I recommend this establishment, their food are good.

Very disappointed, first time going to the fat burger in mission and my breakfast was cold and my wife never got hers until I complained. Will not be back to this place again.

Was late night hunger and Fatburger did not disappoint!

Poutine was meh, chicken strips were ok. Prices are. Cheaper end for the breakfast, bf got the xxl and was less than 20 bucks for a filling meal. Hashbrowns were a bit under cooked. Shake was alright. Would go there to try something else again.

The food was good, but the gravy was cold. We had to use our fries to warm the gravy. They need to clean the bottles of various things that sit on the tables a lot more often, they looked terrible.

great little spot, husband is an introvert so he doesnt like the full service restaurants and this place meets a good balance. the location is always clean and the owner is delightful

My Boyfriend and I went there 10 mins before they were supposed to close and the girl came to the door said nope we re closed and locked it. This was about 2 months ago.

We ordered Cajun chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches was definitely not Chrispy Cajun and the lettuce used was old and brownish. I took some photos if your interested, also the sandwiches was slobby and the chef used her bare hands without gloves or utensils to put the chicken on the sandwiches. Fatburger will definitely not see me again.

Used to really like their breakfast, fair price good portions. Went a couple of weeks ago and found the prices jacked up about 3 bucks a plate. Food arrived and received about 6 little hashbrowns, very disappointed greed has taken over this establishment, wont be returning.

Had the Kingburger Supreme with curly fries which were excellent. Service was fast and friendly. The dine in atmosphere is small and more like a fast food restaurant.

On the occasion i was in the establishment there was an awful smell, completely killed my appetite.

Its a burger place - little more on the expensive side but food is good and staff are friendly - its also kept quite clean.

We had the Mushroom Swiss burger and the Hawaiian with fries gravy and pop. The food was really good. But it was seriously pricey. Would recommend checking for Groupon or taking advantage of any in house promos

The smaller size menu in a similar range to McDonalds prices except its way higher quality. Coffee is good too.

First time there was great! Second (and last) time terrible! 1 horrible burger, a taster chicken that was unfit for human consumption, a super small shake, a small pop and dill pickle chips .$46!!!!!! The person at the counter was an eye roller too. Less than 1 star!

I just wanted to share quickly. Long story short. I gave a fat tip of $2 the cashier asked if I would like my receipt as I replied no thanks. As Im waiting for my order the cashier asks me How much were you wanting to give as a tip? I says $2 as he proceeds to show me for whatever reason I gave a $66.52 fat tip .THE HONESTY AND KINDNESS OF THAT EMPLOYEE will have me returning for more

Very friendly, exceeded my expectation for a burger chain.

I ordered mushroom gravy poutine. It took them 20 minutes to make it. It wasnt mushroom gravy at all. That would involve a bit of mushrooms being mixed in the gravy. They just pulled about a pound of mushrooms on the fries and then poured about 1 tablespoon of gravy over top. I definitely wont ever eat there ever again

I ordered a large order, and when I got home was missing one order of fries. I came back, and the manager quickly made me my fries without a problem! Clean, great food, friendly staff.

Usually they are pretty good but this last time they served the left over curly fries in the bottom of the warmer as well as the burger bun wasn t soft. Sad to see this one go downhill.

Went here for dinner, got a crispy spicy chicken burger. The chicken was dry and tasted overcooked, plus it took quite long. My wife had chicken strips which were also dry and chewy. All in all not terrible but not great either. Normally Fatburger is great so perhaps it was just an off night?

Worst experience trying to order icecream.

Never been to Fatburger before. I was surprised at the menu, lots to choose from. Service was friendly and quick and the food was really tasty. I will definitely go back.

I was absolutely shocked with the handling of the food today, I placed my order around 4:48PM March, 22, 2022 in the Mission, BC store I then witnessed the cook on his phone with his cooking gloves on I figured he would change them once he started to prepare my food but he didnt, he grabbed the buns and started to make the food with the same gloves!! absolutely disgusting not sure why the owner or the manager allows cooks to have phones in a place where food is prepared, I asked for my money back and left the place and will never be coming back! Hopefully whoever replies back to this review will not leave the same comment that they do for all other reviews on here and actually do something about this.

Thought it was slow at first, but the quality is excellent compared even to other FatBurger establosments, high attention to detail and toppings well-layered on their largest burger.

The food was good but the server was pretty rude, my sibling had tried to order 2 meals for us but she insisted that wed only ordered the burgers and acted like it was a huge inconvenience when we went up to try to fix our order. Fortunately the burgers were good enough and filling enough that wed decided to just let it slide and enjoyed our burgers. Other than that the place was clean and the service was fast and the food was good.

Great food, love the boneless wings! Only thing is that orders, even small ones, take a pretty long time. Might just mean that things are fresher and theres less pre-made food though?

I dont usually eat out in restaurants I guess I dont have to tell you why its easy to beat disappointed My 2nd visit to bath Burger was great the woman behind the counter searched all her customers quickly and then brought our food to our table everything was correct and fresh and hot

Best burgers in Mission!

Visited the restaurant this week for the first time with my wife. I ordered mushroom Swiss in lettuce wrap. My wife had hamburger wrap. It was expensive. $24 for fast food restaurant is a bit much. The wrap eas tasty but bothe my wife and I had bloating the next morning. We will not choose Fatburger next time .

We arrived as the last customer at a day that the main grill was not working and by accident part of our order was taken by another customer. The manager managed it with a very polite behavior and offered free beverage. We also noticed the place was super clean and the food was tasty.

Food was ok, but nothing special, but wow the price.. $38+ for 2 original combos, 1 did have fries upgraded to poutine and strawberry shake. I got a can of coke for my drink (can buy at Costco for $0.32) not worth the money. My 11 year old did say it was the best milkshake ever,.. so

Good burgers and shakes, the Maui banana is my personal favorite.

Our waffle cone ice cream cones were $7.49 each. When asked how many scoops that would get us, they replied maybe 2? And gave us two very small scoops with no mix ins

They were having bad day. Restaurant Hotter than outside smelled of grease. Food was Greasy and uneatable. Had to throw most of it away. Will not go back again.

Ive been to this location a few time and it is usually great, but I went today and it was terrible. The food was very greasy and took a long time to be done as there was only 2 staff working and when we went in to the building it was beyond hot and honestly there was a bad stench to the whole place.

Best burger I have had in years!

Went in because we enjoy the atmosphere here. My wife orders a California burger with poutine meal and I say ill have the same thing. With a Fat tip it was over $46 and the cashier was super quiet and they didn t even call out the order to the kitchen and whispered thanks for the fat tip. I only knew thats what she said because I was expecting it. I couldn t actually hear her. We get our burgers and mine has regular fries. I say that we ordered the same thing so I don t know why it was confused. Instead of making it right by getting the fries made into a poutine. I was told I paid for regular fries for myself and the server just walked away. 15% tip atmosphere bland and my food was wrong. I should of checked my receipt and could of caught the mistake myself. Come on fat burger. You are better than this.

Exceptionally poor service. The staff at the counter glared ar me while I was perusing the menu and then snapped Call me when you re ready. My wife has trouble seeing distances so we had to spend a little longer deciding what to order but we certainly were not taking that long that we deserved that comment and there were zero customers behind us. Then when we ordered, she kept making us repeat our order, granted there s plexi glass between us but I was literally shouting and other customers were looking over. After I placed my order she asked me twice whether I eat beef. I ordered a burger so obviously I do. I have no idea why she would ask that. The food took extremely long to arrive (~30 min for 2 burgers). People around us waiting for takeout were also getting agitated about the wait. The food was really not up to the fat burger standards, I must say. Bun was cold to the touch and fries were not fries enough (still yellowish colour). Later I heard the same staff arguing with another customer about the vegan burger. Fail.

What I ordered vs what they sent out for delivery. I called down to the restaurant and let them know. They told me they are to put 3oz or pastrami, so I weighed that as well.

None of the staff were wearing masks. Informed them of the issue then walked out. If they don t follow the mask mandate then who knows what other food safety rules they don t follow.

Worst swiss mushroom burger I ever had. Was so salty i couldnt eat it for $12 will never eat here again.

The food was really good. Service was fast and food recieved was cooked perfectly. Prices are a bit on the steep side but this is everywhere today.

It is a wonderful and warmly place with friendly staff. Love their juicy burgers and amazing milkshakes. Good ambience for family and friends, big groups or just take out when you feeling like eating a good meal.

Absolutely the most disgustingly soggy chicken burger I have ever seen. And they flat out refused to do anything about it. Would have actually gotten a better burger from the mission McDonalds. For the price I should have went to the Springs. Not worth it at all. Dont waste your money. 14th is way better and the same price.

I got a regular burger and fries and both were great and fresh.

So far, every time I go, I get exactly what I asked for. And if there has been a mistake, they are quick to fix it. The attention to their work despite their nonchalant air is fascinating! lol This is one of my goto spots in Mission when Im in town and looking for a good vegan burger!
