Great lunch with friends.

Fabulous as usual. You can never go wrong with service and food. Steph looked after our table (awesome as usual). Looks like she is mentoring a young lady named Belle. I think it is time for Belle to start serving tables not just food service. Great personality and with Steph mentoring her it s a win win .. Judi Wagner Mission BC

I really enjoyed my bourbon bbq pizza while I was there a few nights ago. The hostess Belle was very kind and welcoming. I believe she d make a great server.

It was awful

You wouldnt expect the beer to be as good as it is so its too bad they dont have their beer in stores. Usually leave here with growlers or cans. Their establishment is a throwback to the classic brewpub. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and a very unique restaurant. I will make any excuse to stop in here when in the area and you should too. In the age of chain causal restaurants places like these are way more appealing. Their food is real and so are the staff.

Usually a good experience, not today.The coffee was like mud. The 2 orders of wings were ok ( no wet naps provided) and the side of fries also requested didn t show till we were 3/4 done. The very young person that brought them ( not the waitress) didn t bother asking if we wanted vinegar or ketchup. First time I had brought my wife and it didn t meet expectations.

Moved out seat because near the pubs side near the door but by the logs it smelled like dead mouse we moved then I heard our waitress say we almost have 200 in drinks with no sign of stopping to their co worker,we never asked for drinks our server asked over and over which was good service ! But saying that after makes us feel bad great spot if your not native. We had 2x tomato soup , and Diablo burger. Im more than open to being limited to drinks if thats what can make me a better customer we wanted to just have a meal and head home but our waitress kept asking to refill our drinks. Also with food our entire bill before tip was 158!

Amazingly good food good prices . Sadly it will be lasting much longer . So sad to find a place to have date night to find out its closing

I know and sware on the food being totally amazing here but unfortunately for my liking the deserts which we came for were super sweet I mean they were good but very sugary like the Apple Crumble and the sauce that came with the Cheese Cake it could be because I cut out alot of sugars in my diet that its just me the presentation was very well put very picture quality Parking: We went after 730pm so there was quite a bit of parking

Delicious pub food, large portions that are fairly priced. Great service. We were surprised, and delighted that there was a cannabis smoking patio. 10/10 experience.

Such a great vibe! Burgers were delicious, kids loved their milkshakes and the playground out back. Look forward to returning!!

Food and service was good. We sat on the patio in non smoking area. Cigarette Smoke from the smoking section drifting over was to be expected as the areas are not sealed off from one another. Someone was smoking weed and the smell coming into the non smoke section was terrible. Sure it s legal but at a restaurant with others that close and kids being there? Not pleasant to dine with that smell coming over. Mission Springs should have consideration for all of their customers and not allow it.

Surprisingly very good. Happy hour is really good wings are good would go back.

I went here for a late lunch today with a friend from out of town. We seated ourselves on the non smoking patio and waited for about 20 minutes before the server from the adjacent area brought us menus and said something about shift changeover causing our lack of service. It was approximately 4.30pm. Another 20 to 25 minutes went by before our server arrived at our table. We placed our order, and at that point the waitress went to the table next to us, to shoot the breeze about some earlier dine and dashers for about 10 minutes before heading inside to give our order to the kitchen. After what seemed an eternity, the food was brought to the table and the server left, without giving us any cutlery. The food was on flat black boards and was slipping from the boards onto the unwiped table. Because of the way the wrap and pulled pork sandwich had been slapped together, we were unable to successfully eat it by hand without it falling everywhere. After not seeing the server for another 15 to 20 minutes, I went to the front to get take out boxes and pay. This too resulted. In an extended wait. The servers response to me telling her we couldnt eat the food as she had not given us cutlery or returned to the patio was I am busy. This is not acceptable service.

I came here expecting it to be a brewery. I saw images on Google showing flights of beer. I was disappointed to find out it was just a regular pub with regular beers on tap. Nonetheless, the service was really great. We received our drinks and food really quickly. The food was really good, and we had a lot of fun playing pull tabs and Texas holdem poker from the lotto machine. I was looking forward to trying some of the beer brewed in house, but Im assuming its probably available for purchase in their liquor store. I will check it out next time.

Food was horrible. Our appetizer came with our meal. The waitress was more worried about the family with the kids and dog on the smoking patio than anyone else. Kids shouldnt of been allowed on the smoking patio. Very disappointed for our first time there and will NOT be going back there!!. What a shitty experience for my birthday!

Jess our (2nd) server saved the day! We arrived at 9:10 pm to a sourpuss greeting from an older short haired waitress who grimly told us they close at 10. Grudgingly she mentioned that kitchen closed at 9:30. She proceeded to take an extra 10 mins avoiding us as we patiently and politely waited. Very disgruntled employee! Thankfully she passed us over to Jess who actually treated us as respectfully paying customers. She was friendly, happy and prompt with our orders. And we were out of there just shy of 10 pm. If she didnt save the day this review would have been one (zero) star for service.

We ve been here a few times and the burgers and pizza are amazing. The building doesn t look like anything special from the outside, but inside - oh man, it s incredible. Fast service, too. Get the Route 66 burger: it s insanely good.

They only reserve for parties of 10+, not that it matters since the restaurant was closed anyway, and the pub side was a disaster with no clean tables available, none of the staff were even attempting cleanup.

I was just at the beer and wine store. Got greeted by a friendly pooch! My daughter has the same breed so I knew exactly to give her the right head then butt rubbing. She made my day! :)

Daughter granddaughter and i went in for lunch today ..my daughters suggestion...when we arrived we were told to take any seat...we waited and waited and waited..no one acknowledged us..I grabbed a couple of menus myself from where waitress put away ..waited waited waited one waitress looked over like she didnt want us there...so we left no one said hey can we help you nothing..never going back only maybe 15 customers total in pub..thanks but no thanks

06/19/24: Came in tonight (Wednesday) to grab dinner for four. The music bingo was in full force on the bar side of the restaurant. No issue so far but then boy did we get the snub! The music was very loud and did not allow for any type of decent conversation. We live in Washington State and we re visiting our son & his girlfriend. We requested seats on the quiet side of the restaurant and were told an emphatic no! We were told only if we were a group could be sit over on that side of the restaurant! We were a group , a group of four! There was a group on the quiet side being attended too so it wasn t as if this side was closed. Needless to say we left, they lost a $250 tab, and we most certainly will NOT return! The young girl was rude and didn t care, very sad indeed. Mission Springs needs to decide if they are a restaurant OR a bingo hall , or really I don t care, it s their gig not mine.

THEY ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS . It s the first time it has happened to me. 10 dollars extra for no reason. Will dispute my credit card charges. This is ridiculous. Had a wrap, a salad and 2 beers and it came out to be 70 dollars, checked my ticket there is a 10 dollar added to my ticket for no reason, this is before tip. Shame on you guys.

Great food!

We ate at Mission Springs on a Saturday between 2pm and 3pm. The restaurant side was closed, and it was the first time on the Pub side. We walked through to the pub side and had no idea where to go... then about 5mins of loitering, and a server told us that we had to go wait at the door to be seated and to expect a wait as they were short staffed... no problem there. Then, about 35 mins later, she came back and asked if we wanted to sit on the patio... sure, no problem... until it was a problem... there were people chain smoking right beside us... and normally I would not care. However, we had our 7 and 11-year-old with us... I approached the server and asked if we could have a table inside instead, and she said it would be about 15-20 mins... I was really shocked that the inconsiderate human beside continued to chain smoke even after seeing us sit down with our young kids, and secondly why it was not disclosed to us that they permitted smoking on their patio. We ordered food and it was not how I remembered it... the gravy for the poutine tasted burnt and too salty, cheese curds were not melted one bit... my wife ordered the spinach, and artichoke dip was lukewarm at best to the point when the cheese was not even melted, to the point where the chips snapped when trying to scoop the dip. I ordered the honey garlic chicken wings and there was hardly any meat on the bones and the sauce tasted like it came right out a bulk sauce container that went stale... too much of a chemical aftertaste... not to mention it was gelatinized and wings were cold. We also ordered a Ceasear with grilled chicken and it came out with a battered chicken and the coating tasted burnt, as if it came out of dirty fryer oil... I hope these food items can be improved. We felt very bad for the new server as she seemed to be doing her best being her first day... and for the other staff as they did seem very short staffed. (Thats why we didnt complain at the time) My hope would be that the quality of these food items can be improved with this feedback.... then I may consider giving them another try. And maybe the owner should consider having a smoke free patio or at the very least having a designated smoking patio that is more open for ventilation and also not so close to entrance to restaurants... and not to mention what about the staff that are being exposed to the second had smoke as the current smoking patio has terrible ventilation.

I stopped in for a drink only with a couple of friends. Repeatedly asking our very friendly server about an IPA, she brought me an Amber Ale. Again, very friendly and personable, but without any understanding of the various beers on the menu. The patio was filled with smokers and dirty ashtrays, amenities in ill repair and everything looked so run down. Too bad, as I can see the potential, just poor execution and lacklustre.

I wouldnt recommend the WINGS NO MEAT ON IT UOU COULDNT EAT IT TO DRY I DO RECOMMEND TO 14TH PUB MISSION ALWAYS GOOD THEY AKAO HAVE WING NIGHT ITS ALWAYS ALOT MEAT NO OVERALL COOK.

After years of ups and downs with this place, they seem to have settled into delicious food once again! Delicious Pizza! Good service! Nice local place to grab a delicious dinner Vegetarian options: They have a decent vegetarian menu. The Garden Pizza is the absolute best!

Good food bad service , server barely served us , had no personality She barely gave us the time of the day . I understand it was busy but never really gave good eye contact , did not talk to us at all. Had to chase her down for the bill and a box for the food

First time I went there it was good. But second time we went there, we were waiting at the door. Servers kept walking by us and none of them talked to us, greeted us or told us the wait timing. I eventually went to bar area and told one of the staff members we have been waiting at the door and no one has attended us so far. Should we keep waiting or tell us what s going on! All she said was a rude yes. She seemed so ignorant. To mention, restaurant was not fully packed so no excuse. Even saw few servers standing near the bar area but chose to ignore us. Finally, one server came us and asked us to sit at bar area. I told her we need table. She served us drinks. There were couple of empty tables and I asked her can we sit at one of those tables. She said she doesn t know as if she doesn t work there and just left. I kept waving, no one. Literally no one came to us. Finally one nice lady came and I asked there are empty tables,we want to order food so we dont want sit at bar. She said yes you can sit there and then finally she served us. Please ask your servers to greet and serve customers which is their job. No complaints about food though. And I dont think there are any excuses or reasons for employees to be ignorant or not wanting to attend customers. Thanks

Wow just FREAKING WOW The food is bar none THE ABSOLUTE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD AT A PUB

Very confused by their buisness structure. I was there in person last week and had some food and it was pretty good for pub food. But today when I tried to order take away they they said they were too busy to take to go orders, which I think is pretty strange. And asked if they were just not serving food at the moment and they said they were, so I asked if it would be actually more time consuming for them for me to go there sit down order a water order food, get the food brought to me, ask for a box, pay and then them wash the table down.... all they told me was I could come in and sit down and it would be a 10 minute wait for the table. I feel like the point I was trying to make was lost somewhere in there. But needless to say Id suggest to the owner to either advertise that you cant order food for pick up during certian parts of the day or simply dont turn down customers resulting in loss of sales. Very confusing business structure. Sincerity, a very confused customer.

I did not eat, but others at my table did, it looked good, they said it was good? Hard to catch my server to get another drink & bill, but the Ceasars are great. Parking: Some handicap parking as well.

Always a great experience at the Mission Springs. My favorite restaurant in Mission is welcomed with great service and consistent food with amazing service especially from Stephanie and Danielle :) We will keep coming back!

The environment is good, suitable for gatherings. The honey garlic is delicious, the fried sweet potato is my favorite sweetness, the pull pork is okay, and the red hot is so-so. I recommend their fruit beer, and you can buy it at the Liquid store behind it.

Good reliable spot in mission

My favourite pub food is a burger. I love burgers. I have gone weeks where every lunch and dinner was a burger. I left half my burger on my plate. It came with about 7 cm of lettuce on it. That was fine. I removed it and it was a bit smaller than you would normally find. The real problem was that they cheap out with a beef pork mixture. This is simply wrong. When the server came to take our orders, they completed missed me. Didnt even ask if I wanted food. I had to go find her. What I dont understand is that it is dead simple to make a delicious burger. But they can not manage to do so. Wont be back.

What happened to bustling popular Springs I remember? How come children are now allowed on bar side? We ended up here because every other pub in town was packed we had a group of 10 people. Food was ok, service was slow & even though when we ordered as couples ( at her request to keep it simple for her) when it came time to pay she had us all on separate bills?

Delicious. Left very full. The waiter was proud of the two of us for finishing the whole thing Also the decorations are so fun. There are literal cars, bikes, and eclectic items used as decor in the ceilings, walls, and tables. Some of the tables have decorative items inside them, seen through plastic.

Worst service Ive received in BC. Waitress came to take our order, stopped halfway through and left. We stayed there for 10 minutes and waited, she didnt return. We left. Can recommend HubCo brewery in Mission, great beer and great service.

Love this place been coming here for 5 years now, everything on the menus is good. Highly recommend the pizzas and the beer. I like to take home a growler of the root beer and orange soda once in a while. Service is amazing staff is great 5 stars all the way

Ordered the one peice fish & chips, & a Ceaser. Fish was OK, but the fat it was fried in, led to the fish batter being soggy. Removed that, & ate the fish. Fries were underdone & not crispy. Service was OK, but I wasnt asked how my drink or meal was. Disappointed Food

Cant be more disappointed than being turned away without food. Drove from Abbotsford, says theyre open till 10pm online. 830pm we go in to see a sign that says restaurant closed please use pub. Drove home hungry. Please change your online hours to reflect your actual business hours.

The service was great, fast and friendly even though they were busy. Usually when a restaurant has such a large menu the quality isnt so good but this place has great quality food and its delicious. Im a vegetarian and when I eat out I normally have maybe two options but Mission Springs had a large selection of vegetarian meals. I was very impressed. Best rootbeer ever too!

Met a friend for lunch, and we had a great time. Such a relaxed and friendly place. We were there for just over three hours, and not once did we feel rushed out. One pub you can actually hear yourself talking over tvs and music. Food was fantastic - loved the fries and the clubhouse was fresh and very tasty. Im familiar with M.S. beer, from availability in other establishments, so was happy to see some of my favorites on the menu. We stuck with wine this time and werent disappointed. Had the Crispy Chicken Burger. It was a two bite burger! This means it required two bites to get one actual bite. This is a must try if eating here. @veryhangryguy

Nachos were amazing.

This place is truly a blast from the past. Everywhere you look there seems to be a piece of history or an artifact of some sort, which makes the atmosphere alone worth the trip. The service here has also been consistently amazing for all the years Ive been coming here (which is pushing 13 years now). Finally, the food is fantastic too, with great portions sizes and great flavors. Definitely worth returning and Ill be back. Recommend that you try them too!

Terrible customer service and very rude staff. They don t have the normal etiquettes of customer service towards people and they are racist if you re a brown. They literally made fun of my sick friend. Would never suggest to to there.

Worst ever experience of my life. We went out there last evening a a group of friends. After ordering pepperoni pizza my friend told me he feels sick as the pizza is way too salty and he thought it might be something else. After a while he puked just a little but went to the restroom again. Then the servers came and told that the manager has decided to cut us off after this incident? They considered my friend as overfly drunk and just decided to cut us off. And then once we asked the server that it was very rude of them and they said who s gonna clean it? We agreed that we can do that only if they asked us but before that only they decided to cut us off. I have never seen this happening at any other pub or restaurant. People have always puked even in restaurants or pubs but they are overly drunk but in this case my friend didn t even complete a single drink and their food made him puke was our fault as well. I would not recommend anyone to go there as they are horrible and very rude and will just make fun of you if something this sort happens with you Edit - All of our group members now have food poisoning and puked this morning after eating the food there.

I must say, my recent dining experience at Mission Springs Brewing Company left much to be desired. I was genuinely excited to try their renowned their food and beer. However, I regret to inform you that the experience turned out to be quite a letdown. First and foremost, the pizza I ordered was a complete disaster. To my surprise, it was topped with what seemed to be a Himalayan mountain of salt. Now, I appreciate a well-seasoned dish, but this was beyond excessive. It felt as though I was munching on a salt lick rather than enjoying a delicious pizza. Needless to say, this peculiar choice of seasoning didnt sit well with my taste buds or my stomach. Unfortunately, the aftermath of this salty monstrosity was rather unpleasant. It didnt take long for my body to react, and I ended up experiencing a rather unappetizing bout of vomiting. I can assure you, the combination of that overpowering salt and the subsequent vomiting was not a recipe for an enjoyable dining experience. However, what truly baffled me was the restaurants response to our ordeal. Instead of displaying any sort of empathy or concern for their customers, they decided to cut us off from the restaurant altogether. I suppose their solution to a dissatisfied customer is to simply ban them from returning. Its truly a shame to see such a lack of customer service and accountability. In conclusion, I would caution anyone considering dining at Mission Brewing Company. Unless you have a strong desire for excessive salt and a penchant for being ostracized, I suggest exploring other pizza options in town. As for me, Ill be taking my pizza cravings elsewhere, where I can enjoy a well-prepared pie without the unnecessary salt and the added bonus of being valued as a customer.

This place has so much potential with all the space inside and out! I enjoyed a delicious Stone fired pizza (Bourbon Bacon). I couldnt really find much of substance on the menu for under $20 which is always annoying. I was very pleased with my very friendly service from Alyssa! Great attitude!!

We came for the karaoke. Some of us had food, most of us had drinks. VERY DISAPPOINTED that when we spoke up about watered down Patron that was clearly only 1 1/2 ounces when 2 ounces were ordered (and we were being charged for 2 ounces) we were asked to leave. The servers/manager would not admit they were in the wrong and fix their mistake. They then proceeded to ask the table to leave. Then, after we left, and about 10 minutes later they also asked our friends at the adjacent table to leave. None of which even heard the conversation about the incorrect beverage and really had no idea why they were being asked to leave. WE WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO BACK!!!

The people that work here are next level awesome! Its not just what I order and receive, its everybody else as well and how theyre served. The kitchen staff are probably the happiest kitchen staff in town!

we love this place and love the pizza we made a plan and come out of our way to come for lunch today..we ordered our favorite pizza the garden lovers..unfortunately the first one the server told us they burnt the second one come out but was NOT garden lovers..3rd one was what we ordered. . we waited while others that came after us finished eating and paid. .while we enjoyed the pizza i believe it should have been comp..but No we had to ask and got 1/2 off seriously. .you could have done better Mission Springs

Buffalo Chicken fries were great, as were the sizzling fajitas. Portions were perfect for the two of us. Service was speedy & friendly. The only thing that soured the visit to the covered patio was that smoking was allowed in that section. Something we werent aware of before someone lit up while we were eating. Signage is a little ambiguous.

Always a nice place to stop for dinner on our way back from the interior. Had a nice meat lovers pizza. Even though it was very busy the staff worked very hard to keep up.

The breakfast skillet was absolutely delicious and filling. Excellent service from the friendly staff. Plenty of parking

I find it silly that they only take reservations for 10 or more people. We tried reserve for 7. Wouldnt take it. Of course there was a wait when we showed up. So we went to a different location. You lost out on business.

I asked for the Vegan menu and the server relied they cook all the fries in the same oils as the non vegan food

This hurts my heart to say because I used to LOVE the springs and am genuinely disappointed but I cant continue to eat here anymore. My husband and I were seated at the fireplace underneath the large TV and we saw a HUGE RAT dart behind us ACROSS THE FLOOR to hide in the little alcove where you store firewood. Love the staff, and always loved the food, but this clearly screams that theres a huge cleanliness and sanitary issue and I just cant stomach going back.

Our waitress Shauna was completely disrespectful. Rolling your eyes when asked for the bill to be separated, slamming down buckets of beer, and being snippy with our party. This was after a misunderstanding on HER part (we asked for an order of the beer bucket and she came out confused why we wanted a literal bucket...) and laughing directly at a party member who asked for said beers. I tip pretty reasonably most times, but this was a birthday celebration that a pissy hostess ruined. Dont be a server if simple requests will cause eye rolls. And dont be surprised at terrible reviews and even worse tips with a server like this.

This is a must stop for any food cravings! My favorite drink is the mermaid water, the wings are so good, and the pizza is hands down the best I have ever had. The staff are always so welcoming and they work so hard and make you feel like family no matter how busy the night is. The entire vibe of the restaurant and pub is something special. I will always come here. Excellent patios too.
