Its nice to be able to get some Filipino food here in miramichi. Having come from Toronto this is a much needed restaurant here.. The food is great and the service is exceptional.

This place has been a gem in the Miramichi for years, once under another ownership that sold a more condensed traditional donair shop menu, it is now opened up to phillipino dishes and even Ramen! everything is worth trying! (expecially the pork curry ) The original menu is very close to its previous owners and the new stuff is delicous. prices are right for the area and it is walking distance from the highschool and college. Well it was way to expensive,I got a plate with noodles ,4 rolls of dough balls,and a chicken burger patties and got charge 22$ loll and I got curly fries pullpork and it was dry and hard and I got 3 donairs regular ones and the donairs meat was way overcook,,and not enough sauce and I got a small chocolate milk shake cost me 8$ prices are way to much...and it was the son cooking ,he was very polite tho,but also took an 1 1/2 wait for my food

My son had chicken nuggets and fries ($12!) and the chicken nuggets were not even breast meat, just foam chicken. Gross. Fries were curly and that made him happy but the fryer oil was old and you could taste it. I had a reg. Donair and the pulled pork curly fries and MY GOD how much sauce do you need on the donair? And the sauce wasnt even donair sauce, my guess was it was simply sweetened mayo. Not donair sauce at all. The BBQ sauce might as well have been straight molasses, because thats what it tasted like. Sickeningly sweet. I dont take the time to review much, but this place was bad with a capital B. I hope it was an exception to the rule, because its quite well reviewed and this was our first time visiting; so take my comments with a grain of salt (which the BBQ sauce could have used)

We had dumplings, spring rolls and chicken adobo. All were very delicious and tasted like home-cooked food. Plus, the owners were very friendly and the food came very fast. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic food! We wanted to have maritime domains and they did not disappoint. We also got the Filipino combo and absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend.

Simply delicious

Arthur and Juliana greeted us warmly and described all the food. We had never had donair or Filipino food. We ordered donairs, chicken adobo and rice, and spring rolls, all for less than $40. The food was delish and we have enough leftovers for another dinner! Definitely will come back. We love the food and the cooks.

A restaurant of Asian delights made at home with lots of love! It looks like a backwater snack on the outside but dont be afraid: youll have 5-star food inside. The people are very friendly too.

Got the Monster Donair. It was THE best donair Ive ever had. The ingredients were well distributed throughout the donair so every bite was consistent. The donair sauce was creamy, sweet and delicious. Next time Im definitely going to get the poutine! The service was friendly and all smiles. :)

My first time visiting AJ Lagmans and all I can say is wow, the food is amazing and the portions are very large. You definitely get your moneys worth and some. I had some Filipino food which was amazing and my son had a hamburger platter which he absolutely loved. We tried a little bit of the Donair meat and I cant say enough of how great it is. And their sauce is very good not too sweet at all.

Was surprised to find this hidden Gem in Miramichi. An owner dedicated to what he does and his food definitely shows/tastes it. Great donair and filipino food.

The staff were so friendly and the food was incredible! Very reasonably priced and great portion sizes. We will be back!
