78 dollars and they forgot our fries and biscuits. Wouldn t give any either.

Worst chicken in mission taste like it was cooked in burnt oil.

I got the Mexican Sandwich and oh my goodness DELICIOUS, only thing is I wouldnt get it with lettuce. I got it either side mash potatoes and gravy. Both fresh and hottt side cold Coca-Cola

The food was excellent.

No idea why they discontinued the macaroni salad at this location bring it back

I ordered mashed potatoes with my meal. They barely put any gravy on, so I asked if I could buy a small gravy. They wanted me to buy another mashed potatoes? Wth! Make sense people 5$ for more potatoes cause I wanted gravy lol!? Never will I eat here again! Thank you

Saw the signs about their 7 pc flavor feast and walking in was immediately struck by the fresh cooked chicken smell and knew I had to try it. Got seven pieces of spicy dark meat with side of gravy and some fries. I got it home, popped a beer and sat out on the back deck. All I can say, it was very good. It was fresh cooked and hot. Definitely will be visiting again.

I needed a change from rice and breads etc. and thought I would give this place a go. I was pleasantly surprised as the chicken was freshly prepared, hot with a slightly spicy crunchy coating and it was great. Fries were also well cooked. Staff here is also great. Welcomed with lovely and pleasant smile. Keep up good work. Highly recommend..

Chicken is good, you need an optional substitute for the biscuits in combos, anything that is not biscuits! Please.

The staff are always friendly. The food is delicious, pretty sure my husband would eat here everyday if he could.

Food always good, and staff very friendly here. Been a few times at closing and they have offered me extra sides for free instead of throwing them out at the end of night.

I am a regular at this location, Churches has redeemed themselves! Still Churches is my absolute favorite.

The server has been super accommodating. We keep on going back to this store since the staff are very friendly and food is of high quality. Really happy with everything they have to offer. Food s affordable and neat. We ll keep on visiting this store for sure! Parking: There around 10-20 parking spots during our visit. One of the cars is even parked diagonally and you could still get parking.

Chicken was terrible. Dry. The gravy was gross and just a little bit thicker than water, which was odd. Don t waste your money. If you want fried chicken, go to Brownies. Food

Every single time I come here the wait times are very long, the staff roles there eyes, when you ask how long for your order, I was there today and after 13 minutes, they told me there s going to be an additional wait time for biscuits, only two staff, no management, the employees do not move with any authority or speed whatsoever, lumbering around very slowly

Neither of the bathrooms are ever open and a simple combo took 15 minutes to come out. Atleast I know I m not having fast food!

Best fried chicken

Upcharge is ridiculous. Food was ok. Took them awhile to figure out how to charge my order. Last time, there was no extra charge for no wings.

This is not a BBQ chicken sandwich like a ordered

Had a Texas sandwich. Was satisfactory but a bit dry. Needed a bit more sauce. Fries were crisp and good. Turned me off with how filmed, streaked and dirty windows appeared. Also had to use restroom. Wasnt impressed with how clean the floors were for a fairly new building. Actually all of public area, restroom, tables, floors, windows need more cleaning. I hope the back behind the counter and cooking area are kept cleaner.as the food is good for a quick stop.

We ordered from churchs chicken tonight - had BBQ burger, jalapeno poppers, 4 piece chicken fries and gravy - food was excellent and the service was friendly - liked it

Chicken had no flavour and very soft texture no crunch. Also cashier need to be told multiple times to order because seem like they don t know their own menu.

The chicken was burned looking. They didnt change the cooking oil, instead they selling people chicken which are bad for them. When we call them, no one picks up. Never going again and will lets others know as well not to go.

Ratio of dark meat to white meat totally off. The fries I got was a large and all we got was a scoop of fries. Plus the biggest thing was it does not taste anything like the Churches I grew up on or that is being served in other locations.

I ordered a Mexicana wrap for me and my kid which we usually get and can eat them. But this time they were both super spicy, I can barley handle it my kid is crying and I also did not get my order of strips that I said four times! Just ridiculous. Id you dont have an interest in working there then find a new job!

Ive heard bad reviews but Ive been here a handful of times and my food has always been good. Chickens juicy and crispy just needs some seasoning thats all. The honey butter glazed biscuits are my favourite :)

Finally tried. Chicken tenders were okay, original chicken sandwich was more of a mayo sandwich-YUCK, fries were soggy and only 2 options for drinks;pepsi and orange crush. The amount of chicken sitting drying out on display was SHOCKING, feel bad for those who will end up being served what was there. The biscuits were good. Small and as with the chicken, sitting under a heat lamp drying out. May try again in a few months if they manage to keep the doors open

Our order has been wait for almost half an hour, but the cashier initially told me it was 15 mins and my order was also raw.

Very disappointed in our order tonight, we were missing an order of jalapeno poppers as well as a couple apple pies. What we did receive was not very good, a couple of sandwiches slapped together quickly and messily as well as chicken tenders that were tough dried out and cold. The best part of our meal was the apple pie that we recieve. (We ordered 3 and got 1) I dont normally complain as I also work in the food service industry, but I really needed to tonight.

Greasy, flavorless chicken with hardly any meat, mostly skin -n- bones.

Ordered a Tex-Mex a rap and some tenders through skip the dishes and they sent me jalapeno bites only. Dont know how they could mess that up

My mom and I just had a two piece combo and sandwich for lunch today. Service was excellent! Chicken in both the combo and sandwich was very juicy and flavourful. Definitely recommend it!!

Ive gotten food from them a few times now and our food has always been hot & fresh and it did not take long. The location is also very clean & well kept. Will definitely be back!

Ordered the chicken wrap and the hubby had the barbecue chicken sandwich, with fries. The food tasted great, I d give it a 10 out of 10 for sure! Definelty worth trying and we will be back again. They also gave us 2 free honey biscuits that were to die for tasty! Customer service was top notch. Great fast food! Nice to see them in Mission!

Ordered food from this location first time. Food was cold and chicken was not fresh at all.definitely not Upto church s chicken expectation.

Im going to give this place one star because the staff were pretty awesome and accommodating. However the food was horrible, I mean you really have to overcook a chicken thigh to make it that dry. And honestly the next day with the worst case of IBM Ive ever had in my life.

I m sorry but the food was absolutely terrible. No seasoning and I mean not even some salt on the fries.

Overall was pretty good, fries where crispy and fresh, and chicken was juicy and tender, the seasoning was pretty basic, nothing super special however it did have good crunch, the biscuit was my favorite part which isnt a great thing for a chicken place.

I will never eat there again it was terrible

Great little outlet for this popular chain! The staffs are very helpful & friendly, we dropped by for a quick afternoon snack, asked for 4 pc of Chicken only and the staff was nice enough to give jus the freshest ones! Juicy & Crispy, the crust was perfectly cooked and not greasy at all! Its always soul satisfying when you get a good piece of Fried Chicken!! And I am happy to report this location can certainly give you that! Plenty of free parking!!

Terrible service, very slow, and they only had 12 wings, which took 20 minutes to cook, and the fries were not very good as they had been sitting for awhile.
