Want a meal that actually tastes like something cooked at home. This is the spot. Staff treats you like one of their own too if that works for you. The schnitzels are fantastic and the daily specials are always great as well. Yorkshire Pudding and Roast Beef? Sign me up

Great local spot . It was a busy Sunday so I think we didnt truly get to experience the great reputation for tasty food . Spuds were burned , presentation poor and gravy tasted not like any home made gravy or anything made from scratch as advertised . We could have been just unlucky so we will try again.

Because of COVID hadn t been there in over a year. Was there tonight and had a fantastic experience. Remembered why it was our favourite restaurant when we moved to mission. . Our waitress Marquis was incredible, thoughtful and very personable. Josh who is the owner and chef came out to make sure we were happy with our meal , and was genuine and a great chef. Absolutely one of the go to restaurants in mission and highly recommended. All the pasta is homemade and all the food is fresh and delicious.

We have visited a few times and food/service was great all around. Looking forward to our next visit. Keep up the good work

We went for my brothers 17th birthday and had So much fun! Wasn t the fastest but the food made up for it, I got the baked French onion soup and it was delicious-did not get a picture of it but I did get a picture of My desert which was plated beautifully!

The food was good, but we did not care for the cheesecake. Service was good. It was a little dark inside and I am sorry to say that there was a sewer like smell when you walked in the door. I would have turned around and gone elsewhere, but my friends ahead of me just went straight in, so I had no choice but to follow.

Hostess was rude. Food was mediocre. $7.00 charge for onions and a slice of cheese?!?! I will never go back! $27.00 for beef dip?!not worth it.

Pasta was so watery it was like someone ran it under the faucet. Absolutely appalling. I m not sure where all these good reviews are coming from? I lost my appetite.

Friendly quick and attentive service, with quality food served hot and tasty. Really enjoyed our meal and will be back again.

One hour and 15 minutes to get served brunch/lunch by the time it arrived. In a place that was somewhat busy but emptying out by the time we got our food. I had an omelet that I could do better at home. They never heard of cheese or green onions, etc, in an omelet? Staff was good but holy cow slow in the kitchen.

The food here is great, I have always enjoyed the pasta. It is always handmade and never disappointed. I highly recommend the schnitzel if you go. I have tried a few times, and they are never a letdown. They are also one of the few places that stock veal. Parking: Huge parking lot. Never had a problem finding a spot.

Stopped in here for the first time for our sons birthday supper. We had fairly good service the entire time we were there. We were surprised at the size of the menu! Definitely quite a few choices, it was hard to pick! We were a table of 6 and every meal was good food! My husband ordered steak and he said it was actually quite good! There is a waitress there, sorry I missed her name, she makes a wicked ceasar!

Trust me, the drive is worth the trip! Rewarded with plenty of parking for trailers or RVs. For reference, I parked a 15 Uhaul truck with a 12 trailer on the back EASILY. The service made me feel right at home, as well as the food. It was so flavourful and unlike any burger Ive ever had. The detailed slices on the sausage were pure art. Truly is a must try. Stop on by before the trek home. If youre really hungry after a hard days work, The Hulk burger was amazing.

Went on Friday evening at 6pm for the prime rib, and was told they were sold out, not a busy night and we were sat in this tiny little erea, was cold. Service was terrible, food is not much to talk about. If the owner is a red seal, he got it out of a vending machine, veggies were boiled and overcooked and mushy, flavour is not there, we will never return...

The food is fantastic especially enjoy eating dinner here. You will be satisfied.

Mission Station Grill has a great menu you dont get the usual frozen mass produced items from the wholesalers. We have the Spinach Dip every visit, yesterday our waiter said the Potato Skins very good and they were 3 choices Regular, Chicken or Greek we had 6 huge Greek skins amazing full of chopped veggies and feta cheese. Honestly, I can say that this is the best food I have had in years in a restaurant. One of the reasons is because you get what you pay for. I ve been to other restaurants, and would pay big monies for something and when it was brought to the table, it was a wah wahh.. Not here. You get your dollars worth. In addition I could not believe the high quality of food. We had a dish that required gravy and no chintzs on that.. there was lots AND it tasted homemade. It was soooo good. As well as the menu is massive there s so many options! Will definitely be returning.

Certainly one of the better diners in the Abby-Mission area. Can t say I ve ever had a bad meal here.

I find Im eating more at this restaurant/ pub than I used because the food is so good .my dad and I eat here when he comes to mission and service is excellent , and the food is really good I ordered 3 turkey dinners on Thanksgiving to go . Wonderful dinner ( we didnt feel like cooking a turkey for 3 this year )I will go more often .

Everyone in our group of 10 enjoyed their meals. Six had the 10oz prime rib with yorkshire pudding (both were cooked to perfection). I have to admit their yorkshire was the first that Ive ever actually eaten and truly enjoyed. Do yourself a favor and try this place. I look forward to going back again.

Went with friends and enjoyed the meal. Good service. They were quite busy which says something about the quality of the food. We had to wait a bit longer for the meal to arrive but thats understandable. Well be back.

Second time here, and it does not disappoint. Ordered the Napoleon Schnitzel, and it was perfection. Crispy outside, moist and tender inside. Everything I wanted.

This is my usual go to place for a nice dinner out however I was a little disappointed with the meal I had last night. The appy was great and service was not bad but the pasta I had last night was inconsistent with heat (partially cold) and the chicken was bland and chewy.

We have always enjoyed the food here, and thru Covid, we really tried to support this restaurant because they are not a chain, they are a local family owned place. We know that when dining there, it will usually take a bit more time than the norm, but the service from the floor staff and the portions really do out do any place around. But tonight, the first time in my life I walked out of a restaurant after waiting nearly an hour for our food. I had ordered the Seafood Chowder and my husband ordered one of their specials.....after 45 minutes waiting for our food, the waitress told us ours was coming up after the big table - which was a table of 7.....so I asked her if our food had even been started yet, she said yes, we would have our food 5 minutes after the big table got theirs.....so we waited....our waitress continued to go in and out of the kitchen for the next 10 minutes with no food for us. My husband at this point was completely upset as if there was going to be such a wait, why were we not notified when we had been seated? So, after 5 more minutes, we got up and left. I forgot to mention, that when we arrived, there were only 7 other tables there, half were already eating their meals. I feel terrible for the waitress, as her service was wonderful, however, the kitchens service was not.

Hadnt been in for AGES, went tonight for my M.I.Ls 90th birthday dinner and everything was fresh and delicious. Our table had a wide variety of dishes and everyone was happy with their choices.

Only been there once. Food was okay. Service was okay.

Went for a lunch with some friends. Unfortunately there were too understaffed to have the restaurant side open and the pub side was very crowded. But the staff did the best the could in the situation and it was a decent enough time.

Food and service was good. Ambiance not so much. Not really a good adults only location, there was a screaming child the entire time in the booth next to us at dinner.

We ordered a very expensive steak. The steak was hard and burnt. We wanted Medium rare They gave us well done. We have to order another one Without any sorry.

I had the chicken parmesan burger with Caesar salad and some poutine and it was all excellent and fresh. Service was also very good. Atmosphere was a bit older but clean feeling. Will definitely be back.

We must admit, the outside of the building needs a touch up but inside was delightful. We both had pasta dishes we LOVED. My husband seafood and mine was the chicken. Oh so favorful and loaded with ingredients. Gordon Ramsey would say, YOU MORE THAN NAILED IT. OUTSTANDING. We also ordered the Deep Fried Apple Pie. Oh to die for. Delicious!! You have to order it. The only major problem we experienced is we were just passing through to our home in Vancouver, WA. If we ever return, we will visit Mission Station Grill without a doubt and you should too. You wont be disappointed.

Visited Mission Station Grill for lunch this past Sunday. The food was as good as I remembered it from my visit a year ago but more impressive was the young lady serving. She appeared to be the only server on the floor other than the host. She single handedly kept up with an almost full restaurant all the while keeping a smile on her face. Kudos to the hardest working server Ive ever seen ........ Amazing!

Weve been wanting to dine here for quite a while & finally made it in beginning of September. The food was delicious with perfect size portions for the price. Were looking forward to going back.

My sister, daughter and I tried Mission Station Grill for the first time this evening and I must say, I am sorry we haven t tried it sooner. I have a severe food allergy and waitress and kitchen staff were really patient with me asking questions about the different foods so I could find the perfect meal to enjoy. All the food was so delicious and my sister stopped short of licking the plate. Top notch service from our server (I didn t catch her name, brown hair) and she went above and beyond. Thank you for a great meal, we will be back asap.

I met my sister and her husband last week and we all enjoyed the food thoroughly, and our server was great.i had the Hawaiian burger,the chicken was grilled to perfection, and the ham,papaya, avocado delicious. All around positive experience Steven Parking: Ample safe parking,no logging trucks whistling by at 50 blowing our hair back as our life flashes by as a movie.

Hasty service, no smile, abrupt, almost rude. Not the proper seasonings in there ceaser. 45 min wait for dinner. One menu item tasted off, we were charged for it anyways, Manager was rude as well. Meat tasted like liver, mash potatoes lumpy, ceaser salad over dressed, I think you get the picture. The good ole saying if I could 0 stars I would... applies.

It was 630 Saturday nite it was packed Hence the service was slow but food was exc. I understand the lack of people that want work as servers is problem one. But I dont go to a resturaunt to dine and dash anyway . It was busy for a reason because of the food !! People need to learn patience and appreciate the fact the mission station grill offer that food and service to the best of their ability with the staff on hand good job

My fiance and I come here often with good reason. Their schnitzel is one of my favorite dishes to get, as-well as 5 star service. The first time we went there, we left our spare car keys at the table. (Never could figure out where they were at the time.) Until a month later we decided to go for dinner and our same waitress remembered us and handed us our keys. Not every place would remember their patrons the way Mission Station staff will. Tasty food, wonderful service, nice ambiance and kid-friendly. We love coming here and will continue to do so. Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu.

We come here fairly often. Maybe 1-4 times a month. There s clearly a reason we keep coming back! Not only does the front staff make things run smoothly and their welcome to our place and we re pleased to have you here attitude, but the kitchen team definitely know what they re doing too!! The food is consistently well made with the passion of making food always met! Mission definitely has a lack of good places to eat! But Mission Station Grill is the top of the list!!

Lived in mission for a few years and just tried thus place. Had 2 appies, calamari was a tad over done but the mozzarella sticks were really good. My husband got the turkey dinner that was on special and was very pleased with the taste and the portion size. I got the Greek burger and even though I was full I ate the whole thing. The server Joel was friendly! My toddler had fun! Will definitely be back. Edit. Came today to have lunch and tried to open the door but it was locked.. had to call to find out they were closed to get ready for Xmas parties. Should put some signs on the door...

Best prime rib weve had in a while! Our server was great, and although the place was packed on a Saturday night, it was still a nice quiet place to chat at a normal talking level. I must be getting old...

Me and my boyfriend threw up all night fighting for our one bathroom coming out of both ends. Ordered a chicken wrap and calamari dinner. With mozzarella sticks and bacon wrapped scallops for appies. First time going and absolutely Will never be back.

Supported local and ordered the turkey dinner for Easter. Was surprised by how much food there actually was. Their made from scratch pasta is also very good.

I just picked up my first BuildaBox and I am so happy with it. Everything is so fresh and delicious and flavorful the butter chicken is amazing I cant wait to try the meat pies the soup the sausage rolls and the ribs that I bought. Went for a birthday dinner with my beautiful bride tonight. The classic burger was so good I forgot to take a picture and the calamari platter my wife enjoyed immensely. The birthday dessert (brownie) was so freaking good. The service was awesome our server was great. Didn t get her name she had short dark hair though. They have this cool system where you use the chip (pictures below) red for no service needed green for service needed. Love the idea. This isn t a pub so it s family friendly. We will defiantly return with our kids.

There food is all made in house and you wont find better tasting flavourful anywhere,Im not joking My son couldnt stop saying dad this is minting! All in all the food wasnt bad, anything that hadnt been previously frozen had a lot of flavour. You could tell certain foods were frozen and mass produced store bought. Service was decent.

Pasta made in house! How nice to have real made under the roof you eat under pasta noodles, and great flavors in every dish I have had. Service is top notch and super friendly. Solid choice any night. 4.5 stars!!

The people posting bad reviews because estaishment is complying with public health orders are Fing GOOFS. Food is consistently high quality. My husband and I went for an early dinner on a Saturday. We were promptly seated and everything seemed clean. The menu is large and diverse and we were pleased with our portion sizes when the meals came! We both couldn t finish (which is definitely out of the norm for us haha). we would definitely go back!
