the next in person customer, no? Not to leave the slip on the counter until the customer arrives almost 10 minutes later...to wait a further 10 minutes for the order to be made...bit disappointing. Especially with items missing.
The service was great and I was greeted with a smile and the person who took my order was very friendly and helpful and made a great cup of coffee I was very pleased

I love my tim,but i wish that they would train more those new workers from other countries, cause they barely understand English and speaks it and its always a huge mess on your order..and the managers in there dont help out the customers at all,they rather act ignorant towards the customers, lots,lots,of people are complaining about this tim..
Dont go on a Sunday. Worlds slowest staff. Maybe the company should give equal focus on counter guest as well as drive thru guests. Or actually train then hands on instead of on a computer.

I kinda favor this location, for the size of the lot there is always room, and they seem to move quite quickly compared to other locations.

Rubbish
I realize it is hard to get staff. The world today is chaos for front line customer service and those that do show up are appreciated. I use the drive thru 99% of the time and never receiving a napkin or condiments , having to drive back thru for a spoon or straw and having to explain at the window that an ice capp is not an iced coffee make it time consuming and a bit frustrating for everyone.
Its timmies... Need I say more? Vegetarian options: Yes Parking: Plenty Kid-friendliness: If you let your kids drink coffee !

Nice little tim hortons. Drive thru is always busy and a bit slow, however given the amt of people in the line it goes fairly fast. The layout to the parking lot/drive thru is not ideal and it can get a bit clustered at the entrance at times, especially if someone decided to turn left out of the parking lot. Nothing to say about the food, it is typical timmies, nothing to write home about.
The way the parking lot and drive through is built makes it a little confusing to navigate. The location inside is nice and clean.
