Bee Thai Cuisine in Mission 1

Got all 3 curries, yellow was by far the best. Coconut rice was much too sweet for me personally and brought out the sweetness of the curries (my bad I wanted to try it lol- the rice is still very good though on its own or possibly with another dish). The stuffed chicken portioning was extremely small and not flavourful considering its price. Otherwise, very good portions for takeout.

Very tasty and flavourful Thai food. Great menu options. Price was great for the portions. I had to take some home in a to go container which rarely happens. I am a large man and I couldn t finish it.

Food was absolutely delicious, as was the iced tea. Server wasnt unfriendly but was inattentive and didnt seem to know anything about Thai cuisine. Very nice decor inside and on the patio. Be aware they do not have a liquor license.

The food is ok, BUT when I order LAMB on the dish I expect LAMB! Not beef! I am a chef, I know exactly what I am eating. Feather more when a customer tell you something wrong with the dish, you speak to the kitchen instead of standing there to be a best! Very disappointing!

Bee Thai is my favourite local restaurant. I go to Bee Thai because I know that I will have a great meal and this is one of the few things in life that I take for granted. As a regular customer, I can attest to consistent quality food and service. In particular, I am a big fan of the lunch specials. My high expectations are met every time. The salad is always fresh, the tom yum soup is flavourful and lunch is always served piping hot. Thank you for being one of the brightest gems in our town.

Our first time ordering take out from here and it was amazing. The food was hot and fresh, the flavours were amazing, and the staff was super friendly. 100% would recommend. Looking forward to trying the drinks next time and dining in

Delicious food

One of the most disappointing meals weve had in mission. To begin, 2 items were missing, and I was told Id have to reorder the items if I wanted them tonight and request a refund through skip on the missing items. The food itself was nasty. Hands down the worst pad thai Ive ever had - greasy and bland. The oil tasted like multiple dishes had been cooked in it. There were maybe 3 pieces of meat in it. The curry was basically red coconut milk with a hint of lemon grass. The mushrooms were clearly going off before they were cooked. Cabbage was almost raw. Lastly, the spring rolls were no different than the kind youd get from no name brand, and again, the oil they were fried in taste dirty. For the cost, $18-22 for mains, way over priced for the quality, accuracy, and service. The only saving grace was the tea, which is why I did 2 stars instead of 1.

Ive got a stomach like a steel bucket generally can eat anything except for rotten fish . honestly food tasted great actually amazing. assuming it has to do with their kitchen cleaning practices or I was poisoned. Is there a curry dish ran through me within an hour and a half left me feeling like a bubbling pile of goo. Im kind of curious how many other people feel this way after eating there And if you go into the negative reviews there is a lot and they have a few too many reviews in general so Im assuming theyre paying for them

Delicious! I have only tried a few dishes from here, but everything so far has been great. The pineapple cashew fried rice is sooooo yummy!

I asked four times and was very clear about having no tofu in my Pad Thai only to get home to find that theres a bunch of tofu in pad thai, this is nit the first time either, but wull be last time i ever order from this place

Awesome flavours. My partner commented that it was the closest to the taste she experienced in Thailand. We had the fish cakes and beef salad - highly recommend!!

Used to love it, but the last two times my partner and i both had bad tummy pains after eating. Also portions are sooo small now, the box sizes are half the size as they used to be and more expensive. Based off those two things sadly no longer in our takeout rotation . :(

Took a cab down for dinner and arrived at 8:15 pm on a Saturday then was told they re closing and wont serve food anymore when they say there open until 9pm. what a joke! never coming back for this mediocre over priced food again.

I have been here twice and the food does not disappoint. The Red Curry with chicken is my go to. The staff are friendly and the service always comes with a smile. My friends and I have been to Thailand multiple times and we all believe that the food at Bee Thai is better than eating it in Thailand.

Im not a huge Thai food fan, but every meal Ive had here has been delicious. I loved their Pad Thai and fish cakes. Tonight, I had their crab fried rice which didnt look like much but was incredibly tasty. It was a huge serving so Ill be enjoying it for lunch. The atmosphere of this place is great too, very relaxing and classy.

Been ordering take out from here for years. I order the same thing every time (cashew nut stir fry) and it always tastes the same. Very consistent, top quality produce and meat and always fresh.

We happened to stop in for lunch a few weeks ago and were so pleased with this little find! We drive to Mission from Coquitlam just to have lunch. Great food, locally owned and run. If you like Thai food, this is worth making it a destination to devour one of their yummy lunch specials! Parking: Parking is parallel parking, available on either side of the one way street.

I am a sucker for their Pad Thai with prawns, their portion sizes are large and it makes for a great later meal their outdoor covered seating area is really nice and comfortable. Best Pad Thai in all of Mission/Abbotsford! At my most recent visit I accidentally forgot a change to my order due to an allergy. Even though they had already made my food, they were gracious enough to make me a new dish. I see a lot of Bee Thai in my future!

Best Thai food I have ever had! Tried the Tom kha gai, stuffed chicken wings, pad thai, & the pad see lew. Everything was incredible and big portions. Really friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Very good food. Portions are fairly large . Bubble tea was mid but the pricing made up for that. Always leave saying wow one of the best places to eat in mission .

Excellent dining this evening. Our server was awesome and super helpful, and even with the busy atmosphere, she was on her game. I ordered the Lamb Massaman, and I highly recommend it. Juicy, flavorful and succulent. Spice level was a 3 with a good balance with spices and sweetness. My partners dish was the yellow curry and just as delicious, however he said he will be having the lamb next time.

We came back in town to Bee Thai on March 24 for dinner Friendly and happy service from the staff, food was delicious as per usual Pad Thai with tamarind (only way to have it) Coconut rice (yummy) Swimming Rama with chicken (peanut sauce yesssss) Bee Thai is THE BEST restaurant in downtown Mission! Get your taste buds ready for a treat! Authentic and delicious Thai food with reasonably priced, generous portions served by friendly staff! Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, Red Curry, Coconut Rice, Spring Rolls, Tiger Beef Salad, Tofu Lettuce Wraps these are a few of my favourite dishes. Options to dine in, take out or delivery. Patio seating as well, lovely for date night! Just added to the menu is bubble tea and slushes! Trust me, your stomach will thank you for eating here and you will be back!

Hands down some of the best food in Mission. I had a miscommunication on one of my orders and they immediately made it right! Staff and service is always quick and friendly! Highly recommended visiting this spot, and supporting this amazing local business!

Staff are always friendly, service is always prompt, and the food is great :D Gluten free noodles are used for all of their pad thai, so no additional charges like some places. Bees Peanut sauce is great too. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free noodles being included means I can actually eat here, and its reliably quick to get a delicious meal here.

Loving this place, not just the Delicious Delicious food...but the outdoor patio is so nice! Its situated in the Mission Oaks Mall courtyard (if you havent been here, dont sleep on this hidden gem) its so chic and quaint. Great shade but still sunny and warm. The staff are so friendly and nice. The chefs are on point! We order a lot of take out from here, but lately have been sitting in and now that its warmer, sitting outside, even in the warm evenings (patio is open till 9pm)....its so dreamy! Been coming to this amazing Thai restaurant for years now and so grateful that they ve started making their own bubble tea! Im personally not a fan of sweet things but Bee s bubble tea hits the spot! The multiple flavour, pearl, and milk options make customizing milk teas and slushies even more fun :) can t wait to go through the whole menu!!

By far the best Thai food that I ve had. Owner/ hostess was very kind and knowledgeable. I had the Thai spring rolls which were to die for with a sweet and sour sauce. I also had the massaman curry lamb which was also amazing and tender. Lots of wonderful flavour with large portions. friends had the drunk noodles and Pad Thai which was amazing as well. Bee Thai is such a beauty find on the main strip in Mission! The food is absolutely delicious, with so many mouth watering dishes! Our favourites were the spring rolls, stuffed chicken, lettuce wraps and Pad Thai! My boyfriend LOVES seafood and Bee offers fresh seafood dishes that cannot be beat! ALSO- they have specialized Bubble tea: so much variety and many flavour options! This is such a unique menu item! SO FUN! They recently had a major renovation and the new space is so aesthetic and modernized - we took lots of photos against the textured feature wall! The service was exceptional, Bee herself was working and cared for us so well!! We were celebrating a birthday and had made a reservation- the staff were so kind and helped us set up a space that accommodated our decor! Overall, HIGHLY recommend!

Our second visit after more than 3 years. Updated to a hip setting, this Thai restaurant continues to exceed my expectations. @beethaicuisine offers some hard-to-get dishes such as Isaan Lettuce Wrap (Yom Nam Khao Tod). The fried fish cake was moist and soft, and the lamb in Massaman curry was so tender. Pity they don t have their liquor license back; a Thai beer would be a great drink to go with the meal. I make sure to go here every time I am in town. We even went twice this trip! The food is fantastic, every dish is incredible and authentic. My daughter and me went on Monday August 8, 2023. We went because they have a patio where dogs are allowed. Nice area for Sophie to feel comfortable. She sat on a blanketed (ours) chair quietly waiting until we were finished. The waitress brought out a dog bowl of water, we ordered plain cooked chicken for Sophies way home. We shared breaded cauliflower for a starter, was awesome tasting. I had veggie Pad Thai, daughter had soup, broccoli and rice. All dishes were yummy. Our female server was nice, warm and lovely. Enjoyed our time, would go back again next time in Mission.

Was super busy cuz of Mission Fest so they were a bit slow but they apologized and still had great food. My parents first time there and they loved it.

I dont live in Mission but would gladly drive 30 min to get here as the food is delicious. I especially like the Lamb Massaman. They also have great Thai iced tea. You can also have it with Boba pearls.

I ordered the Green curry today which was supposed to have bamboo shoots and eggplants in it. for meat I asked for chicken. When it arrived it had carrots and bell peppers in it, no bamboo shoots and eggplant. The server did not believe. The cook came in and said there is egg plant and bamboo shoots in it lol but definitely I did not see any. then after 10min they bring put a small replacement bowl with half cooked bamboo shoots and eggplant in green curry with no chicken. Pretty disappointing Was looking so much forward for a nice meal today. definitely not dealt with properly. no apologies from staff or cook as if it was my fault. Thats why only two stars because the overall taste of food is good. Hope they can be more mindful of customers needs and improve their service.

Prices are a little high, even in US$ with the exchange rate. I thought the taste could have been better on my red curry. But quantity is good. Service is also good, although when our food was delivered the lady didnt really know what she was bringing out.

Ive now been to Bees Thai Cuisine four times in three weeks. The food has been amazing every time. The portions for the price are not to scale. Could barely finish all the items. The customization of the way they cook your meal is outstanding. Levels 1-5 they hit it out of the park. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Bee Thai has never disappointed us! Truly a gem in downtown mission. Bee Thais patio is like walking into a dreamy plant lovers paradise. Super calming and the patio lights set a nice ambiance. The owner is so sweet and welcoming as well. You can tell she cares deeply for this business and her customers. We almost always order the same dishes: thai spring rolls, cashew nut chicken and red curry because we LOVE them. Today we also tried the satay chicken and it was also amazing! The food is fresh, authentic always served HOT! I was only able to take a picture of the food I was taking home, which is easily enough for another meal! You will not be disappointed trying this restaurant!

Weve been getting takeout from Bee Thai for years and love the food, but decided wed eat in for once with some friends of ours. So I went in on a Tuesday after work and made a reservation for 4 people for that Friday evening. Then we got dressed up and went with our friends and found that the lady who I made the reservation with hadnt entered it into the book so they couldnt seat us. They were not apologetic and seemed nonchalant and didnt offer us any options. Even though a couple who hadnt made a reservation walked in 5 seconds before us and we told to sit anywhere. They sat at a table that seated 4 even though there was a 2 seater table available. Not sure why they couldnt have asked them if they minded moving to the 2 seater table. But it seemed like too much effort for them to try. So we left and went else where. TBH it has left a nasty taste in my mouth so I guess well not be eating their food anytime soon.

Been looking for a good Tai restaurant locally and stumbled upon Bee Tai. Well I certainly recommend it s service and food as excellent. The atmosphere is very relaxing and having great food with amazing fresh flavours just says finally somewhere that is authentic. Recommend and we will be back.

This is our go to restaraunt now. We ordered a large take-out meal for over 20 friends and family after my moms memorial. Bee offered her usual amazing and personal service when we spoke about the pre-order. The food was superb as usual, I only wish we had ordered more for leftovers. Everyone raved about the food. The food ain t bad at all, portions are nice but the staff all seem a bit exhausted and discontent, I imagine due to over heating, would love to see them accommodated better, as they re what keeps this place up and running and serving great food!

I dont know what happened but the lunch order of Pad Thai I was looking forward to had no flavor at all. It was beautifully presented and had chicken, as ordered and tofu as well as carrots, etc. It looked great. It was plated with all the accompanying chopped peanuts, an arrangement of sliced cabbage as a salad, and some fried, crispy wontons. It came with a delicious soup--the best part of the meal. I took a bite and thought I had gone taste-blind because I couldnt taste any flavor! I stirred around thinking I just hadnt gotten to the good part but I never found it. I had my partner taste it and he too could only taste the noodles, the oil, and the ingredients but no sauce! No sauce--no flavor! It was the weirdest experience. I think they forgot to include the tamarind sauce. I dont understand how they could have prepared such a standard Thai dish that had absolutely no flavor. I hope it was a one-time mistake but Ill never know because I wont go back again. Pad Thai is my benchmark dish when I try a new place. This was a complete failure and such a disappointment after reading so many good reviews. Bee Thai Cuisine made me sad.

If you want a great bang for your buck - spend your money here!!! Our favs are the yellow curry and the pineapple fried rice. Hefty portions, delicious flavour and no lack of ingredients. Bee Thai is absolutely a Mission must!

I have always loved the food but I should have known it was only going to get worse after they said there was no tapioca balls for are bubble tea after I had paid for my order keep in mind this is is my first anniversary of my first wife! I get home pull the bag out and the bottom fell out red curry sauce all over the place my favourite part so now my bag is a mess my new shoes so I called no one answered I left

got 3 cups of bubble and was not disappointed! best boba Ive ever had :)

First time ordering take out, and I was disapointed to had found that 2 of our 5 orders we had placed werent what had ordered, When tried to call them when we found out about the but no one had pick up the phone. Yes, the portions were generous but the food isnt like what 5 star reviews are suggesting, the pad thai that we had ordered was mushy, sticky and clumped up all together like it was trying to become one big ball of mediocre pad thai, the deep fried cauliflower (which was supposed to be deep fried tofu) was bland.

An excellent stop for lunch: staff were very friendly, lunch special was excellent: soup and entrees nicely spiced and served hot. Very good portion sizes- would definitely recommend!

Love the lovely decorations here. Green chicken curry and Tom yum soup is very authentic! Don t order fried tofu and papaya salad, it tasted very blend. They also have bubble tea as well. But their tapioca pearl is super mushy.

What an amazing meal I tried the drunken noodles with chicken and was just amazing. I also got the seafood soup oh my God that was so good and the service was great and fast best restaurant in mission in my opinion.

My husband and I wandered into Bee Thai tonight hoping to have dinner someplace new as well as to support a local business. It was my first experience with Thai food and was pleased to find curry on the menu. The Red Curry was wonderful and my husband loved the Pad Thai. The owner (Bee) stopped by our table. We found her to be extremely friendly as well as quite genuine. She made sure to tell us that if we thought there was any problem with the food to please let her know so she could have the chance to make things right. The other staff we interacted with were wonderful as well. We had a very enjoyable time and will definitely go back to try other items from the menu. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Wow! This is great food. I love Thai cuisine and I try it wherever I travel. The pad thai is just right. It is filling with the right balance of sweet and salty. The staff were so helpful and suggested something fresh to pair with the heavier pad Thai. I can t say enough about how delicious the Isaan lettuce wrap is. AMAZING. Bee came from the kitchen to check in on all the visitors and my sister and I took the opportunity to tell her how much we enjoyed her food. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best Thai restaurant I ve ever been to! We have loved every dish we ve had but by far my favourite dish is the chicken cashew stir-fry.

Bee Thai is amazing. Food is delicious and service was great. We got to try their bubble tea and those are great too. Mission we are very lucky to have such a great Thai food place if u haven t been u should definitely give it a try.

Just had dinner for 3 guys tonight at Bee Thai. Wow/outstanding/will return. Had a variety of food, all arrived hot and fresh. Was greeted by smiles and made feel very welcomed. Nice out door steering area which made it a very relaxing place to sit. Portions seemed large, appetizers could easily be shared by 2 -3. (Have a few left overs for lunch tomorrow. Wow! My new fave restaurant in Mission. Portions are huge and every dish I tried was incredible. The Tofu Lettuce Wraps contain egg but are incredibly good! The Drunken Noodles (with extra veg instead of meat) is the best Ive ever had. And the red curry with extra beef instead of meat was also delicious. Definitely will be back!

I got hooked - it was genuinely love at first bite. I dont think Ive ever smiled so much solely because of the food I was eating. Rhett got me hooked after having joined in on his weekly lunch take out. Now the Cashew Chicken is something I cant get enough of! Now after meeting the sweet owner its even better supporting a local friendly face.
