I was disappointed when I got home. I ordered the 3 piece combo with an extra biscuit. On the drive-thru screen is said 1/2 white and 1/2 dark. I get home and there is a thigh and 2 legs. No white. Who wants 2 legs? I would much rather see 2 thighs. I guess it’s Mary Brown’s next time.

Me and my wife visit here often and we have great experience every single time. Nice fresh and hot sandwiches every single time. Both Rajinder and Brahmjot are doing an awesome job running this store ! They ensure every small request is met.
It is so unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have loved eating at Popeyes until yesterday, Jul 14/24. The boneless chicken wings were served to me RAW! I cut into one and saw it was pink, the second one was bloody. I brought them back to the counter and the cashier said we will get you a new order, which is fine but I should not have had to pay for them. I was not offered a free meal just a sorry. Now I will never go to this Popeyes location ever again and will certainly never order the boneless wings again at any location.
Fast food. Yummy chicken and chicken burgers. Onion rings are crisp and flavourful. Can't believe they took the rice and beans off the menu - really miss that.
The food was great but the service that we got from the young lady who is the supervisor was top notch. I hope her manager appreciates her and gives her a raise because she deserves it, and if they don t another business owner like me is going to swoop in and hire her!!

This location double charged us on a mobile order back in August. We emailed them and they replied that it was a pending charge - from 2 months ago?? Confirmed with the credit card company we were charged twice! Check your credit card statements. Very sketchy!!

What can I say? In my opinion the best fast food fried chicken and fries. Had an error using the Popeyes app. Went into the store and was helped with amazing customer service. This crew is top notch.

Excellent service as always. I think his name was Ramanpreet. I just glanced at the name tag. I always see the same guy working and he is super kind. The restaurant is very clean. The food is tasty. Not as greasy as KFC. We usually have to wait 3 or 4 mins for fresh food and thats fine. The chicken tenders are amazing.

Visited while on a work trip. Ordered chicken sandwich and biscuits. Excessive breading on sandwich, and biscuits had excessive butter.

i ve been here many times and normally it s a good experience but unfortunately the other night i went in for a regular 3 piece meal and the night time manager was so cunning that she tries to give me the cheap cut pieces and so i go in to justify the matter and she starts arguing me ? like she was so rude and disrespectful- sure she gave me the meal for free after but man was she ever rude ! sucks this is the only location nearby but with her behaviour i d rather drive to abbotsford! absolutely disgusting manager

Tried ordering regular chicken or honey garlic wings and they only had Ghost pepper. Ended up getting food poisoning from my meal.
Check your bags! Bought shrimp and biscuits and coleslaw plus a 3 pc. Chicken for $ 8.00; got home and of course all but the 3 pc chicken was present and accounted for.
I didnt eat there but my daughter and granddaughter ordered take out and they both said it was good.

On this visit we ordered the 5 pc meal to share & requested a white/dark & spicy/mild mix. Though there was an initial error in the specifics of our order, they were very quick & friendly in resolving the matter and Jot was especially professional. While everyone makes mistakes, the way people manage mistakes makes all the difference! We love Popeyes chicken and have been to other locations but this is a stand-out location for food, service & cleanliness!

Last time I went in I paid $18 for a 4 piece meal. After 15-20 minutes of waiting a d standing there I simply left. I realize that the drive thru gets priority but waiting that long is ridiculous. I sent a complaint and they responded 3 weeks later but nothing was ever done. I dont understand with any chain restaurant that size doesnt have enough staff to take care of people. Especially with the inflation of food. Havent gone back since. Parking: There was plenty
We absolutely love the service here! They are the sweetest bunch of people; especially the closing shift folks! Always polite and they actually care about the food and service. We usually get the spicy chicken sandwich and its always the same amazing fresh and consistent flavor. Would highly recommend!
The fried chicken was waaayyy better than the KFC we bought five minutes apart. Popeyes was fresh and not burnt as KFC chicken was old and burnt.

Worst staff I have ever come across, acted like it was so much work making food at 8pm 2 hours before they close, then proceed to stare my family down in typical child behavior. Honestly Ive been served better by my 4 year old. Do better, I felt embarrassed for you. If youre looking for good people dont go here. Yall should be embarrassed. Even my 4 year old asked what their issue was.

Ordered classic chicken sandwich and got part way through it before realizing that it was in fact the spicy version which I cant eat. When I pointed this out there was no offer to fix it or refund but just a promise that theyll make sure it wont happen again the next time I come in. But I wont be going back if thats all theyre willing to do. Dietary restrictions: If they make a mistake and serve something that you cant eat, there will be no offer to correct the mistake or offer a refund.

The quality of food has gone down here. The onion rings are under cooked, and you only get 5-6. The size of chicken you are served is smaller. The price is the same though.

I never suggest online ordering or apps but the Popeyes offers are fantastic value. Check out the other offers for yourself or the entire family. I am a regular at this Popeyes location & they consistently provide Chicken that is light, crispy, tender and always served hot. Try the Rice and Beans and Butterfly Shrimp. The staff here are always happy and friendly both inside and at the drive thru. I am happy to recommend the Mission Popeyes location.
