Britney m was my server. She was very quick and fast with my table. My family was happy to have her as our server. She checked in on us and made sure that we were good on drinks. I hope she s my sever next time again.

I generally sit at the bar, Rebecca has been my server multiple times. She is friendly, provides great service, and is attentive! Highly recommend the barbacoa burrito bowl to fill you up, for a reasonable price! Thanks for your good service

I Had a bad day. So i took my kids to BP for some pizza. The greeter at the counter. I believe her name tag said Natalie. She was very lovely. She sat us down and made all my kids laugh. Such an enjoyable experience.

We had Annica as our server and she was just the sweetest most attentive server we ve had in a long time! My daughter was not liking the taste of her bugs and cheese and she quickly got her a new meal with no issues and a smile. She explained appy hour and was so patient waiting for my daughters reply to her questions and order. Thank you for a relaxing and pleasant experience Annica!

i came here with my family to celebrate my daughter s 15th birthday. We have been here for an hour. 3 people in my party are finished their meals. 2 of us are still waiting. The lasagna was far from beefy as advertised. The beef was sparse at best, and it wasn t what one expects of lasagna. More accurately, it s cheese and tomato sauce tossed with lasagna noodles. I can t comment on the Parmesan fried or beef dip as we are still waiting to be served these items. Very disappointing.

$60, 2 pasta lunches. One to eat at the restaurant, one to take home for someone else. When I got home it turns out that the baked ravioli I ordered as takeout, was not ravioli at all, but instead it was lasagne. Seriously, people, were paying a lot of money for your meals; take some time and GET IT RIGHT!

Was here for Game 7 of the Oilers Panthers Stanley Cup Final. I want to give huge props to the front of house staff which include our server Brittany for handling our requests in a timely manner when it was packed. Manager Rob for checking in on us when appropriate. Its amazing how well this BP is ran nowadays versus the past. Cant wait to comeback!

came in tonight for a date night. we over heard the server tell the table beside us that the grill was not working, so when she took our order I asked about the grilled chicken club and she said it wouldnt be a problem all their chicken is pre cooked and grilled... wasnt a fan of that right away. we ordered a caeser and a pepsi, then placed our food order right away. the food took over 35 minutes, the restaurant was empty besides our severs section. total of 4 tables two were done already. we got our food from a manager or food runner, and our server never checked in, not once. we have already had our glasses empty on the end of the table and tried to wave down our server. but she never came around. we were done our drinks before the food even came out and not even the person who brought our food noticed all the empty glasses .. terrible service. my chicken sandwich had cut up chicken on it, it was not a full chicken breast.. each sandwich half had 2 small slices of chicken . when we were done eating it took so long to get the bill. our server was chatting at a table of 3 girls that were done eating long time ago, I assume her friends. the server came over after and I asked for the bill right away, she then went a help another table before bringing us the bill I work in the restaurant industry and it takes alot for me to write a bad review, but the service tonight was absolutely terrible and there needs to be some sort of server training involved here.

I found 4 hairs in my burger that wasnt ours the pastas were dry and had no sauce we had to order extra extra sauce and the burger was half cooked Parking: Parking was good

BP is my go to place for a great meal, a game on the big screen, or just a beer after work. I get great service from very friendly staff who seem to remember what I like. I also choose BP because I know that I can go ti any BP in the country and get the same great food and service that I regularly enjoy at my local BP.

When I asked for a replacement the waitress Carly was being very nice and helpful, then the manager came and started shouting his name is veer. Worst customer service from the manager. The highlight of my visit was the Manager Veer, he frequently made sure that everything was perfect. Its rare to find such dedicated and attentive service these days. Will be definitely back soon!

So I came in to grab a quick appy. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I sat at the bar. The server asked me if I wanted a menu, and I told her yes. She immediately asked if I wanted a drink right away, which was good. She failed to notice that the spot where I sat at the bar, had a little spill (Maybe water?) Anyway, she came back after about 5-10 minutes of bring my drink, to take my order. I was craving the Thai bites, so I ordered them without the crunchy noodles. Ive never seen these bites only half breaded? (It wasnt like it usually is) Being quite hungry, I was going to order something else, only to find that the menus were already gone. I asked a gentleman that was counting (maybe a manager?) if the Appy Hour bites were the same size as the regular order of them. He said they were a smaller portion. If the regular size is $17.99, and the Appy hour size is $13, how is that a special price??? It sounds like a regular price, if the portion is smaller? If it were the regular size, THEN that would be considered a good deal!!! Ive never been here before, and I was just passing through town, and had a craving for Thai chicken bites. (So I Googled the nearest BP) This Appy Hour wasnt much of a deal at all! The portion was quite small, and only half the chicken pieces were breaded. It still tasted good, so thats why I gave the food 4 stars. Not sure if or when Ill be back. I expected the appies to be made the same at different restaurants? A half-breaded, child-size portion was not worth it at all! I now have to go elsewhere to grab something to eat, or just skip dinner altogether. What a disappointment! I gave the service 4 stars, because the waitress was extremely polite.

Last week we brought a group of girls in for dinner. Twelve girls, age, Seven-Nine. The server was very nice and kind. Took the time to go over menus with the girls. Food was ready quickly and tasted great. The restaurant was very clean. And the kids meal price was fantastic. I also run the hot lunch program at my childrens school, Mission boston pizza has been wonderful to work with. Over 300 hundred items at a time and never any mistakes.

Rebecca Pratt is an amazing server here in Mission. We are always so very happy to see her as our server. Always get our orders correct and if there is ever an issue she takes care of it and makes it right. Vegetarian options: 3 different types of Vegetarian options available to choose from for pizza.

Unfortunately the experience was not very good. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review as I work in customer service. We spent over $125 and had no service and our food was wrong/warm. The waitress left us and didn t check in and lied to us. We did not eat the food and so unhappy. We directly emailed the manager online before writing this review. We spend so much money at Boston pizza and we support the mission city outlaws hockey. This experience was horrible and when we spoke to the manager he said here s $50 and that s it. My wife asked for a full refund excluding the tip and was told no and shrugged it off. The staff are rude and untrained. The management is not experienced either.

The food, servers and manager at this location are the best Ive seen. So eager to help with any questions you have. Having a manager come to your table to have a conversation is unheard of now a days, but not here.....I highly recommend this place for your entire family.

I went there last Saturday with my sisters. We ordered pizza and clearly stated we want it without bacon. When we got the pizza, there was bacon in it and we have to had it replaced. They should listen to instructions and never apologised for their mistake. Food was overall good.

What a great place! I have been going to BP since I was a kid and always visit when I am back in town. I think the upstairs is the best! Although it is usually reserved for larger parties. Would recommend BP as the perfect place for a large gathering! Food is super overpriced though

The 2 waitresses on duty saved me $50, and they dont even know it. I got seated, checked out the menu, closed it down to make it quite clear that I was ready to order. 10 minutes went by, 1 was chatting with the next table over, the other walking around. The place wasnt busy, less than half the tables were occupied. I just walked out, went home and saved myself some money.

I ordered quesadilla with extra cheese, cheese was not even melted. Everything was falling apart. I literally had to throw my food away cuz it looked really bad

The food was so bland it made me think that I might have covid-19 and just couldnt taste anything. Got pizza spaghetti and a Cesar salad and got food poisoning from the spaghetti

Boston Pizza has some of the tastiest food around. Competitive pricing and prompt service tie it up well. This location a bit off the beaten path but worth the find for sports themed eatery.

BP in Mission is awesome. Hosted the U15 hockey team the other night. Kids picked up the plates and earned some money towards their trip to the Provincials this weekend in Port Alberni. Food is always so good here. Great community business. Very polite servers and quick service. Beer is VERY COLD. 5 stars all around.

Its as good as BP gets. Having been around since the early days, it just isnt close to what it used to be. Our Boston Royal was good for modern standards. Unfortunately, theyve taken some of our favorites, like dry ribs off the menu. The good old days werent always good, but the old BP was better.

Great location and clean facility. Lots of parking available as well. Food quality was good and the portion sizes were good. The drinks (alcoholic) we ordered were not great. The service was absolutely poor! We sat on the patio and we were only checked on 1 time over our 1.50 hour stay. The service was absolutely disappointing!

I do not eat pizza but their chicken pecan salad is one of my favourite lunches. It is a very generous salad and the candied pecans are such a lovely treat.I also ask for a juice, a glass of water and a third glass with ice only. Why? I dilute the juice to take away the excessive sweetness. The lovely server always remembers beverage my request.

Hadn t been to BP in a long time. Decided to hit it up with the kids. Food was meh. Fries were cold. Menu was boring and the place smelled like it need a deep clean. Sticky tables needs some improvement.

This is the worst BP Ive been to. I traveled from merritt bc to mission bc to have a fathers day lunch with my kids (5,6,9,10 yr old) sat and waited for 25 minutes to order our drinks and food, waited another 25 for our drinks and had other customers come in and sit down 45 minutes after us and order the same thing as I did. They got their food after 20 minutes and after 1 hr and 45 minutes I get told that I dont get my steak because their now out. I ordered my plate over a hr before the other customers and never got mine but their table got theirs all steak. Worst BP EVER !

Just to clarify before my post, I thought the actual taste of our ordered food was great. Ive just deducted stars due to the multiple instances of hair found in both our pizzas.. which made us stop eating and throw out more than half of each large pizza. So anyway, I usually dont mind hiccups in orders or service so long as its a minimum and theyre sincere mistakes. But in this one take-out visit for a birthday meal, there were just too many for me to overlook. First, we were given menus with promotions for a significant discount on orders of premium pizzas. So we order 2 large pizzas with that in mind (among other things). It wasnt until after we paid and left that we realized the price didnt add up, so we went back in and asked the server that took our order about it. After they went to ask a co-worker about the promotion, they came back and told us they shouldnt have given us that menu as the promotion was dine-in only. No apologies, nothing. Just blankly staring at us as if there was nothing that can be done. Fine, no big deal.. we leave and come back 20 minutes later for the pick up. Second occurrence, when we come back, the same staff member recognized us, but didnt know what our order was because she says she doesnt know where our receipt was with the order number. Luckily, we had our receipt (which I had to ask for in the first place because she originally just took it and put it away without asking if I wanted it after it had printed). Also fine.. no biggie. We get our food, get into our car and about to head home. Third occurrence, we find that there was a missing item. I got back into the restaurant, and a different server asked if they can help me. I tell them the item were missing from our order, and they looked puzzled because she said she had personally packaged it and had it arranged alongside our main order for the first initial server to give to us. Took her a few seconds to get it because she knew exactly where it was (thank you!). I was getting annoyed at this point, but just wanted to get home and start our birthday dinner/celebration. Fourth occurrence, we all start eating and within the first few slices of pizza, 2 of us have found hair in our pizza in multiple instances. There were just way too many things that went wrong with tonights order and service. Our birthday gal was definitely not pleased and we were all left with food that we just couldnt continue to eat. Not a good experience.

Ordered food with my wife. Not even that busy. Got my food before her. Waited for her food before eating. 20 minutes went by and her food never came so we just left without eating or getting her food (by then my food was already stone cold just sitting there... waiting). Will never go back here. Had drink sitting on the edge of the table for 10 minutes or more waiting for a refill and the server just glanced over but noone ever came. Never experienced this before with a restaurant. Ridiculous. Left money to cover the cost of the drink. Not sure what happened but how do you forget someones order???? I wasnt gonna eat my food while my wife is sitting there starving in front of her... Cant believe that.

It was very quiet and waited 15 minutes for a takeout order as one girl who actually was working and not socializing in the kitchen tried to get help and after 15 minutes of waiting finally got a man who was very rude as I was wasting his time by coming in so left. No food no service I guess this what happens when its a large corporation owned place they dont need to care about any one because its not their customers who pays apparently. Need to learn how to look after the customer as I think I counted three table and couple who walked out looking disappointed also.

Hostess and server were pleasant, greetings with a warm smile. The pizza ( a new feature dish ) was pretty good with fresh ingredients and good portions, though the Appy which was also a feature item we found mediocre - not bad and not great. The atmosphere and decor itself was simple and upkeep as expected, but I have to say, clean it was not. Stuff on the floors, empty tables waiting to be bussed, and the booth we were taken too was not clean. I went to take a seat and found myself wearing the previous patrons spaghetti. Not a particularly busy night: Sunday 8:30pm

There was a server named HARMINDER. She was ridiculously RUDE. first of all she took our order as if she doesnt want us sit in that restaurant. Secondly she was balling her eyes as if she will eat us.. we had no idea why was she behaving in that way . At the end when we were leaving the restaurant I asked one of the other employees for her name and I just told her that she was very rude. She came running out of the door to ask me weather I complained about her? I said no I left a comment for you that you are rude and had the audacity to say and so are you and Im gonna stay who I am . Not thats not the kind of service we are expecting after paying a bill of 200 dollars to that restaurant . I swear will never come to this place ever again in my life . careful people

Hubs & I came around 3pm for a late lunch/ early dinner & were seated promptly @ a nice window booth. 1st impressions were a definite upgrade from our prev. (1st) visit a coupla yrs ago -- esp. the appetizing aromas greeting us on arrival, attractive good-vibes venue & friendly unpretentious hostess/waitress.. (& NICE having a section to ourselves, being an off hour!) Service was V personable & prompt. My pineapple & beet (no goat cheese) salad was super-fresh & tasty, & Frank enjoyed his spaghetti bolognese & garlic toast. We even shared the decadent butter-tart dessert, yum! (1 point off for min. veg/an options )

Used to come here often, food used to be better. Had the same meal that I had here last week in the Squamish location and it was leaps and bounds better. I ll give them a second chance because I like the place.

Staff really enjoy their job and treats you the same way.

Food is always good. Service could use some help. She was very overwelmed with all she had to keep up with. Atmosphere was nice but loud. To be expected lol.

Everything was good. Our waitress/server was friendly and efficient. The food was good. Couldnt decide what to watch on the TVs; Canadian or American football or the Olympics. Lol

Worst place ever! Waited 30 mins before walking out. Had to ask for a waitress twice. At 30 mins no drinks yet went up to the bar and asked for the manager and explained to him we had been there 30 mins and still had no drinks not even water. Instead of apologizing he said we don t serve water unless it s asked for. Have never met a more unprofessional manager ever. This place need to have new management and the owner have someone go in undercover and see what goes on. Definitely losing money left and right with someone like that running your business

Our experience was horrible. Our server was great, apparently it was an off day, but who gets their food (which was cold) before drinks? We didnt even get after 40 mins of waiting. It was not busy. The manager did come an apologize but not even water? Our orders were messed up which consisted of mainly kids meals. And all the adults food were cold. I will say they didnt charge for the mix up of food and were apologetic, but no water no utensils nothing.

Worst service I have ever had. Was not acknowledged at all and when I finally was the food came out cold. Definitely worth driving to Sumas over this location.

Service here was excellent, we were able to get a big bandara bread to share! I didn t even know we were allowed to order this still as I didn t see it on the menu. The pasta deals on pasta day are insane so this was very reasonably priced for 3 of us.

Food is always good, service is always great here! Pasta Tuesday! Kids cards are great to have!

***Edit: its been about two weeks since I provided you with more details after your response so you could look into this for me. Unfortunately, No one has followed up! SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! I do not recommend this restaurant if you want to have a good experience! I had to sleep on this one to think about the review I was going to leave! There was no customer service and so many other things that were just so wrong last night!! When we first arrived it was not busy in there and we still waited some time to be seated. (There were only 3 tables of people in which two tables were couples. Then one more couple came in behind us! ) I believe there were a couple people in the lounge as well. I saw a least 3 waitresses. Not sure what they were all doing as they were never to be seen on the floor. So when the person finally came to seat us, she went to help the people behind us that came in after us. I had to interrupt her and excuse myself to tell her that we were here first! When we were finally seated, the table felt dirty and had to ask the bus boy (or whomever he was) to have the table re-washed. I will add as well that there were a few dirty tables still sitting there uncleaned. We ordered a drink, one of them being pop the other being a glass of wine that took forever to get to our table. After we finally placed our order and received our food our waitress didnt even come to our table once to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything! (Seemed like the bus boy was doing the majority of the work including serving the food!!) My partners food was warm! Part of my meal was warm as well. Seems as if they cooked or (maybe it was even microwaved) the other stuff first and let it sit while they cooked my medium rare steak. (One would think that if you have rice or pasta that it would be served hot when you receive it!) The waitress did not even come to check if we wanted another drink refill even though our glasses were empty! The only thing the waitress did was take our order. (The bus boy even served our food!) I had to ask the bus boy for a refill on my drink (after he was finished helping the table beside us) and then it was still forgotten about and had to ask again! I also had to ask the bus boy for some fresh grated cheese for my meal. Then again, I had to ask him for some horseradish to accompany my steak. No waitresses to be seen on the floor at all! Right after I placed my order, I went to go find my waitress to confirm that she knew what I ordered and thats where I saw them all socializing on the other side of the wall by the kitchen. We were even overcharged with an additional charge on my meal even though she was the one that suggested to order the way we did and that it would be the same price! She outright basically made me look like I was a liar because she said she didn t know what I wanted! (like I said it was reconfirmed!) I then discussed with her on how I went to confirm my order with her right after I placed my order with her! Just got excuses and the best one she had was that I got a free dessert (it was my birthday!) We did get the bill rectified in the end. I will add that the food was ok but certainly could ve been hotter! Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant and we were very dissatisfied with the service we received and the experience we endured! Not happy and probably wont be going back again!

Had a night to myself so ordered some pasta! Decided to do a custom pasta which consisted of Fettucine, Alfredo Sauce, Shrimp, Cajun Chicken, Spinach and Mushrooms. The portion size on their pasta is amazing. I consistently order pasta from BP and its always enough food or plenty for leftovers. The chicken came separate as youll see in the photos (maybe because of the spice?) but everything else was mixed in. It was sooo delicious and will continue getting pasta and other items from BP!

Waited forever to even get a glass of water. Once we got that sorted. Food took over 20 mins, asked for extra sauce on the nachos had none, no cheese, thai chicken bites were cold as if they were came from someone elses plate. Once we questioned about our food, the manager Veer came back he cant get the food made in 10 mins, he said hed take money off the food if we wanted to eat the food or not after waiting so long we decided to eat the food asking if he can just warm up what we ordered, but then we thought rather just go eat something else than having microwave warmed food. We walked off. If you cant do customer service why work in a place like that? Disgusting.

Had a birthday party there and they were very accommodating and allowed bringing in our own cake, even put the candles on and lit them and sang Happy Birthday too

Most of the time, I use pick-up at the front counter .. was warm and cozy inside.
