Had issues with my order on saturday and the manager Raj just called me and took ownership and confirmed it wouldnt happen again. Problems happen atleast he fixed it and owned up to it. Will continue to come here as you know if something happens they will fix it

I had many many pizzas before, but these from Papa were NOT oversalted as most around, NOT oversaturated with fat or oils, NOT overly anything - they were just right. Hawaiian and Italy - Perfecto! Id never thought - chain pizzeria would be that good! Thank you guys!

I have been going near every week since they open. I have found the quality consistent and the owner is very friendly.

It s not often I am impressed by great service, but today when ordering pizza, I have nothing but good things to say. The staff went above and beyond when picking up. The service alone makes me want to keep coming back.

We went there after watching movie and we chose the best. We usually go to Boston Pizza but papa Johns pizza is the best. I forgot to grab the employees name but his service was great n he made the pizza very delicious.

I eat here often. Its good pizza and the staff are all awesome. I dont hand out 5 stars easily and the crew here has earned it. Vegetarian options: Several veggie pizzas. Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and gluten free options

Had a miscommunication with an order for pickup at a later time. Order ended up being put in for immediate pickup. I called in and explained and they were more than accommodating. Remade the order for the later date and even gave me a coupon to use on my next purchase. Top notch customer service!

We have always had such wonderful customer service at the Mission location. They are so accommodating even with our large orders. We love their food! The pizzas are great quality!

I went there and the people were very nice, there was a very cute dog in the restaurant so I was happy while waiting for my food :) there s a picture of my friend look how happy!

Used to order from the same pizza place for years until I randomly ordered from papa johns. Now it s my new go to. Service was above and beyond delivery was fast and the pizza was amazing.

I always thought that when you ordered and paid for double Pepperoni and extra cheese you got double Pepperoni and extra cheese. The location in mission is extremely cheap and really chinsed out on the toppings even when paid for extra. Not recommended ! and wont order from this place again! Complete garbage

Ordered through skip the dishes, we ordered the papadias and the cinnamon pull apart. It says cinnamon pull apart on the box, open the box and its brownies. We were looking forward the cinnamon pull aparts. Also waited over an hour for our order.

Wow had THE best veggie pizza Ive had in ages last night from here - super-fresh thin crust (with perfect slight chewiness) & abundant fresh tomatoes.. Each bite was the ultimate taste/texture sensation that epitomises the pizza experience .. (& was kindly brought out to us waiting outside, nice touch!)

We ordered delivery the timing was excellent and the driver was very friendly...but the pizza was very dry...it had no sauce or cheese on it and maybe 2 or 3 pieces of ham and pineapple...its been going slowly downhill the last couple of times we have ordered...no more now...

Extremely friendly, Pizza is not greasy and really tasty.

Im not sure what happened to the crust but it is dry and does not taste good at all. There are little to no toppings on each pizza. Also one of our pizzas we asked for extra cheese and there was less cheese than the other pizza. I couldnt remember why I dont go to Papa Johns, but this is reason enough to nvr return

Papa Johns... I Love Pizza!!! But, I will not ever order from here again! Ordered the Super Hawaiian or whatever its called. At this point it doesnt really matter. The sauce was unmemorble, the crust was actually ok but lacked any salt in the dough and tasted like straight flour and water. Now the Ham, it had the same consistency of an eraser. Brutal! Never again!

3rd attempt at this location. Will not be going back. Order on the receipt was correct but the entire order was either half correct or completely wrong. Not to mention they forgot the cheese on the Philly CHEESEsteak. Sad to say won t be going back

The owner Raj is the best. Gave me his business card as I work in the junction and said to call him if I want specific flavor of pizza slices made on short notice. Great service!

Pizza was overcooked, and barely warm. Delivery wasnt available so I had to pick it up which was chaos. Customers had to get the attention of employees to tell them that their orders were just sitting there waiting. Got home and it was the wrong pizza. Gave them 2 stars because they just opened a few days ago so 1 star wouldnt be fair. Id wait a couple months to let them sort out their issues before ordering from there again.

Ordered take-out. Pick up was quick and safe. They were stinkin busy but my pizza was perfect. Delish!!

Everyone was so so nice, I made a huge oops when making an online order and accidentally auto filled my first name instead of my middle name which I go by so they thought they missed my pizza order and felt so awful then I felt awful. They didnt at all, everything was ready to go! Make sure the online orders are correct before you go and if you arent sure call ahead or check your email confirmation! The staff were so amazing and nice and the pizza is really well done, my cashier was so pleasant I adored her. The managers were so nice too helping both of us double check everything. Even one of the drivers was so pleasant and walking with a spring in his step and held the door for me and said hello to other people. The work ethic there is so on point.

I ordered from here last night, my pizza was overcooked and dry also somewhat cold when I got home. When I picked it up there were staff members everywhere, one guy was opening all the Pizzas to figure out whose was whose...it seemed extremely unorganized... I will not be ordering from them ever again. Id rather spend 40 bucks on pizza somewhere else

No delivery option and I live at Cedar and Tunbridge. It s Mission City or Dominos I guess.

Ordered my pizza online at 4pm for a 615 pick up. Arrived at 615 it was very busy people waiting everywhere. No problem. I go in and it is pretty much chaos. The manager or owner looks for my order, comes back and tells me its in the oven, 10 more minutes. Im good with that. I say ok Ill be out front. 7pm now and still waiting. Canceled order, And left. The biggest issue is he lied. Told me it was in the oven be ready in 10min. Then no update as I stood right out front of the door for 45min. I was trying to be patient. I know its a new business and they need to iron things out, but no excuse for lying to customers. Based on that I can not recommend and sadly I never tried the pizza.

Not worth the wait or price. The wait was ok for take out for how busy it was. Went home to wait my 45 mins, they said they call when it was ready. No call was received after the 45 mins, I had to call into to the automated tree that said my order was ready. After trying a large pizza (which seemed small for a large) and a papadias, neither had sufficient sauce. And were really not worth the money. Id recommend going really anywhere else, which will probably give you more bang for your buck.

Ordered pick up once and delivery once. Service was okay both times as well. The delivery took a normal amount of time and pick up at the store wasnt a hassle. I tried the pepperoni specialty pizza and six cheese and sausage. It was average, inoffensive pizza. the garlic sauce elevates the pizza a bit. I also tried the jalepeno poppers and you might be better off getting them frozen from a grocery store or a pub. This pizza is best enjoyed when you have one or two slices. Too many slices and the cracks in the quality start to show.

Last week i order from here. Firstly i call but the person was so rude than i just went there to pick my order and saw that the manager of the store was drunk at that time.Never going again and will let others know about this.

As a franchise, Papa Johns is a solid 3.5 stars. But the owner of this location is so professional and polite. Not to embarass him, but as a paramedic he made sure we were well fed for our nightshift and wouldnt take no for an answer. Thankyou for your support.

Ordered from Papa Johns tonight. 2 pizzas and a gluten free one. They screwed up the order and made one the wrong size and the other NOT gluten free ( could have been very sick). Sent me new ones to make up for it. Awesome, Im happy. Until they come and the deliver driver tells hubby to check the order next time with an attitude. And they sent us the wrong kind of pizza and a burnt piece of cardboard for the gf one. So I call and they refuse to remake it again or refund me anything. All I wanted was what I ordered. Huge fail Papa Johns, will never go there again. One star is too good of a rating

All around good pizza. You may have to wait a few minutes extra but that is because everybody else also wants it. BTW, stay away from the chicken shack next door...... gross is a understatement.

Just like another reviewer had said, this is the best place in Mission to get a pepperoni and sausage pizza. We love pizza and we love Papa Johns in Mission! This is a weekly (sometimes twice weekly) dinner stop for us.

The owner is so kind. He gave us free cheese sticks and balloons for the kids when we picked up our order. Very friendly staff and the pizza is so good.

Good pizza

I tried their bacon papadia. Its bacon with barbecue sauce.... ewww!! Everybody knows that if youre going to have bacon, it should be with Alfredo sauce, not barbecue! The chicken poppers and cinnamon pull-aparts were the same as any other pizza place. Generic. Nothing stands out.
