Worst pizza I have tasted in years. Premium price, minimal quality. Agree with other poster that pineapple was below par. Wings dry with nondescript "spicy" seasoning, mostly salt. Lady on the phone was nice, though. Order was timely
We order often from here, but tonight was a let down. Was excited to try the mushroom truffle pepperoni and not ONE mushroom could be found, nor did it taste any diff than a reg pepperoni pizza. Bummer!
I like their pizzas. I normally order from them on New Year's Eve. Still highly recommend this Panago.
Honestly, the picture speaks for itself. This was picked up on time and looks like it was made 3 days ago, and where’s the cheese? The yellow is dry/sauceless crust, do not mistake it for cheese lol. One slice has 2 shreds and someone literally picked something off the crust? Tired of them sending this kind of stuff out their door and wasting my time going back.
The last time (maybe 6 months ago) I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza from the Mission Panago, it was great, but this time they changed the pineapples on the pizza. The Pineapple pieces this time were very small and had no taste. Like going from fresh pineapple to something out of a can. I won't be ordering Hawaiian Pizza from the Panago in Mission any time soon. Normally the pizza here is very good, but not this time.
Ordered delivery. Arrived well before predicted. Hot fresh and delicious. So much toppings. No complaints. Delivery driver was courteous, had a debit at the door machine. Won’t hesitate to order from Panago’s again. Great pizza.

Worst website to try and order from ever
Pizza is always delicious from here. WAY better than dominos or any other pizza place in my opinion (papa Johns Is a VERY close second.) Staff are always very friendly. Vegetarian options: They HAVE vegetarian dishes, but you should just eat meat. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pizza and vegetarian options. Not sure about lactose free options though (probably not lol.) Parking: BIG parking lot with several spots right in front. Kid-friendliness: You should ALWAYS leave your kids at home when going to get take-out. Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible, but just learn to walk.
Higher prices then most pizza places. But the quality is always way more superior. Good place for quality food for a change up sometimes.

Ordered from Panago after a 10 year hiatus. Person on the phone was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable as I had questions. Price for value was good. She said pizza would be delivered in 45 mins. It was delivered to our door within 30 mins. Pleasant surprise as we were hungry. Pizza was delicious. Will definitely order from there again.

The owners here are absolutely tremendous. Never have I been here and they don t have a smile on their face. Their goal seems to be to bring happiness to their customer and you can taste that in the pizza they make.

This used to be my go to place. But just 2 days ago I ordered 3 large pizzas. Both Hawaiian tropical and the new York one were super dry. The gluten free one that I ordered was better than the other two. What a disappointment

I order from Panago often. Usually our order is fine. We have had one issue a couple months ago and it was addressed to my satisfaction, overall a pleasant interaction. Well tonight I order my usual pizza (gluten free so not cheap) . It arrives with a much smaller than usual amount of sauce and toppings. So I call to let them know. After being on a long hold the management individual informs me that the only thing she can do for me is replace it WITH an exchange???!!!! So after getting a sub par pizza, I now have to wait another hour (55mins) to eat?? Sorry no, Im hungry now. So I ask for a partial credit instead (which they offered to do last time) and she said no they must have changed things,thats not available.. right.She was rude and not helpful. Maybe she had a bad day, but she cost Panago a long time customer. Will not order again
We ordered panago for dinner tonight and they were phenomenal and so kind. I was beyond happy with their service! They even brought my pizza out to my vehicle as I waited they didn t have to do that! So amazing!!!

Ordered a large pizza through skip the dishes. With delivery and tip it came to 30 dollars for 1 pizza... got it and it definitely was not worth it. Barely any toppings, very disappointing

It was actually really really good this time! We used to order from them at least once every 2 weeks but their food started tasting gross, so we stopped for months. Then we caved the other night and ohmygosh it was so yummy! They must of gotten new staff or something? Whatever they did it will definitely have us re order from them again soon =o9
