I ordered rib and pasta for delivery. But only got the pasta. Some how they forgot to order it. Then when i called had to pay extra for the ribs and wait while my food got cold. While still having to pay more for what I ordered.

Horrible service delivered me the wrong order then said I could get a new one the next day because they closed then when I make the call to get one the next day the refuse to give it to me. Do not order from them cuz if they screw up they won t fix it

Not impressed with the woman that has not understanding the pizza is not good anymore,no fresh ,not good to eat anymore,she tries to tell me shes only giving me half my money back!!! Not excepable for me and my hard earned money lady,I will never get pizza at lunch time for the kids ,the single slices sit to long when its garbage

This is the second time i have ordered from ricardos and would never order again i ordered the Bacon cheeseburger pizza didnt taste nothing like a bacon cheeseburger was more like hamburger and onions with a spoonful of sauce very bland and tasteless also ordered the cinnabites had to scrape off a cup full of icing to get to the cinnabites also my pizza was slide and bunched up at the side of the box i wont recommend this place to my dog disgusting excuse for a pizza place

Pizza is hot off the oven always. Service is pristine. Pepperoni is under the cheese?!

Sadly, they seem to have cheaped out on ingredients. Very unfortunate as it was the quality that drew us in. Fake processed chicken and sub-par pepperoni... wont be back.

It was average tasting pizza and when they took our order they had gotten it wrong but decided to tell us when we called to complain that we were wrong and we said something else. So if you want to fight with bad customer service this is the place.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas , tried to order a pulled pork and a capicollo . Ended up with a pulled pork and a cajun. Tried to tell them they made a mistake on the order, then was thrown back at me telling me I ordered that way. Out of principle, I will not ever be going back here again.

Decent pizza joint. Ordered the thai chilli chicken pizza and very much enjoyed it. Ordering g was easy. However, the staff member who took my call was not the friendliest or joyful. The cost, in my opinion was a little on the higher side. The quality of the pizza was great. Delivery arrived in average time, but the driver was friendly and cheerful. All in all its a great place to order pizza from. I would definitely recommend them.

This story will be a long one, so be patient! On December 23rd, it was very snowy previously roads were poor and i called Ricardos to see if they were delivering, and confirmed they were (I live less then 2 blocks away). I subsequently placed an order online where i received a callback stating itll take 1-1.5 hours due to weather, and they have to check with drivers as might send home early - I get a callback shortly after saying all is ok if im willing to wait 1-1.5 hours for the food which i said perfectly understandable. At the 2 hour mark, have not heard anything, tried to call the store twice over five minutes and there was no answer - at this point i was going to cancel and felt they forgot about us. At the 3 hour mark the driver finally got here, I felt bad and tipped well, but the food received was horrible - hard as a rock and dry like it has been under a heat lamp for 3 hours (likely so, they probably made the food when order came in and not before it left). Here is where it gets more upsetting... I tried to call them no answer, went to their website and filled out their contact form twice, once the night of (when noone answered asking for a cancellation) and second two days later since i heard no response - 6 days later now and still have not heard back when they state they will reply in 24 hours. At the time, the lady on the phone was kind and personable - the food might be good (mine was hard as a rock couldnt tell) but there were opportunities here such as, why was there no follow up after 2 hours? why did noone answer the phone when we called? why is noone replying when sending communications through their online form? I sent a third reply now basically stating i am ready to put a chargeback through, maybe they will follow up now...

Love Ricardos pizza!

I ordered Ricardos pizza for a party of eight everyone was quite surprised on the quality and love that went into the pizzas. We ordered chicken wings taco pizza fajita pizza everything was superb and would order again.

Pizza places can often be hit or miss, but Ricardos in Mission has always served great pizza from my experience.

I ordered a Richards classic and I barely got any toppings, certainly not worth what I paid for it. Your better off going somewhere else!!

I have ordered Richardo s pizza for years.Our order this evening was exceptional! Normally we order BBQ Chicken or Thai chicken, lately the normal is you can count a few pieces of chicken per slice and bacon hardly detectable. Tonight it was loaded with chicken and strips of bacon. The amount of toppings was what first drew me to Ricardo s years ago. Sadly, we had moved away for the lack of toppings, as it was more like little Cesar s or other cheap pizza joints. Tonight has won me back, if it can be repeated and isn t a one off, after many times being lack lustre in toppings and desperately trying to find the toppings. Tonight definitely 5 stars! Highly hopeful they are back to the high standards they had in the past and genuine quality they used to provide.

Hi Everyone in Mission BC or the surrounding areas, just letting you know that I have found the best pizza in the area! I have tried other but none come even close to Ricardos. Best pizza in the Fraser Valley and beyond! Just wish I could have been a patron at the Langley location before it closed. Priced a little closer to BP than a 2 for 1 joint, but well worth it, in my opinion. I recommend the Thai chicken, but the Classic, Bacon Cheeseburger and Philly Steak are also great!

Ricardos is the only pizza place we order from. The food is delicious, and the people are friendly! Thank you, Ricardos; there is no competition!

While waiting for my calzones I watched multiple health code violations a customer walk into the store with no mask and Two of the staff on the night shift. Were not wearing their masks. I told the store clerk you work in food your standard should be higher he told to night shift manager and she did NOTHING. And to top it off my calzone was COLD! Very un impressed.

1st time ordering from Ricardo s Pizza (through SkipTheDishes) and it was DELICIOUS !!! Now these guys (and/or girls) know how to make an exceptional PIZZA !!!! I can say it was the BEST pizza I ve ever had!! Thank you for making my day!! It was so good I m leaving my review while I devour it!

It was not good,

The toppings slid off the pizza, and not super tasty. Also there wasnt enough sauce on mine.

I would like to inquire how Ricardo s deals with quality control of there products when I phoned the store I was told they only cooked my pizza one round they didn t cook my pizza well done and they can offer me 5 dollars for compensation on a 50 dollar order that came burnt. I supported Ricardo s because I felt their objective was to serve the customers with quality.

Ordered a Classic told it would be $24.15 got it home it was NOT a classic & the receipt was for $18 + GST. I paid $25! Will not be back!

I have been going to Ricardo s ever since I moved here 10 years ago. Lately I have been so unhappy, burnt crust pizza and not as good as before. Same with the lasagna. Looks like new management and all new staff that I have witnessed being unsanitary. Won t be going back

The wife enjoyed the wings = I ve been to 6 different pizza places in Chilliwack and not a single one knows how to make a decent pizza. The wife said a person should open a deep dish pizza place in Chilliwack and the rest of them mine as well close their doors. Well on to the next pizza place that is proud of their product for no reason. Thank you for the lesson but never again!!!

Ricardo or Ritardio ? Ordered here many times and each time asked for no bacon due to allergies . Tell me why each time I said do not they infact did . This is beyond making a mistake this is just being stupid and not caring. If it is a mistake tell me why they never make mistakes taking our money. Horrible,horrible , horrible . If you want a pizza that WILL be messed up this is going to be your new favorite spot. Bon Appétit.

Ordered the large hungry man pizza and a Deli speacial,when I got home,I noticed some of the toppings were missing off the hungry man pizza, ground beef, pineapple,and mushrooms, noticable toppings.i phoned them up told them about it,the girl said we will credit your account $20,I said you cant credit me the Same pizza she said we dont do that we only credit you $20 wow! That pizza cost $21.50 plus tax missing 3 toppings prob at $1.25 each approx. Whos making the money there?? Gonna eventually use up the credit then thats it!! ..other pizza places would have credit me the same pizza!! Took pics of the pizza with the receipt of my order. I also gave them a tip! Thats my experience.

Delicious, fresh, quality food. EVERY time. We have ordered from here thru Doordash more times than anywhere else in Mission! Their pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, cinnabites, cookies, chicken Caesar salad...we have tried it all and it is so, so good. Their portion sizes are generous; we always have some left over for lunch the next day, which is wonderful because their food reheats amazingly well: the lasagna especially! We love Ricardos and it will continue to be our go-to; keep up the great work Ricardos!

Staff are excellent

After trying so many places to eat in Mission, and getting sub-par food, usually stone cold..we decided to try Ricardos. Got the lasagna and Caesar salad. Super fresh, and super hot, finally!! It was delicious, and we will definitely be ordering again!

When craving for a savoury, chunky and fast, fresh pizza, Ricardos never fails to deliver. They have a great online ordering system where you can customize every detail of your pizza, and even allows you to order half and half of your custom flavours. Highly recommended!

Just moved to mission, first time at Ricardos pizza. Absolutely Terrible pizza dry and thin. take a look how I received the wings. Not even tossed properly. Very disappointed. I was Embarrassed to serve my guests this.

Very impressed with the pizza. Our group enjoyed the pizza at Neilson Park. I have no comment on the restaurant itself as we only had takeout. What we received and ate was tasty and lots of toppings.

Actually tasty and good quality pizza (love the crust) for mid-range price, just they tend to be a bit small.

This is such a disappointment. Ordered a pepperoni pizza through skip the dishes and received a pineapple pizza. Someone at the store punched it in incorrectly.

We just had the best lasagna, meat balls with Cesar salad and garlic bread and wings! Delicious for dinner! Thanks Ricardo you never seize to amaze us with a great meal! It would be nice if these guys finally came up to 2019. An hour and 15 minutes for the pizza to arrive and the most confusing online ordering system for customizing your order. Really, you cant make your system more user friendly? Ill pass on this place from now on.

Went there on a whim with my son after grabbing slushies. Took only 10 mins to have a large pizza made to order. Pepperoni, Bacon, Chicken and cheddar sauce instead of tomato. Crust was cooked to a perfect crisp. The underside was not greasy at all. The staff was friendly and when the guy who took my order left the store to make a delivery he stopped and took the time to give me the status of my order. My experience was great and I will return for more great pizza, because yes, it was very good tasting pizza as well. Thank you Ricardos for the lovely lunch.

Changed this to 3 stars(from 1) as the owner of the entire chain contacted us a few days later(due to this review) and said he would give us a credit but the person running this location should have handled it better so this location still potentially has bad customer service IF something goes wrong. Food is still Great. We placed an order online through their website and asked for no red pepper on our pizza.. the pizza didnt come with red pepper I had meant no red onion I had noticed the error immediately and called and they said No Problem it hasnt been made yet I received the order and took it home and it had TONS of red onion so I called to see if they could re-make it and they absolutely refused. It came down to Well it was an online order so to bad next time phone it in. We have ordered here many many times... quality has been great but the customer service is absolutely terrible and we will not order again. It was the owner we talked to and if he is willing to lose $100s in future sales for a $20 pizza I have to wonder what other corners he cuts.

HORRIBLE PIZZA. Definitely do not even deserve a 1 star rating. Pizza looked like pizza you would get from a 7-11. Soft, soggy cheap. So poorly made. Called to express my disappointment in thier pizza and they said we can offer you a credit . I was like ummm no i will definitely not be ordering from here again. Spoke with manager who said everyone here likes our pizza. Im sorry but most reviews i have read contradict that. Save yourself the money and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. $40 into the rot pot what a waste

Perogi pizza tastes exactly like a perogi hot or cold. Great staff great pizza. Sadly the donair place next door cant have the donair pizza that the Abbotsford location does so well because the place they are in cant have more than one pizza place next to one another... perhaps they can work something out together and we can have donair meat and sweet sauce from one place and pizza made from another....

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst pizza I have ever had in my life. It is so bad that I had to stop eating and write this review. The crust is burnt- black crust and toppings. It is dry and gross. We even picked it up instead of having it delivered since it call sit for awhile. Will never order from here. Even a frozen pizza that I burned and left out for a day would be better than this garbage.
