I love mucho burrito because it’s one of the only things I can eat due to my dietary restrictions. I go probably 3 times a week but the worker is so mean to me every single time. She gets so frustrated when I ask for veggies and just throws my food at me and walks away. Not impressed. Makes me debate going most nights now
I thought maybe the staff member working was just having a horrible day however we have noticed every time we go in it is the same girl who is working later at night. She is very rude, does not greet her customers and then says they are out of most of there products when really she is just not willing to make them. She did not ask us if we wanted veggies in our bowls several times because she was just lazy to put them on the pan and warm up. When I asked for veggies, she rolled her eyes and did not say a word. When she is making our order she is throwing the condiments on like you are throwing out trash. She never has a smile on her face and if she hates her job maybe she should find another place to work instead of making the franchise look bad. Horrible horrible service, management needs to do something. She would not disclose her name to us when we asked.
Showed up last night there was one woman working who didn’t even acknowledge we came in. She was working on a skip order and I have never seen some one make a meal that slow in my life it took her over 5mins to make 3 tacos and then after she was done she went to make more! After 10mins we walked out and will never come back!
Ordered two build your own bowls through Skip today. When our order arrived, it was two burritos with a note saying sorry we didn’t have any bags to put bowls in. I cannot eat the wrap so opened the burrito to eat the filling. I had ordered half rice half lettuce, and added extra lettuce as my extras as well as cilantro, etc. It was rice, beans and peppers as well as other things I never ordered. There were about three soggy, tiny pieces of lettuce. I tried one bite, and it was absolutely horrible. Could not eat any of it . Will be the last time we order from this location. What an extreme disappointment. So after getting a reply from management at Mucho burrito saying they are sorry and to reach out to them by email so they can make it right. Nothing happened. No reply to the email I sent. Clearly no real attempt to make things right for an unhappy customer. As with any business things do go wrong sometimes but it’s how the business deals with it to retain a customer and improve is what it’s all about. Mission Mucho burrito bad customer service.
Great service & healthy portions! By far one of the better locations I've been to.
This location is the absolute worst! Smallest portions, not even full scoops. They never have the right hot sauce, rice is always burnt, the refried beans were so dry they were solid. I was really excited when it opened thinking it would be like the others. Not even close.So disappointing!
I had visited yesterday around 7:30/7:45pm and had ordered a rice bowl. The one staff working at this time sprinkled about maybe 5-6 pieces of cheese in my bowl. When I asked for more she didn’t understand me as English may be her second language. Rice was barely poured in the bowl, chicken was portioned poorly etc.. Every single thing I asked for, was so poorly portioned. Out of all locations in Abbotsford/ Mission, this location has unimpressed me. I was super hungry after work and decided to stop by, I had to throw my bowl away. It was not only my bowl, but my boyfriend’s bowl as well. Not good customer service at all.
Don't eat at this one. They don't make food the same as other Mucho Burritos. This is the 3rd time where I've ordered exactly what I usually order elsewhere and they are horrible at making here. Terrible food at this location. Terrible customer service. Wrecking brand name for sure. Never coming back to this location. Look at my wrap after lifting it was so wet and they didn't put the ingredients I asked for. All wet and gross for $20.00

Every Sunday we come down after church for lunch at mucho burrito. Mexican food is our favourite and this provides a nice place to eat and gather with friends. The food is always filling so you won t leave hungry! I recommend the mucho burrito or the salad bowl.

I went there to get a shrimp burrito and no shrimp apparently they were all out? First and last time at that Mucho Burrito. I went somewhere else. They wasted my time.
Dined in while in the area for work. Staff was friendly; I struggled to understand some of her questions as she assembled my burrito. They only have bottled drinks at this location.
Komal was sweet and wonderful. She made our food fast and it was delicious! Yummy. We go there all the time.

Just stood in the store for about 10 minutes. Long enough to listen to 3 songs. I left and came back. No one was in here to help. Completely empty. I left and went across the street. Terrible service

Didnt give us forks lol, we had things we didnt want in our bowls, I think they were mixed up. Food was cold and there was very little in the bowls. Not worth 30$. Probably wont be coming back. Which is too bad because I normally loveee mucho.

Customer service and everything else is amazing but portion size is horrible . I eat mucho like every week. Mission is the only location where they will put like half little spoon of toppings like corns, chickpeas. I can literally eat those 2 toppings in 1 spoon. This has happened many times. I have to pay extra to get extra toppings so i can get standard portion size. My bowl does not even go to half. Every other mucho u go to, perfect average portion size like they are supposed to. Please work on that. A little half spoon is not ideal for toppings. I could literally count those corns like 10 corns on my bowl and we pay over 13$ Crazy

I went there tonight for dinner and asked for regular shredded beef burrito and the lady told me it would be 5 to 8 minutes before she could make my burrito and asked me to wait. I said I would. When it came time to make my order I said it was shredded beef 4 times and she made it with shrimp. When I told her I don t want shrimp but shredded beef she got upset with me and commented what am I supposed to do with this now . She then made another burrito with literally a teaspoon worth of meat and all rice. Should have just went to Abbotsford at Mount Lehman to get a proper burrito and no attitude.

This mucho location is my favourite. Amazing staff, service and the food is great. I will come again definitely the workers are very friendly and welcoming. Had a burrito it was so fresh and delicious. Nice job
We usually order through skip the dishes or one of the other apps and lately we have found that even though on the apps they have listed they are open for delivery until 9:30, sometimes early enough as 8:00pm this location has manually taken themselves off the app. If you don t want to prep delivery orders past 8:00 change your hours on the app itself.

Stopped in to get a burrito for lunch, got combos for me and my husband. The chips tasted really off, like they had gone bad or had been sitting all night or were fried in really old oil, same with the guacamole, it tasted like it was old and was already turning brown (we stopped in first thing in the morning when they opened). Also seemed to be out of a lot of ingredients, even though it was first thing in the morning. While the burritos were good, the chips were horrendous.
By far the absolute worst mucho burrito location if you aren t standing there to direct them on how to make a simple burrito it will be extremely poorly made, barely any sauce is ever put on and if it is it s all at the bottom this has been a very common occurrence for me, if you want good mucho go to the Abbotsford one.
Literally my absolute favourite place to get food I m in love with the tacos and the burrito bowls and the staff is amazing and so sweet and always have a great experience it s always also so clean and organized

Mucho is one of my favourite places to grab a bite. The mission location is terrible. Been 3-4 and every time the food is cold and the burrito is half full. The gentleman working tonight was just sitting in the back and slowly came over and put zero effort to even care or want to help. I ll just drive to Abby next time.

Fantastic food, great place and excellent service! This is arguably the best Mexican food I ve ever had. The Burrito and the Nachos were amazing and flavourful, You can taste freshness in Every bite. The service was great! Employees took time to chat and guide us through the menu. They create a fun environment. They are super quick and super friendly. Overall my experience was great!! Great restaurant, and highly recommend.

Staff are currently training at this location, but despite training, we had a wonderful customer service experience. The trainee made a mistake while making my quesadilla and then they accidentally double charged us for our order. They actually caught the mistake before we did and were extremely apologetic, they rectified both of the mistakes proactively. Food was pretty good!
First time trying, not impressed. No cheese, no jalapeños, another couple said they are always out of toppings. didnt look very clean around some of containers. The staff person was friendly. Will stick with the other burrito place up the street

I visited at mucho burrito in mission location on 23 may at 2:45 pm and there was a girl who help me with my order. she was so humble, made my order so delicious. That was the best customer service I ever received. I asked her name i think it was Barneet. Just wanna acknowledge her best customer service.
I like mucho, I havent had any issues with any other locations. I dont know what happened yesterday but the chickpeas were a bit overcooked? I remember one time the chickpeas or beans were extremely grainy which ruined the taste of the entire burrito bowl. I enjoy the food at other locations I just havent been impressed the last time Ive been there.
I love coming here! Amazing food! But I also love seeing the people who work there, they are always in a great mood and happy to help you, and usually go above and beyond. I work at the Blenz next door too and have many of them come over for coffee as well, we love to see them! :)

I went here when it first opened & it was good. Went in this evening and I will not be back. It was filthy. Fingerprints all over the clear cover, stuff on the floors. Only pork available... nothing else or they would need to make it. The cleanliness was the biggest concern. Wont be back.
I want to start out saying that I do love Mucho Burrito but when I went into tonight the place was a mess, many of the items on the menu were not available (cilantro, mango salsa, many meats, lime-sour cream sauce to list the couple of things I remember). The girl who took our order was listing to music or w/e on her airpod and we had to repeat what we said while ordering many times. The final straw though was that they were out of the wrappings for the burritos...so they wrapped it in saran wrap..which as the burrito had just been heated up would melt. The place was also a mess and looked quite dirty. Me and my friend ended up leaving and we drove to the Abbotsford location and had excellent food and service there. I still love Mucho but I wont be back at this location.

I had a great experience at Mucho Burritos single location. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The burrito I ordered was delicious, with fresh ingredients and ample fillings. I appreciated the option to customize my meal according to my preferences. The service and food quality make it worth a visit. Ill definitely consider going back for more.
First time visiting this location, ordered the bowl and wanted to get plant based crumble as protein. They did not have it and ended up getting no protein as I wanted to share a bowl and have it be vegetarian. The rice was overcooked every bite it was hard. Too much sauce in the bowl as well. Overall not great experience. The Mucho Burrito locations in Poco and Abbotsford are much better.

Weve been here twice while passing through Mission and this Mucho location is great! The staff are kind and we never leave feeling disappointed. Vegetarian options: There is a huge selection of vegetarian options. For a meat substitute they do offer vegetarian ground crumble.
Delicious, healthy and good value for money
Came here first time, usually go to abby. Was being served gravy instead of beans. Got crumbles of left over chicken. The person serving was rude and no customer service skills.
Mucho is my go to, been going to Abby for years! Was so exited to hear mission is getting a Mucho. Fist time going here was garbage. Didnt have half the ingredients required to make a burrito. Yes that includes cheese... was supper slow. Wrote it off as new location and new employees learning. Went back a second time. Again was garbage, and food even worse. Pico looked like it had been sitting for a few days along with other ingredients not looking so great. Employees are not welcoming and dont seem to want to actually work went here a third time and again terrible service. Ingredients didnt look fresh by any mean. Atmosphere was cold didnt have shrimp. Or didnt want to make them... anyways go to Abby if you want a good fresh burrito and good service..
