We called weeks in advance and made a reservation, when we arrived we had to wait while they scrambled to find tables and chairs for us. Some had to wait 20 minutes just to get a drink as there were no clean glasses. We ordered 2 different appetizers for the table, we only received 1 and weren’t given any side plates to eat on. We had to go find someone to get refills for our drinks. Then when our main dishes came out 5 of the 6 were wrong, missing items or cold. Very disappointing night for a few friends just trying to enjoy a nice evening out.
Never seem to learn my lesson. Every time I order from here it completely ruins the day. Food is always old and cold, staff does not care. Staff are very rude, and lack a complete understanding of what a restaurant is. There is no one ob staff qualified to deal with customers in the afternoon, so every time they mess up your order, there is nothing you can do until the next day when a manager comes in. PLEASE PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE, THANK ME LATER!!!
An excellent establishment! Aside from their pizzas, which were delicious, we had a great experience with the staff. On our road trip back from Newfoundland, we stopped here to pick up dinner, and as we went to leave, our car wouldn't start. They went above and beyond to help us out with our situation, and we are very grateful for their assistance and kindness! Thanks for the great service and pizza 🙏!
My partner and I went for a late evening pizza and garlic fingers. It is my first time in since the renos and since moving back to Miramichi. I was so excited to see it the new look, but it was honestly just so uninviting, plain and bare. To the point that it was honestly all we could focus on and we have never felt that way in a restaurant before. We felt like we were in a prison or pushed into a corner for the bad kids. Some art work would do wonders just to take away the coldness!!! It appears that the buffet is now gone as well. (It was always the best in Miramichi, so that was a bit disappointing).. Also just as distracting was the radio. The sound system was muffled and full of static. The service was great, our Waitress was friendly and came back often to check on us. The pizza and garlic fingers were just okay. The garlic fingers were nice and hot but lacking that amazing garlic flavor we love. The pizza was hot but not as great as usual, something was missing.
Food is decent, but the place seems pretty understaffed or some sort of management mishap in their kitchen. Took about 20 minutes longer than the estimate I was given for when it would be ready for take-out. When it did arrived, it wasn't what I ordered - they apologized for the inconvenience, but it was still odd to get 2x 6" pizzas rather than the 9" I ordered (especially since I ended up with less pizza that way...)
Based on my travels and tastings, this is the best pizza, I've had after Italy! We'll definitely come back! Keep up the good work!

My mom and I went to Pizza Delight for a pizza and donair. The restaurant was very clean and nice cushion booths that are super comfortable. I ordered the pinot wine. It was not cheap tasting. It had a great taste so I ordered a second. The food was delicious. Pizza loaded with the works and a donair, both loaded with delicious toppings! Mom ordered strawberry cake. Since I didnt get 1 bite I assume it was good lol. The best part of our dinner was our waitress, Eileen. She was speedy, attentive and a lovely person! Professional service is lacking in restaurants in the area. However, pizza delight service is a cut above the rest. Kudos to Eileen! She's awesome! Thank you for a lovely dinning experience. We will return!

The salad with chicken and vegetables was not good, I couldnt eat it all.
I was just in to grab a pick up order and during my wait 3 staff checked on me to make sure I had been looked after. The manager personally came out to check on me and was the one to get my order out to me. The pizza was delicious. Thank you for the great service

Had to wait about 20 minutes for the waitress to get our order and then we had to wait another hour and 40 minutes to get our food, although the food was alright the 2 hour wait was not pleasant
Unfortunately they are no longer making their own Cesar salad dressing. Another store bought ingredient.
There fir 2 nights pizza was really good but next night i had the worst sub. Will be back but never trusting that sub choice again.
First time in since renovated and enjoyed it. Lovethestyle but find the walls a bit bare. Seemed like food took a long time (2 donairs and pinwheel) but it was worth it. Pinwheel donairs are delicious and one of my favorite first experiences ever. Worth trying and bound to be a favorite. Staff very friendly and server even offered both nice colored pens when we commented on hers. This is after she had to come to us 3 times to get our order before we could decide but she never minded and was great Very fun experience Parking: Large lot that wraps around building with exit on other side Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or rises of any kind and everything very wide and spacious
The shareable appetizer with wings, nachos, and garlic fingers hits all the right spots! I would order it again on my own as a main course. The rest of our meal was okay, but that appetizer was awesome!

Nothing special and we ordered a chocolate eruption which is supposed to be a not fully cooked small chocolate cake with a part of it cooked and the rest still liquid, thus the name chocolate eruption, like a volcano but the magma is chocolate. The waitress gave us the cake with peanut and chocolate. I went back to the counter and told her and she argued and said what i had was the chocolate eruption. I didnt argue and in the car we tasted it and there was indeed peanut butter. And the sweet tasting mayo was not good at all. Pizza was ok. Thats why i gave more than 1 star. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We had a very late lunch and had the place to ourselves. Plenty of parking and inside was filled with natural light. Eileen was most helpful, not only with our meal but with our sightseeing! Very clean (bathroom too), and friendly. We ordered Cesar Salad with chicken (meal) and Goat cheese, cranberries, & walnuts on spinach salad (meal). Fresh and filling. It truly is a meal. Along with that, I had a Country Lemonade... I love their beverages. My husband had Rickards Red... it is what it is. Beer. Chilled just right.

Did online order through their app. Told me order be ready at 6:24 pm. Went to pick up. Many delays with my order and other customers complaining as well. Was told that online pickup time is just an estimate and not the real pickup time . Received order at 7:00 pm. Took back to hotel. Food was cold, panzorotti had unmelted cheese inside, not cooked enough. Never again!!! Dining room wasn t even busy so they just couldn t get their act together on that day.

Pizza Delight was a delight to visit today! Greeted by a waitress high on life and happy to work there with the others. The food there was really tasty as a treat on the road. If you need a break and a breath of fresh air from fast food greasy burger joints, head to Pizza Delight to experience the delight yourself. Im glad we did.
I personally dont like pizza, but the big crave is the best pizza I had!
Went for diner and was less then impressed with the service and food. Waited for a long time for a waitress to serve us although it wasnt busy. Pizza is definitely not made with fresh ingredients and crust is flimsy and plain. My advice would be to look elsewhere for pizza.

What a shame! So disappointed with the takeaway service! I had the menu which is English and French in my hands (by the way I just speak French) and I said to myself Im going to show her what I want to eat, the young girl didnt understand anything and didnt want to understand anything either! Spa lasts I showed him on the menu what I wanted! Believe it or not! I have a completely different order, not at all related to what I asked for! Well, lets see Calisse! I told him no! I start again and seem to understand (dont forget his writings in French and English 1 hour later I finally have my order!! Never again go to a restaurant in Miramichi!
One of the BEST camping experiences ever !
Too expensive for the portion of lasagna. All items on menu are too expensive. Waitress was very nonchalant. Lasagna portions were very small and the ingredients cheap. The cheese was low quality and very thin. I left hungry and dissatisfied. The hallway to the bathrooms is coming apart. Repairs are needed.

Took my daughters family there for dinner and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our food. The waitress didn t check on us at all except to ask if we wanted dessert we said no just the bill, she then said do you want the machine too. Meaning debit. Food was cold and absolutely not tasty at all. The chicken parmigiana was 2 small deep fried chicken patties with sauce and cheese and a scoop of cold spaghetti didn t even come with garlic bread for 16.99. Never going back I hated my experience with my family

Our waitress Cynthia has been there for 30 years and greets people like shes known them her entire life, because she has! And when strangers walk in from out of town they are treated the exact same, just like family. She is one of a kind and Pizza Delight should feel proud to have such a dedicated and valuable employee.

My last two experiences at this location havent been great, and although it seems out of character because Ive gone to this PD all my life and had good experiences its still not excusable. About a month ago I was with a party of 12 for a birthday and it took nearly a half hour to get our drinks, and for those who got alcoholic beverages (two beer and a Caesar, specifically) their glasses looked almost half-empty. I stayed for over an hour before I had to leave for an event and by that time my food was still not ready, so I had to get a family member to get it as takeout when it finally arrived. And two weeks ago, I came to this location with 5 of my friends on a Sunday evening. Our waitress checked on us when she took our order and when she dropped it off but that was it, and she seemed pretty uninterested in talking to us. There was only one other table that had guests besides ours, but it still took nearly an hour to get our food after ordering with no drink refills in-between. Bread bar was also closed. Three of our six orders were wrong and at one point the waitress asked us what size the side garlic fingers were supposed to be as if we were supposed to know. After five of us had paid, she left our table without getting payment from our last friend. Overall a dragging and unpleasant experience.

Ordered a gatlic finger with bacon, when we got the order we had no bacon so they gave us another one with bacon at no extra charges. Thats what i call excellent customer service.

This pizza delight may be the worst in the province. Food is usually under or over cooked and the literally have the smallest portions. Basically not a great option if u want anything good

Does the pizza taste good? Yes. Have I had a good customer service experience here the last three times I was in? No. When I ate in we called our order in to be ready since we only had 30 minutes for lunch...we gave plenty of notice. In the end we ended up just having garlic fingers and we had to take the pizza to go. The last two times I was there I called for take out. When I entered and stood at the window I may as well have not been a customer at all. I felt like I was bothering them. Really disappointing service.
