Pizza Salvatoré in Miramichi

Worst service ever they cancel my order without telling me. I found out later after 3am when they said they were closed. I ordered at 2:30

Stopped in to get a poutine for supper. Waited 45 minutes before deciding to ask for a refund instead. While waiting the employees were all standing in the kitchen just talking. Another customer came in to pick up his online order and no one came out to help him for over five minutes. When we asked for a refund the guy offered to make the poutine and give a discount on our next order, he said it would be only five minutes to make the poutine after already waiting almost an hour, declined and took the refund. As we are getting our refund one of the guys in the back takes some popcorn chicken out of the fryer basket and starts eating it. Absolutely disgraceful restaurant.

Stopped for Pizza , ordered pizza , asked to use washroom, was told by worker that Burger King next door has washroom, told worker next time I will go to Burger King to eat

I ordered a ultimate crust pizza and they didnt put that on and on top of that they didnt even cut it

Super good pizza, well stocked, the guy who worked in the evening was friendly and very humble I ordered a pizza online on November 10 at 11 p.m. I forgot to add extra chicken to the pizza, the cook was too nice and he told me made a new pizza. Taking care of the customers makes you want to come back to this restaurant

Great food and good price

Salvatore always goes the extra mile for me. Anytime they have been extremely busy and I have to wait any extra time, I have been compensated with a coupon that returns the delivery fee and then some. Food is always PIPING hot no matter what, reasonable prices and extremely kind staff. The effort and consideration put into giving good service is so refreshing to see. Id give 10 stars if I could.

We ordered $60 worth of food at 9:50pm, delivery was said to be 11:23pm at the latest. That is understandable on a Friday night so we placed the order. At 10:45pm the app updated to say delivery for 11:58pm, we were expecting to have eaten and be preparing for bed by that time so we called the store and were told at 11:10pm that the driver was on the way by a man who then promptly hung up on us, we live 5 mins from the store. At 11:30 we had to call and cancel and the man was still trying to tell us the driver was on the way, which tells me my food had been driving around getting cold and soggy for 30 mins. This will be the last time that we order from this place.

Clean restaurant, impeccable food quality. A little slow service but reasonable prices!

Vegetarian options: The wide range of vegetarian options are really good, I m not a vegetarian but I always recommend it to my friends that are vegetarians Food

Pizza was very undercooked and soggy on the bottom. Crust had absolutely no flavor. Ive had pizza from this chain in other places and it was better.

The food here is good, and they have great coupons if you order online. The staff are always quick to have it ready and are friendly. When I get pizza here sometimes I wish the crust was a little crispier and more done but that s my only critique.

We ordered a medium Chicken Alfredo and a medium Mediterranean. Both pizza were delicious and the crust was cooked perfectly. But the Mediterranean with the black olives and feta cheese was my favorite.

It claims that i was at pizza Salvatoré a week ago, sorry thats wrong. I havent been to pizza Salvatoré sence about two or so years ago, and last time i went i was with my good friend. I havent been there sence. What i can remember of the food and service was excellent, but to say what it was a week ago from July 9, 2024 i really cant tell you how it is now because i havent been there for over 2 years. I will suggest that you go and try it for yourselves so you can see the wonderful options they have. Good luck and good eating. Parking: Not many parking spots

Ordered a delivery on 03 May and the food I got was horrible. Mexican pizza had few toppings/cheese as it was only in the centre rest was all plain crust. Also the Buffalo wings were hardly tossed in the sauce, they were mostly plain.

I need to change my rating from 5* to 1*. It has been 2 hours and a half and Im still waiting for my delivery when i am a 8 minutes drive from the store. Update (2024-04-19): I agree to give them one last chance and.... I got normal crust after ordering the ultimate crust and I received a poutine without cheese curd .... Sorry, but I just cant support this business anymore, no matter how much coupons customer service is giving me.

First time ever eating here. Got the Tao poutine and a half and half pizza. Absolutely loved all of it! Will definitely be coming back!

Can someone tell me why everytime I order from pizza Salvatore delivery I never get my damn food, like it s terrible service and whenever I call the store they don t answer it s happened to me atleast 4 times bunch of cowards I ordered it well over an hour ago. Get your service in check not the first time I m seeing it happen either. Never ordering from here again

The aboslute BEST service I have ever experienced from a fast food restaurant

never been so disappointed by a poutine. saw so many ads of a poutine with curly fries and loaded with popcorn chicken only to receive a few pieces thrown on top and straight cut fries that didn t taste very good. not to mention the 30-40 minute wait time.

Tonight I ordered a meal to be ready between 5:45 - 6:00. When I arrived at 5:45 I paid and they were running behind and they were very busy. As I waited, a woman that worked there went into the back where they were cooking and started to scream and yell at the workers. She screamed that she was the manager and they have to do what she says and was very insulting toward them. I heard everything as did the other customers and I felt very uncomfortable and distressed for the people being verbally abused in this way. Instead of helping them catch up on the orders, I was made to wait longer so she could scream at them for everyone to hear. At some point she came out front to apologize for all the noise which I was pretty disgusted with. After she apologized she went back to begin yelling at them again. I will not be supporting a business that treats their employees like this. I left feeling very disturbed.

Manager said it d be 15 mins for my pizza, 45 minutes later everytime I look back there shes on her phone texting and kept spitting out excuses on why I was waiting almost 1 hour for pizza after saying instead of 10 mins it ll be 15mins

We love the pizza at Salvatore. Delivery drivers are great; in the event theyve taken longer than expected, Ive always been compensated somehow. They are great!

I specifically ordered delivery as I do not drive. It then prompted me to put in my address followed by delivery instructions where I wrote the specific door to come to. After well over an hour of waiting with nobody calling me, I called them where the staff argued with me that I put pick up on my order. When I asked them if theres some sort of compensation they can offer me, they said no, were already re-making your pizza since you didnt bother to pick it up. At least the food was good and the delivery driver was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience. Dietary restrictions: They followed our request and did not put cheese on the dairy allergy pizza which was much appreciated.

The food is good, the service is fast and the price when ordering online is excellent.

Only reason for the 2 stars on the food is because they made my order wrong. However they gave me a coupon to return and made it right immediately. Great customer service.

Garlic cheese bread, extra cheese.. and there is barely any on it. Can literally see the crust thru the thin layer. Crust is half the slice. Cheap as can be.

##** updated*## The pizza taste was great. But my order was messed up twice. I orderd a half and half 18inch. When I came back to pick up my order they gave me a 12inch. So they fixed it and I waited for it. I got my 18inch pretty quick. Only to get home it was made wrong. I understand its new and they are busy. So Im sure the kinks will be ironed out. _/_/_/_/_/Updated_/_/_/_/_/_/ Been there a few more times and better results. Got a pizza today. The pizza is still great and the service was great as well. No issues with my order. As I figured in my first review they worked out the kinks and all is good.

Was told 9:15 -9:45pm delivery. Called the store at 9:30 was told it was on its way out the door, we live 5 mins from this place. Finally got the order an hour after we were originally told and 2 hours after it the order was placed. Would not recommend.
