The food was delicious (fish and chips), the service was super cool, we were served by Rodrigo who let us dine inside with our kitten as long as she stayed in her little backpack. The bathroom was cleaned and each table has a cell phone charger. Harveys is mixed with Swiss Chalet and is now our favorite place to eat when in Miramichi, much better than the restaurants in Onterrible (Ontario)! Rodrigo, thank you for your excellent attention!

Food was fresh and delicious. Rod was extremely helpful with ordering and very friendly! Vegetarian options: The veggie burger was great! Dietary restrictions: Acknowledged our restrictions and made sure the food delivered was correct.

Shared a meal with my mother and my Children here and they were very accommodating especially with our two kids, Rodrigo went above and beyond making a fun atmosphere for the kids

This is the Swiss Chalet in Miramichi. We stopped in there on our way to visit our former Family Priest, Rev. Richard McConnel who lives in Miramichi Bay. I was dying for fish & chips. Who knew Swiss Chalets makes the best fish n chips this side of the Atlantic. The food was great. The service was 5 stars. The young man who served us (My husband is a Gold Seal France trained Chef, I am from Uganda). Thierry joked Look at the grin on your face. I bet if we move to Miramichi, you will come here and apply for a job. It was that good that frankly, I now feel like applying for a job at Swiss Chalet. ONLY because of one kid who took our order. I cant get over how he was smiling the entire time. We need more smiles.

The chicken with the dipping sauce is delicious! Rodrigo had a great attitude, super friendly and kind!! We definitely will be back!

I really love this place the chicken is so good!

The fries were a bit undercooked and there was a long bone in my hot chicken sandwich. Nobody checked on us to see if we needed anything like other Swiss Chalet locations.

Worst Swiss Chalet experience of all time. Arrived at 1130 and was told they have no chicken to sell in store that its all going out for delivery orders. Customer rep said it will be a couple hours before any chicken will be ready. My two guests decided to eat from the Harveys menu instead and I sat and watched them eat as I invited them and they were very hungry. I consider it to be terrible customer service and terrible job performance to have a renowned chicken restaurant that has no available chicken at lunch time. Lastly the cook with his full beard, cooks without any hair net. Unsanitary and against health code. Will never return and dont advise anyone else to even bother.

I want to give a shout out to the staff here. I was served a while back in the by a young man. He was short staffed and very busy. He was kind and apologetic. I unfortunately cant remember his name. I think it may have been Jesse. But what a nice young man. He was wonderful!! Every time Ive gone here to staff is busy but always so kind. You can see theyre all very hard working. The food is good and the restaurant is kept clean. Kudos to the hardworking staff!!

The chicken for those of us who come from abroad is simple without flavor, and I know it was difficult for us to order the order because we did not understand each other in the language, but it is highly recommended

Unfortunately I cant in good conscience give a good review of this restaurant. The service was terrible and my shoes stuck to the floor in the bathroom. Also, there was a fly that kept circling our table.

We were there 1.5hrs before closing. The staff was too busy cleaning up for the night to get orders out in a timely manner. Took over 20 min to get our order of burgers and they were cold. Maybe staff should focus on getting orders out and so their cleaning up closer to close time.

Ordered through SkipTheDishes. Thé restaurant confirmed the order and a driver was supposedly on the way (I think he really went to the restaurant), but the restaurant twice notified that extra time was needed. This went on for an hour until the restaurant closed. I contacted Skip customer service who said they couldn t reach anyone at the restaurant. The site says they were open and they took my order and money (skip refunded it) and made me wait for no reason.

Charged 6.50 for item listed as 5.50. Even 5.50 is a little steep for a cup of soup.

$12 for a salad that wouldnt feed a child. Even more lettuce would have been an improvement. Ill try to add a photo

Have went here multiple times and every time at least one thing has been incorrect. When a complaint was made they had told us to come and get our entire meals for free but when we received our meals they wanted to charge us for our drinks which are apart of the meal. Workers seemed to have a bad attitude towards me and seemed to not care at all about customer service. Would not recommend this Swiss chalet.

Excellent, fast and great service, the food was amazing very clean in-eat area, as well as the bathrooms were very clean and well kept. Large food portions for the price will definitely be good back. This was out first time there super impressed with this restaurant. The only thing I didnt like was they did not have an option on the debit machine to tip the workers, and I do not carry cash on me.

Recently, we opted for take out with hubby picking it up. It was the Festive meal and it was delicious. Chicken was well cooked, food was hot, service was great. No complaints.

Disappointed that this isn t a full Swiss Chalet but is a Harvey s/Swiss Chalet combo - more a takeout than a restaurant. The restaurant is not a welcoming place to sit - only a few booths, mostly small tables - making us feel we should rush to leave. It isn t a relaxing place to have a meal - a place to eat and run . The menu is not as robust as at a full Swiss Chalet and the food was just okay not what I have come to rely on when I eat at Swiss Chalet. Really disappointed that they cheaped out and didn t build a real restaurant that would compete with the Portage on the Chatham side or Boston Pizza or the Kingsway on the Newcastle side.

This is a review for the Harveys side of the restaurant. I had ordered one of their meal-sized meat lovers poutine. There were two people in front of me in line waiting to get their burgers ready. I didnt mind that, even though I could see that my poutine was already done before their burgers. What bothered me the most was that the girl at the front was busy with a new roll of the receipt paper than to serve me my poutine. Seriously. I could see my poutine on that back shelf. Just bring it over to me a few feet so I can eat it while its still hot. Highly disappointed. I do not see myself going here anytime in the future.

Went to Harveys this trip. Food was done very well. Service was excellent. This branch is getting better all the time. I think they had a few growing pains but that seems to be gone.

Food was extremely cold. My daughters pizza cheese was not even melted. I was very disappointed at this place as we usually love Swiss Chalet (we travel a lot for hockey).

I like the idea of having a Harveys and a Swiss. But right out of the gate, the parking lot is too small. If you can get over that, then its not a bag place if your in a rush and want something other than McD or BK. Its nice to have a choice of restaurant but I feel as though Swiss chalet should be its own or at least have table service. My favorite is the Buffalo chicken wrap but for some reason they dont seem to make the same every time. Its always a gamble and half the time I just unwrap and rewrap it myself. I was rather put off by the dirty dishes on the tables. For whatever reason, they want you to leave your mess on the table. If you can get some consistency and a cleaner dining room, I will give 5 star.

What a great place to eat. We were in the miramichi on our honeymoon and decided to stop in. A young man by the name of julien waited on us. He gave us a free order of mini donuts for a honeymoon treat. Both he and the rest of the staff just made our night. The food was incredible. Tasty, fresh and hot. Good job guys!!!

Not a full menu at the swiss. Extremely long wait times. So its not a dining resturant and its not fast food what is it? Also swiss chalet fries midas well be boiled potatoes if your gunna send them out in sealed plastic bags. EDIT: you can make it up to me by using paper bags, instead of plastic & not taking 13minutes to cook chicken wings. KFC does it in 5.
