Great service. Food was good, although eggs beny should mention it comes with ham. I do not eat meat, therefore ham was included without notice. Yes it is the norm, although it should accommodate everyone.
What this place lacks in atmosphere, it makes up for in its food and friendliness. The fish and chips had been recommended and they did not disappoint. A double portion of melt-in-your-mouth fish with homemade tartar sauce and fries. The salads seemed popular and the burger was double and full of toppings. The shrimp tacos were tempting... Next time. Great looking cocktail menu and affordable prices. Outside seating and view of the bridge. Lots of parking and no stairs. As this is a gaming room as well, the diners must be 19+.
Showed up not open pissed off. Why isn't there anything advertised about their closing early on a Thursday night I have driven all the way from new brunswick to come to this establishment for an enjoyable evening. Now I have to burden myself along with ny amped up company to a night at doolies. At least their open with open arms. Booooo
Great place for food and entertainment. Steak night is every Wednesday starting at 4pm. $12 for steak and a side. Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. I wish there was a way to give 4 1/2 stars as the only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the choice of draft beers. Olson products on tap only ( I’m not a fan). Service was great and was on point. The place was packed and the server was always there just before we needed him. Very highly recommend this place.

Our server Charlene was attentive without checking in too much, and kept the coffee flowing well 👍 I was shocked with how tasty the 6 oz steak that came with the Centennial breakfast was, pretty well perfectly medium and very tasty. The entire meal was phenomenal in flavour and for dirt cheap compared to any other place serving steak and eggs but here you still get bacon, sausage AND ham on top of it... Great meal for a meat lover. My fiance had the Buffalo chicken burger and sweet potato fries which was also very well done. The only downside was coffee was not included in the breakfast price, but that makes sense considering how cheap the rest of the meal was. Update: we've now been here at least 10 times, the doneness of my breakfast steak is kinda all over the place but honestly for the super cheap price who can really expect it to be flawless, especially when the cheaper cut of beef they use is sometimes very thin and therefore nearly impossible to keep it less than medium well; it has been very tasty and tender regardless... I wouldn't want them to use a less cheap cut either, cause then they'd have to charge more lol! Also at least 3 times my steak has been closer to 12 OZ, definitely can't complain about that deal 👍
Not great. Fish and chips were apparently okay but fish tacos were not good at all. 3 nickel sized pieces of fish with too much mayonnaise on coleslaw in the taco. Hard pass on this place. Slot machines pay next to nothing. Pop was flat. McDonald's across the street, go there.
My husband took me here with high hopes on a date night. The best thing about it was the food; the cook really knows what they're doing. I had the Seafood Cabonara and my husband had the Fish & Chips. Mine was outstanding with huge pieces of scallops, shrimp, mussels, etc. Even the garlic bread was fantastic. And his fries & fish were perfectly crispy. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the coleslaw, it was very cabbage heavy. The resson for the 3 stars was the service. Mainly the fact that we saw a full glass spill at the bar, all over the floor and it went unattended to for 20-30 minutes. They didn't even ask if the customer who spilled it was okay. My husband said he saw two workers laugh at it and leave it. It was only much later that our waitress grabbed a mop. But there wasn't even a wet floor sign put down. It really bothered me. Also, our drinks were very strong. My husband's Old Fashioned was overpoured to the point he took one sip and couldn't drink it. I'm glad we stayed for the food but we weren't a big fan of the rest.
Ryan and Em here with The Social Booth Moncton. We were hired to do a photobooth for a Christmas Party. Staff at the event space downstairs are welcoming and accommodating! Food taste great as well!! This will be a must stop by place next time were in Miramichi!
Didnt get to eat here. My husband and I walked in and stood by the bar we had never been before, so we werent sure if we had to wait to be seated . There were 2 bartenders , and nobody else at the bar , both looked over at us but didnt utter a word . We waited a couple of minutes and just turned and left .

I was there today with two friends. As a rule, we go to a different restaurant every month, but this time, we chose to return to Riverside Entertainment for our next gathering. That should say it all!

We had a delicious meal here after another restaurant wouldnt let anyone else in. Was a delicious chowder, and salmon.
This place has never disappointed in the food nor service. As well as they have great entertainment on the weekends!

This is usually a great dining experience, however today wasnt the case. We were seated and waited for our server for a bit longer than expected. Then we placed our order and then we waited and watched other patrons that came in after us getting their orders and nothing for us. I got up to use the facilities and, when I returned my wife told me that they brought the bill for our food, my wife patiently explained to our server that we still hadnt received our food. The server said that she was going to check on our order, and thats the last we saw of her. She continued serving the other patrons, but never took the time to at least explain the delay. We waited another 5 minutes with no explanation and we left after waiting 40 minutes for our food. Too bad, the food here is good.
We were at Riverside this evening for supper. We had an absolute fantastic server Ryan . He was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. They also had live entertainment which we enjoyed very much ! The food was delicious! Keep up the great work! See you again Food

Took my cousin here for lunch she really enjoyed it.The view of the bridge is gorgeous. The only thing she didnt like was the music coming in the speakers it was really too loud if your trying to talk and or order...the only complaint was music was too loud the fish is always GREAT! and the prices are very reasonable.
The place was a bit busy. Service was pretty quick to get an order placed. It took 40 mins to get the two club sandwiches to the table once ordered. The fries were crispy and overcooked. Not much left of the potato inside the fry. There was a table that was served their food that came in well after us. The server did come back and ask how things were. Not a big issue, but maybe add a marker to the customers food to help the server identify what is different in the order. Live solo music tonight. The Flatbread was very flat and dry. Best eaten with your hands and not a knife and fork. Poutine with chicken was good.
Went for brunch and never got acknowledged, waitress walked right by our table to say hi to someone at the bar. At least 2 other tables came in and got menus and we tried to get someones attention to no avail. Very disappointed. Used to love this place!
Waited 1 hour for appetizers to come out. They were all cold. Side veggies cold with the mains. No discount offered for the cold food and lack of attentiveness.

Kind of unbelievable, just tried to have breakfast here for the first time ever! But I guess I won t be going back ever again because I didn t even get to try the food. We arrived at 11:30am and placed our order. A party of 6 came in 20 minutes after us as well as 5-6 other tables of two. We waited and watched these people come in and sit down after we had already placed our order. After watching the party of 6 and another two tables order and get their food before us we asked why our food was not ready and how much longer we would be waiting. We were told there was actually no explanation for why the people who came in after us and ordered long after us had recieved their food before us. The waitress was extremely rude and not concerned about why other people who ordered and sat down after us were currently eating while we watched them get their food. There was no manager on shift to speak to so at 12:30 pm when we watched yet another table get their food when they arrived at 12:00 pm, 30 minutes after us we attempted to speak with our waiter who was attending to other people and not giving us any information on how much longer our food would be. Again she was extremely rude and couldn t give us an explanation so we decided we were going to leave as we felt it incredibly unfair people who came in 30-40 minutes after us were now being served. Since breakfast stops being served at 12:00pm at most establishments we were unable to have breakfast today. I wanted to support an Indigenous owned business today with my money but your waitress made sure that didn t happen. We went to Hennesys for lunch instead as it s a way better establishment. The staff there have never been rude to me and at the very least always make sure I get to eat before the people who have been seated after me. As any restaurant is supposed to operate. I can t rate the food because we waited for over an hour and didn t recieve any.
Everything was lovely. They were very busy so there was a bit of a wait for food. But the servers were ALL very nice and attentive. Breakfast was great. Would recommend Food

Always stop to grab the Seafood Chowder. So tasty. This time, found they were using a lot of potatoes as filler. Still very good but not as much seafood. Price is great.

Very disappointed. We had fish and chips and our meal was extremely greasy. The waiter never asked if we liked the meal, actually nobody asked. Will NOT eat there again. Go to Chatters in Newcastle for an awesome meal.

As you ll notice with most other reviews here, the service is awful. Extremely inattentive, rude, and unprofessional. I ve overheard degrading of other employees and customers, staff cussing loud enough behind the bar for my table to hear, and just recently waited an hour for a phone-in order that had been placed 45 minutes prior without any communication or apologies. This place is not worth the hassle, check out the Rodd or Chatters.
had the fish tacos, delicious wow. amazing food and service, if you haven t tried this location yet it is worth the stop for sure. excellent food, portions are more than expected and prices are really fair even better than what i thought. really recommend this spot

Had our Christmas staff party here. The catering was delicious. We had Chinese and salmon. The open bar featured beer and coolers. Staff were professional and friendly. Best chinese in town.

Shows hours of 10am to 2am with no days specified at door. Showed up at 9:40pm on tuesday and doors are locked with nobody in parking lot. Very inconvenient for someone not knowing the area.

Unfortunately this restaurant has gone downhill. The food is nothing like it used to be. Service was undesirable, and severely lacking. Security was rude and didnt seem to want to talk to anyone.

Amazing brunch and breakfast!!! My friend and I went for breakfast last Tuesday and I hve never seen a breakfast as large as this one. 6 oz juicy steak, slices of ham and bacon and sausages. I dont eat hashbrowns, eggs or toast but that was also included. My friend said they were delicious and cooked to perfection. The coffee kept coming and our waitress was awesome!

Bad day perhaps? I went at the beginning of the afternoon, the rush was over, not many customers. A very long time before I had a waiter who came to see me and when he finally arrived, without smiling without hello he said to me: So what would like . And then I waited another 20 minutes at least to get my chicken fingers with fries, which should easily take less than 10 minutes to be served, its only fried! In short, the service was very bad that day...
Half hour for waitress to take our order then waited another half hour and still no food with like 4 people in restaurant so just got up and left never to return since been like 4 years

Great place for a drink or some good food. Nice menu and good prices. Stay for some lotto machines and a drink as well. They also have live music and are good for big groups. Remember you must be 19+ to eat here.

I have eaten here a few times and always liked it but this last time I ordered the double chi burger, which was huge,tasted great but I am not a fan of pretzel buns,which i neglected to notice on the menu which is my fault, but the fries were not good, it looked like they had a few left in the basket and used them, and then added some new ones as they were two different colors at each end, not mixed together, service was good and overall good experience!
