Greco Pizza in Miramichi

Came here to get an oven sub, was expecting it to be cooked. But when I got the sub it was a soggy uncooked bun. I used to order from this place all the time. I guess I won t be back

I was visiting from Nova Scotia a week ago and dropped in to Greco because it was the only thing open after 11pm. I got a couple of pizzas embarrasingly near closing time. Sundip (sp) the person who served me was kind, professional and a great conversationalist. Pizza was good, service was GREAT! Highly recommend a trip to Greco in Miracmichi. Thanks so much to the staff for going above and beyond!

Pizza was very good. Older lad that works there was unacceptably rude to an obvious trainee and was being very passive aggressive when speaking.

Friendly staff and amazing food!

We had donairs, but the meat was not what we are used to at woodstock Greco. Im not sure why, but its not the big chunky donair meat we are used to having.

One of my favorite pizzas but this location is definitely lacking. I am assuming most orders are delivered and not walk-in. I was not even sure it was open when I went in.

Ordered Pepperoni got Salami instead and Pizza wasnt cooked.

Usually amazing pizza. 4 stars as when its busy its never as good. Id rather wait an extra 5 minutes for the crust to still be topped and have pizza cooked well even if I already waited 30 mins... its worth it for yummy pizza. But I never order when its busy now cuz its just always so rushed.

Didnt get the cookies we ordered and they were burnt...

Pizza I ordered was good but I ordered a sub with no onion specified but they still added onion.

Visiting Miramichi and this was the only place that would deliver past 9pm. Sooo glad it worked out this way!! Delicious pizza and cheesy bread. Fast, friendly delivery person. Even supplied plates and napkins with order. Excellent!!!!!

Used to be much better, everything is always over cooked or undercooked. the care really seems to be gone.

I love there donair pizzas but they put too many onions and very few tomatoes would be alot better with less onions and alot more tomatoes, find that there toppings are very skimpy lately and cashier should be offering special that they have plus it would be nice to talk to someone that knows and understands English not another language alot of people are complaining of those 3 problems ,shame cause Greco-Roman was the best pizza in miramichi .

I havent had a pizza from GRECO in over 30 years. Im from Ontario. Worked for many years on the east coast. GREAT PIZZA. Good pizza is so hard to find. Cannot wait to have a Donair!

They make good food, Im a big fan of the oven subs. They are a little slow at times but its well worth the wait. The garlic fingers and Donaire sauce are to die for. Also the pizza is great.

I ordered a vegetarian sub and a donair sub with a 12 garlic fingers and it took over 50 minutes . Best part was they cooked my garlic fingers first and left them out on the table for 30 minutes so it got cold and my sub wasnt even cook . Total bummer

Not to bad of a place. My pizza was under cooked it was very doughy.

No word of a lie, I used to eat here a lot until i started noticing hairs underneath the garlic fingers and pizzas, every time i checked an there was some, I stopped eating here for months an finally decided to try it again and sure enough, i find a long hair embedded in a garlic finger, It was so much i hauled the whole thing out of my mouth by the hair! Disgusting and disappointed, Never will i come and eat here again

Over an hour for delivery, no indication that it was going to be longer, no phone call back, half the donair sauce that is supposed to come with the order. On top of the delivery driver giving us our old, squished pizza we are expected to pay the other part of it next week as his debit machine doesnt work. After calling the manager with this, she stated all they can do is $5 coupon for a $60 order. And still required to pay the $27 that he couldnt collect today next week when he can get a machine that can work. Crazy that is all they will do, besides take back the food for any sort of refund or waiving the $27. Will Not be back to this location or any of its Franchise locations.

One of the best pizzas!

Ordered online. When I got there they hadnt made my pepperoni pizza because they had no pepperoni. They said they tried to contact me but the number wasnt on either number I gave. They didnt offer any alternative but to refund my money for the pizza they didnt make. Which was fine but I then had to go and wait at another place for my childs meal. Sadly, this was my first time at Greco and will be the last.

Several bad experiences from incorrect orders to 3 hour delivery times, poor customer service. Dont expect to have your pizza on time or the way you want it made.

The pizza is wonderful but the store customers service is not so good.

Bad customer service. Insane wait times. The poutine is the worst ive ever seen. Overall terrible meal. There was a worm on the table. 1 delivery guy who was folding boxes tried to make up for the incompetence of his team. They didnt give us fork. We asked for ketchup. The guy infronr didnt even look for it said he had none. This guy went and foubd some downstairs. 1 good guy for 3 incompetents. Sad to witness

Terrible service ... if i could give it 0 stars i would. We went and ordered was told 20 - 25 minutes so we went back to our hotel. After 25 minutes we went back to pick up and they were just starting to prepare our order. Not only that but when they gave us our order it was not right at all. We then had to wait ... AGAIN for them to make our original order. All in all it was over an hour wait.

I had to wait for 2 hours because of a new workers mistake. In all I got my meal for free because of the mess up.

Im giving the 5 stars purely based on the fact that this is the only Greco and the day shift is great. The night shift however is a little slower and just do stupid things sometimes but, its usually always great food.

Poor customer service. Everytime I have called I have been met with a very short tempered employee. That is only IF they answer the phone. I have ordered there approximately 8 times in the last year. Everytime i have to call multiple times before somebody picks up. Also severely over priced pizza. 48$ for a mighty meat party pizza. Delivery is a hassle as they dont deliver to the other side of the bridge.
